Hôtels 4 étoiles à Calabarzon, Philippines

Staffs are awesome and politely greet us every time. Only cons was the play area and gym.. very outdated and aiecon was not funtioning well. We stayed in panoramic room. It was awesome.

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.

Hotel itself was good and beat if you have kids. The only problems I encountered. 1. Hotel website had technical glitch on their system which expose my data to scammer.. Scammers started texting me pretending they are from the hotel staff. Though operational manager mentioned me that they are doing improvements.. Unfortunately personal information was already leaked out. 2. Easter egg hunt was not fully organized. They cannot controlled the parents going in front and kids are running everywhwre during the activities. Egg hunting was not so good because some of kids did not get any eggs. Overall just good but not awesome I think this the 2nd and last time I will visit the hotel.

I recently decided to have a spontaneous staycation at Sotogrande Batangas (April 11-12) just to relax, and I’m honestly flabbergasted! At first, I was a bit hesitant because the location is quite secluded, but the moment I stepped inside, all my doubts vanished. ✨The Ambiance: Ang ”nakakayaman” vibes ng Lower and Upper Ground floors are top-tier! Everything looks high-quality, from the furniture to the color palette. Sobrang relaxing sa mata. I also noticed they have a specific room for kids (perfect for families waiting for check-in/out) and even a dedicated room for nail services. You can really tell they designed the place for ultimate rest and relaxation. ✨The Room (Superior Twin): I booked a Superior Room with twin beds and grabe, I couldn’t ask for more! The bed was so comfy and clean—the moment I laid my tired body down, ayaw ko na bumangon. The room features are complete: television, stable Wi-Fi, excellent airconditioning, a mini-bar, and a total highlight—a bathtub! Napakabongga at napakalinis. ✨Facilities & Dining: The pool area is very relaxing and well-maintained. It was heartwarming to see families and kids enjoying themselves. As for the breakfast buffet? Hindi biro ang menu nila! Every dish was delicious. Maraming salamat sa masarap na pagkain! ✨The Service (The Best Part!): What truly sets this hotel apart is the quality of service. The staff provides a very welcoming vibe, from the security personnel to the front office. A huge shoutout to Sir Josh (Front Office Manager) and Ma’am Cess (who assisted me during check-in/out). Napakaganda at napaka-welcoming ng vibes nila—they really know their job well! Sotogrande Batangas surpassed all my expectations. If you're looking for the perfect place to recharge, this is it. Thank you for the wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back.

Seda Nuvali a vraiment dépassé les attentes d'un enregistrement sans problème, avec chaque processus comme un horloge. Notre spacieuse suite était parfaitement propre, avec lit de plush, douche et salle de bain séparée, Wi-Fi à haute vitesse et touches conviviales comme l'eau et les choix de café et de thé, parfaite pour le désir. Le service était impeccable tout au long de la vie, en mettant en évidence un excellent petit-déjeuner buffet avec des frais Filipinos et des options internationales, y compris des omelettes personnalisables et des stations de jus sains. L'attention du personnel brille le plus brillant avec notre groupe de personnes handicapées (PWDs); ils ont proactivement choisi un siège accessible dans la zone de cuisine de la piscine, avec un large espace, ce qui fait que tout le monde se sent vraiment soucieux. Situé dans la serene propriété de Nuvali, il offre un accès facile aux centres de restauration et aux verdures proches, offrant le calme idéal que nous avons préparé pour le mariage de mon fils. Les valeurs extrêmement élevées, les pratiques écologiques et les installations de pointe font de cela un choix en place pour les familles ou les événements.

Host is very accomodating

From the welcoming staff to the cozy rooms and chill pool vibes, it’s the kind of place that makes you forget the city rush for a while. Tried their breakfast and poolside view 10/10 for the relaxing feels! Would I come back? Absolutely!

The place was nice and good for family or barkada staycation. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Amenities are cool, they have play area for kids, teenagers, and adults. They also have warm pool!!

La location elle-même est très belle. Vraiment «monticello», une petite montagne. Il est facile de trouver, si vous conduisez, l'hôtel Monticello est entre la route Tagaytay-Nasugbu et la route Mendez. Cet hôtel est entre l'autoroute et la route normale (si vous l'appelez). Pas très nouveau, en fait l'hôtel est un peu vieux. C'est son côté inférieur. Mais toujours bien avec nous. Juste cinq étages haut, la vue est déjà magnifique. Ou peut-être où vous êtes situé. Les orchidées blanches qui vous accueillent quand vous entrez sont toutes très belles et très saines! Globalement, Tagaytay est une région froide, et il est vent. donc même sans ventilateur électrique ou climatisation, l'air est froid. Remontez à la piscine, passez un peu de temps à profiter de l'air, ou vous perdez la lumière, maintenant c'est quelque chose!
