Ponter Fino hotel is my favorite hotel for staycation. However, during my stay on Jan 1, 2026, they checked me in so late. Later than 430pm. The reason was there were still guests in the suite room assigned to for late checkout which I think was unreasonable. They coudn't even find alternative room for me. Worst case, they promised to deliver my luggages (although they said attendants were busy which I understand) However, it took unresonably long enough knowing there are attendant / staff who seemed to be free and just volunteered to deliver them only when they saw me carrying the trolley. So I refused to let them carry my stuff and pushed them all by myself from the lobby to my room located at 2nd floor so still need to carry all of them upstairs (back and forth). They offered late yes but out of ego, disappointment, and dissatisfaction, I told them don't help me and I'll do ot myself.
We had a really nice stay overall. The amenities were clean, complete, and well-maintained, which made our experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and the place had a pleasant atmosphere. I just hope that next time there will be Netflix available in the rooms for added entertainment, and maybe more affordable room options with a balcony to enjoy the view. That would definitely make the stay even more perfect.

Il y a des scuba plongée à faire, ne attendez pas trop de divers pour faire des voyages de groupe. J'y suis allé avec ma famille et c'était super.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kimberly. The staff were very warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the food and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would definitely come back again. 😊

Now, we share that experience with our sister who had been away from home for almost 2.5 decades. Oh boy, how she love the place, its people and the sea.
What an excellent way of keeping the place spic and span - no pets allowed (the in-house cats are all well-behaved), the staff have been up and about while the guests are still sleeping. I just wish though that the guest would try to help in keeping the place free from trash (we saw and threw away a piece of broken glass on the sand and also we took out plastics from the water near the shore).
The breakfast food is great, the dinner ihaw-ihaw is awesome! The services of its staff - from manager to housekeeping have been continuously improving. People is the number asset in the organization and I am pleased to see that being practiced by Canyon Cove management.

Very nice and quiet place, super delicious food and awesome service. The beach is a bit small compared to the long beach at Laiya main area. The only complaining point is that the AC in the bedroom is so loud, a bit hard to sleep with.
En général, c'était une grande expérience. Les équipements étaient étonnants beaucoup d'activités à jouir, que vous soyez en relaxation ou en restant active. Vous ne vous échapperez certainement pas à faire!

Room smells awful, parang amoy lumang gamit , lalo na yung banyo, ang baho! parang amoy pawis na natuyo ang amoy, maybe yung mop na ginamit nd malinis, shampoo & conditioner luma din mukhang hindi nagrefill, yung labatory barado, yung maliit na unan nd bagong palit ang cover, amoy anit na! Ewww.pero isang tawag lang gagawin naman nila lahat,tho nice location , malapit sa lahat, staffs are very friendly & accomodating naman. Breafast is good! Over all stay ok naman. 👍

Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

IInvitéOur stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

However, when it comes to the room, it’s best to manage your expectations talaga since the hotel is already quite old. The room was clean, but the flooring looked worn and did not really match the pictures provided here. Also, they do not provide bathrobes, which was disappointing because it was stated as part of the room amenities.

The resort is huge and a lot of activities to try like biking, inflatables, billiards, basketball,spa,restaurants etc.. adults and kids will enjoy. Club balai isabel is on our top go-to-resort near metro manila😊
Only one concern is their pool area, I think it needs a deep cleaning, there were moss/lumot in tile spaces. It might cause accidents especially for the kids. Hope they pay attention to that, but nevertheless, pool is still great
