Hôtels 4 étoiles à Calabarzon, Philippines

Emplacement idéal. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très accueillant. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet hôtel à mes amis. Nous avons passé une très agréable journée au Lake Hotel.

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

Hotel itself was good and beat if you have kids. The only problems I encountered. 1. Hotel website had technical glitch on their system which expose my data to scammer.. Scammers started texting me pretending they are from the hotel staff. Though operational manager mentioned me that they are doing improvements.. Unfortunately personal information was already leaked out. 2. Easter egg hunt was not fully organized. They cannot controlled the parents going in front and kids are running everywhwre during the activities. Egg hunting was not so good because some of kids did not get any eggs. Overall just good but not awesome I think this the 2nd and last time I will visit the hotel.

The Hotel is kind of new ,clean , great staff & facilities like swimming pool is great ! The only thing was the dinner the other night was kind of late more than 30mins waiting in Suelo. Need more staff in the buffet on breakfast time. Other than that great place to stay. Stayed 2 nights

Hotel environment is clean and staff is friendly. Room is clean and tidy. View facing opposite mall is good. Breakfast is good. Lose my access card and the staff response is fast and deactivated the missing card. Then make a new one for me.

The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well prepared. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

En général, c'était une grande expérience. Les équipements étaient étonnants beaucoup d'activités à jouir, que vous soyez en relaxation ou en restant active. Vous ne vous échapperez certainement pas à faire! Le restaurant était très confortable et très confortable, et le personnel était très gentil et très confortable. La propreté était bonne, je lui donnerais 4 sur 5. Il y a un peu de place pour l'amélioration, mais il n'a pas pris le temps de se déplacer de la plaisir générale. Si vous cherchez une fuite pacifique avec de grands aliments, des activités amusantes et des vues amusantes, je recommande vivement Canyon Woods!

Simple and nice place with quiet ambiance which is I like. Near to places of interest in Tagaytay but still need to drive a few minutes. All in all I like the place and services they provide.
