UUtilisateur anonymeWe stayed at Canyon Cove and overall, we enjoyed our visit mainly because of the beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. The pool was also a nice bonus, and it was heated at times, which we appreciated.
The changing room near the beach and pool was unfortunately not well maintained and often felt unclean and unpleasant to use. We also didn’t find any proper shower or changing facility near the area, so we had to go back to our room or use the restroom, which was quite crowded and not very fresh, especially with day pass guests and only a few cubicles available.
Breakfast had a decent selection with pancakes, cereals, and different viands, but there were no typical Filipino breakfast options as we expected. Even on weekdays, there were many guests, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, so tables were not cleared quickly and food refilling took some time. We had to line up for breakfast for around 10–15 minutes. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating despite the busy setup.
The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. However, cleanliness could still be improved. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated.
Overall, the beach made the stay worthwhile and is the main highlight of the resort.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing.
The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

MMs. CabalhinSeda Nuvali a vraiment dépassé les attentes d'un enregistrement sans problème, avec chaque processus comme un horloge. Notre spacieuse suite était parfaitement propre, avec lit de plush, douche et salle de bain séparée, Wi-Fi à haute vitesse et touches conviviales comme l'eau et les choix de café et de thé, parfaite pour le désir.
Le service était impeccable tout au long de la vie, en mettant en évidence un excellent petit-déjeuner buffet avec des frais Filipinos et des options internationales, y compris des omelettes personnalisables et des stations de jus sains. L'attention du personnel brille le plus brillant avec notre groupe de personnes handicapées (PWDs); ils ont proactivement choisi un siège accessible dans la zone de cuisine de la piscine, avec un large espace, ce qui fait que tout le monde se sent vraiment soucieux.
Situé dans la serene propriété de Nuvali, il offre un accès facile aux centres de restauration et aux verdures proches, offrant le calme idéal que nous avons préparé pour le mariage de mon fils. NNicoNOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

IInvitéNous avons eu un séjour incroyable! Le réveil de la vue étonnante de Taal Volcano était un accent, mais avoir une belle église à l'intérieur du resort a fait de l'atmosphère sentir si paisible et unique. Nous avons été actifs avec les trajets de vélo le matin et nous avons frappé le lac pour des activités d'eau le soir.
