The place needs maintenance and upgrades of the facility. The AC and hot shower are bery good but The room was not cleaned well. Checked in here because of the proximity to the place that i need to visit or else I will not booking here. No special amenities but the price is expensive. You can find better hotels in Manila with their price. I am not sure if it was because of the holiday season but def not worth the price. The good side is the service of the staff. They are very accomodating, kind and warm.

Emplacement idéal. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à mes amis. Nous avons passé une très agréable journée au Lake Hotel.

Bon pour les couples. Beau vue et très accessible sa mga équipements tels que cafés, supermarché, 7-11, etc. Parking gratuit dans les locaux et facile d'entrer. Le meilleur petit déjeuner buffet de jeune nila, options propres et maraming. Nakakatakot lang jeune élévateur casse medjo maingay et jeune balcon sa place nom, yung isang tiils naka angat pero, globalement, valant l'expérience pa dn tlga.

Located at an industrial park, 1km walk to the nearby shopping mall, old facilities, well maintained, great service team. Corporate rate is lower than the ctrip rate, less variety choice of breakfast, which is to be improved

Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

房間設施比較老舊，好在空間寬敞，附近沒有更好的酒店，地理位置呀不錯，去八打雁辦事是不錯的選擇，度假不推薦。

La chambre était propre et sent bon. Les serviettes de bains et les tables de lit ont été révisées. Le propriétaire de l'unité était réaliste et Mme Mylene (soignant) nous a aidé à nous rencontrer et nous a assuré que tout fonctionnait bien. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec l'internet lent, mais nous avons pu le réparer. Nous recommandons cette unité pour votre séjour. Ma sœur et moi avons apprécié notre séjour.

Went there to recharge for a night and I can stay that there are only 2 things that disappointed me there.First, we happen to be placed besides a room that has a baby crying nonstop at 2am in the morning and 2nd, the crispy wings are super small like it came from a tiny bantam chicken. Though the pizza and other items in their bfast buffet are all super delicious. For the positives, the staff are all very courteous and friendly. Room is clean and spacious with complete ammenities though it is not that soundproof since we can hear the crying baby next door at 2am. The animals are the stars of my stay and they are so entertaining and very eager to chow down the feeds. I can probably stay there for the entire day if not for the rain that comes and goes. Over all I'll be glad to stay at their hotel again and just vibe with the geese,chicken and the peacocks.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited.
