We stayed at Canyon Cove and overall, we enjoyed our visit mainly because of the beach, which was relaxing and pleasant. The pool was also a nice bonus, and it was heated at times, which we appreciated. The changing room near the beach and pool was unfortunately not well maintained and often felt unclean and unpleasant to use. We also didn’t find any proper shower or changing facility near the area, so we had to go back to our room or use the restroom, which was quite crowded and not very fresh, especially with day pass guests and only a few cubicles available. Breakfast had a decent selection with pancakes, cereals, and different viands, but there were no typical Filipino breakfast options as we expected. Even on weekdays, there were many guests, and it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, so tables were not cleared quickly and food refilling took some time. We had to line up for breakfast for around 10–15 minutes. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating despite the busy setup. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to rest and sleep well. However, cleanliness could still be improved. The bed was very comfortable, which we really appreciated. Overall, the beach made the stay worthwhile and is the main highlight of the resort.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Il est toujours un plaisir de revenir à Sotogrande Batangas! C'est ma troisième visite, et elle est devenue vraiment mon sanctuaire ”go-to” à Batangas chaque fois que je dois me détendre et détresser. Ce qui m'empêche de revenir est le niveau de service toujours élevé. Un remerciement spécial à Mme Cess pour avoir toujours été si chaleureusement à moi. Votre dévouement est une grande partie de la raison pour laquelle le service ici est si exceptionnel. Je dois également mentionner le dîner le nourriture est constamment sur le cue et sobrang sarap! Je suis déjà heureux de mon prochain petit déjeuner là. Bien que la zone de piscine reste pour moi le dernier soulagement du stress, j'ai deux petites suggestions : il serait étonnant d'avoir un jacuzzi installé à l'avenir, et peut-être une entrée/sortie plus discrete dans la zone de piscine, Comme marcher par le restaurant pour y arriver peut se sentir un peu abominable ! En général, cette expérience demeure la meilleure expérience d'hôtel que j'aie jamais eue. Merci de rendre ma célébration de anniversaire si mémorable. Je reviendrai certainement bientôt et je continuerai à vous recommander à tous mes amis et à ma famille!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The hotel offers plenty of activities for both kids and adults. We especially loved the farm, outdoor amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we highly recommend Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Seda Nuvali truly exceeded expectations from a smooth, check-in to a hassle-free check-out, with every process running like clockwork. Our spacious suite room was perfectly clean, featuring plush bedding, a separate shower and bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee and tea selections, perfect for unwinding. Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. Outstanding value, eco-friendly practices, and top-notch facilities make this a standout choice for families or events.

Overall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest. There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week. The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that. I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. The food options were good, and the quality was satisfying. The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pool and common areas were clean and well-kept. A great staycation spot for relaxation and comfort. I would definitely consider returning in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Overall, our stay at Club Balai Isabel was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful lakefront view. We booked a lakefront room, and waking up to Taal Volcano right in front of our door was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room seems quite old, and the floor was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned it, the dust was still noticeable. Whenever our feet got wet, they would immediately become dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s because the property is close to the lake, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay. The internet connection was also weak. We had to call the front desk to report the poor signal before it improved. The swimming pools were fun, and our daughter had the best time, which made the trip worthwhile. However, after swimming, we all experienced itchiness. We stayed on a Saturday when the resort was quite crowded, so perhaps the pools need to be cleaned or monitored more frequently during busy days. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the stunning scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. With better housekeeping, improved bathroom maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and more frequent pool maintenance, the experience would be much better.

Coral Beach Club is a thoroughly pleasant beach resort, run by friendly and attentive staff, is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, is secure, and boasts a wonderful atmosphere. The food is served to a very high standard and is of a very reasonable price for a hotel. There is a comprehensive drinks menu, and the bar-side billiards table is a welcome addition. The room was very spacious and clean. Air conditioning helped to keep the room nice and cool and the bed was very comfortable. The resort owners take the time to personally introduce themselves and speak to guests, which further adds to the friendliness of the hotel. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Coral Beach Club and I highly recommend the location for anyone visiting Batangas and wishing to enjoy a quiet, seaside getaway.
