Les équipements jeunes ont besoin d'amélioration - Pero fonctionnel pa naman Chambre Yung - Luma na pero confort pdn need lang ng mas strict na pageCheck ng nettoyage every after checkout, kasi may naiiwan na need iClean.. like young glass window and young Comfort room may smell .. Tout dans tous les bons pdn, ung beach naman ang habol plus ung iba naman pour l'amélioration lang plus ito na ung Hotel na mura Pero 💯% ang Beach front. Babalik pdn soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Il est toujours un plaisir de revenir à Sotogrande Batangas! C'est ma troisième visite, et elle est devenue vraiment mon sanctuaire ”go-to” à Batangas chaque fois que je dois me détendre et détresser. Ce qui m'empêche de revenir est le niveau de service toujours élevé. Un remerciement spécial à Mme Cess pour avoir toujours été si chaleureusement à moi. Votre dévouement est une grande partie de la raison pour laquelle le service ici est si exceptionnel. Je dois également mentionner le dîner le nourriture est constamment sur le cue et sobrang sarap! Je suis déjà heureux de mon prochain petit déjeuner là. Bien que la zone de piscine reste pour moi le dernier soulagement du stress, j'ai deux petites suggestions : il serait étonnant d'avoir un jacuzzi installé à l'avenir, et peut-être une entrée/sortie plus discrete dans la zone de piscine, Comme marcher par le restaurant pour y arriver peut se sentir un peu abominable ! En général, cette expérience demeure la meilleure expérience d'hôtel que j'aie jamais eue. Merci de rendre ma célébration de anniversaire si mémorable. Je reviendrai certainement bientôt et je continuerai à vous recommander à tous mes amis et à ma famille!

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

La deuxième fois que vous vous êtes séjournés dans l'hôtel et le lieu était aussi grand que d'habitude. La piscine chauffée infinie très belle et le café de l'hôtel a aidé à réchauffer notre nourriture dans la micro-ondes. Il serait mieux que si vous avez plus de parking et si l'hôtel offre un shuttle montant. Globalement, très agréable séjour.

L'hôtel Kimberly Tagaytay est un hôtel de qualité, l'un des plus familiers que nous ayons visités. Les équipements étaient excellents, surtout la piscine de bébé, que nos enfants aiment absolument. Les activités agricoles ont été aussi un énorme hit. Ils étaient amusants, interactifs et donnaient aux petits une chance de se faire une autre chose. Le petit déjeuner buffet a une grande variété de délicieux repas, et tout était bien préparé. L'hôtel Kimberly Tagaytay est un grand choix pour les familles qui cherchent un parcours amusant et relaxant.

Seda Nuvali truly exceeded expectations from a smooth, check-in to a hassle-free check-out, with every process running like clockwork. Our spacious suite room was perfectly clean, featuring plush bedding, a separate shower and bathtub, high-speed Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee and tea selections, perfect for unwinding. Service was impeccable throughout, highlighted by an outstanding breakfast buffet with fresh Filipino and international options, including customizable omelets and healthy juice stations. The staff’s attentiveness shone brightest with our group of persons with disabilities (PWDs); they proactively selected accessible seating in the pool dining area, with ample space, making everyone feel truly cared for. Located in the serene Nuvali estate, it offered easy access to nearby malls and greenery, providing the ideal calm retreat as we prepared for my son’s wedding. Outstanding value, eco-friendly practices, and top-notch facilities make this a standout choice for families or events.

Le sommet de Ridge Tagaytay est, à mon avis, très bon, mais il y a quelques choses qui ne sont pas ma tasse de thé. Points négatifs: 1. C'est ma principale préoccupation. Je me suis réveillé chaque heure, surtout quand des véhicules bruyants passaient. Bien que peu de choses puissent être faites à ce sujet, j'ai dû porter des sonnettes bruyantes pendant le sommeil. 2. Le petit déjeuner est juste une moyenne. 3. La partie inférieure de la porte de douche n'était pas correctement scellée, donc l'eau s'écoulait chaque fois que j'ai pris une douche. 4. Le problème le plus étrange était l'eau. L'eau de la faucet pour brosser les dents et laver ma face sentait bien, mais parfois l'eau de douche avait un odeur légèrement désagréable. Pas sale, juste bizarre. Points positifs: 1. Mon truc préféré sur le Summit Ridge Tagaytay est la vue. J'aime qu'ils ont un salon de ciel où vous pouvez prendre des photos claires du lac Taal. Durant le jour, vous pouvez profiter de la vue du lac, et le soir, vous pouvez capturer une belle heure d'or. 2. Un grand accès aux supermarchés, restaurants et de nombreux autres bons endroits à proximité. 3. L'eau potable gratuite est un plus bon. 4. Les équipements sont également très bons, ils ont même des boucles dans le lobby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. The food options were good, and the quality was satisfying. The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pool and common areas were clean and well-kept. A great staycation spot for relaxation and comfort. I would definitely consider returning in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Overall, our stay at Club Balai Isabel was enjoyable, especially because of the beautiful lakefront view. We booked a lakefront room, and waking up to Taal Volcano right in front of our door was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room seems quite old, and the floor was very dusty. Even after housekeeping cleaned it, the dust was still noticeable. Whenever our feet got wet, they would immediately become dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. I’m not sure if it’s because the property is close to the lake, but the smell was noticeable throughout our stay. The internet connection was also weak. We had to call the front desk to report the poor signal before it improved. The swimming pools were fun, and our daughter had the best time, which made the trip worthwhile. However, after swimming, we all experienced itchiness. We stayed on a Saturday when the resort was quite crowded, so perhaps the pools need to be cleaned or monitored more frequently during busy days. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the stunning scenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. With better housekeeping, improved bathroom maintenance, stronger Wi-Fi, and more frequent pool maintenance, the experience would be much better.
