I commend all staff for your excellent service and attention to detail. You maintain the high standards of Myanmar hospitality, and I thank you all. In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I would like to especially thank the following staff: Thinn Zar and Harry — thank you for attending to me and accommodating my late dinner request Thet Aung Linn — I really appreciated his service as a trainee, and I note his potential. The hotel amenities and cleanliness can be improved with more new furniture amd carpet. The service of the staff is good. The hotel is near to junction city.

Warning: Major language barriers and smoking issues at this new hotel While this is a newly built hotel, I was shocked by the lack of English proficiency at a 5-star establishment in Yangon. The front desk staff spoke only Mandarin and Burnmese. Ironically, the IT technician was the only person who understood a bit of English, which was the only redeeming factor regarding communication. Key issues for international travelers: Language Barrier: Do not expect to use English with the reception; it is primarily a Mandarin-speaking environment. Smoking Regulation: Despite ”No Smoking” signs in the lobby lounge, guests were smoking openly on the coffee tables. I also encountered guests smoking in the hallways and elevator lobbies on the guest floors. It felt as though I was in China rather than Myanmar. Dining: The breakfast buffet is strictly Chinese-style. There were no Burmese food or drink options available at all. Room Condition: My room had a persistent smell of smoke and was full of mosquitoes. This is likely because housekeeping leaves the doors wide open during cleaning.

Das Inya Lake Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt, ruhig in einem schönen Park gelegen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet - angefangen von den Portiers über die Rezeption (besonders zu loben sind Dan Dan!, Min und Kaung) bis zum Zimmerservice. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, überhaupt ist das Restaurant sehr gut. Sehr schöner Pool mit eigenem Café. Man kann hier Tage verbringen ohne das Bedürfnis zu haben, nach draußen zu gehen.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne ici. La chambre la moins chère était tellement sombre que cela m'empêchait de travailler, de jour comme de nuit. J'ai donc réservé la chambre supérieure, environ 1 000 yens plus chère. Spacieuse et lumineuse, elle manquait cependant d'éclairage la nuit. Le design du bâtiment est peut-être imparfait. En tout cas, choisir une chambre à l'étage était une bonne idée. L'insonorisation était un peu faible et j'entendais le bruit de la chambre voisine, mais comme elle était grande, ce n'était pas trop gênant. Un supermarché se trouvait à proximité, ce qui était pratique. Le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais correct. Le personnel était agréable. La chambre était nettoyée minutieusement. La chambre était sombre et la moquette était usée ; même si elle semblait avoir été nettoyée, elle était sale (usée), ce qui pourrait déplaire à certains.

É uma verdadeira viagem no tempo, um encantamento que te leva a um navio do ano de 1920. Très bel hôtel situé un peu à l'écart du centre-ville mais qui bénéficie du calme et de la tranquillité car situé loin des grands axes routiers. Superbe vue sur la pagode Schwedagon. Très belle piscine et restaurant d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande particulièrement.

The check-in went real smooth and we enjoyed a good night sleep in the comfortable beds (2 queens) The walls are thin but the view we had was beautiful (room315) The hotel is 15min. to the airport but quit far from the city centre. A taxi is easy to get. The staff is very helpfull and service is great. Only the breakfast is very basic. For this kind of hotel they could offer at least fresh bread and maybe more choice of egg. Because of our early flight, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. Overall we had a good stay at Wyne hotel.

It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby.
