Hôtels 4 étoiles à Liaoning, Chine

C'est mon séjour initial avec Atour, suite à une recommandation de mes amis à Singapour qui ont loué le service de l'hôtel et les logements confortables. Je dois toutefois attirer l'attention sur la condition de la salle de bains de lobby, qui était inacceptablement sale, inconfortable, maldoureux et insuffisante, et j'ai signalé cette question au Front Office. À la suite de ma plainte, ma chambre a reçu des appels téléphoniques persistants et non réglés toutes les 5 à 10 minutes, avec l'appelant qui demande si c'était la chambre 110X. Ces appels incessants ont perturbé le sommeil de ma famille toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuner a été très bon, avec une grande variété de choix, mais je suis obligé de réexaminer les futurs séjours dans cet hôtel en raison de préoccupations importantes en matière de sécurité. C'est la première fois que je suis allé à l'hôtel Ayahu, précédemment recommandé par des amis de Singapour, qui félicitent le service et le confort de l'hôtel. Je trouve que les employés de la salle de front sont très heureux d'aider. Je dois toutefois souligner que la situation dans les toilettes de l'auberge est inacceptable, que les reins sont insensibles, que l'on sent insensible et que l'offre de papier est insensible. Après ma plainte, ma chambre a reçu un appel inquiétant, tous les 5 à 10 minutes, les appelants ont demandé si elle était 110X une chambre, l'autre était anormale et inconfortable. Ces appels continus perturbent notre sommeil de la nuit dans toute notre famille. Bien que j'en aie informé la réception, ils n'ont pas encore pu trouver les sources d'électricité. Le côté positif est que le petit déjeuner est très bon et que les variétés sont riches. Cependant, en raison de graves préoccupations de sécurité, je dois réexaminer si je resterai à l'hôtel à l'avenir.

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

Je donne rarement des avis de plus de trois lignes pour un hôtel, mais le Northeast Asia Hotel mérite que je prenne le temps d'écrire un paragraphe détaillé. Cette fois-ci, j'ai voyagé avec mon enfant et j'avais choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement pour ses excellentes critiques concernant les séjours en famille. Après deux nuits, je peux confirmer que je n'ai pas été déçue. Dès notre arrivée l'après-midi du premier jour, mon enfant a été captivé par l'aquarium du hall et a passé un bon moment à regarder les poissons. Un membre du personnel de la réception est passé par là et a même donné à mon enfant un petit sachet de nourriture pour poissons, lui permettant de vivre la joie de les nourrir. Ce petit geste a instantanément conquis le cœur de mon enfant pour l'hôtel. Notre chambre était au vingt-deuxième étage, offrant une vue magnifique. Le soir, nous avons pu observer le soleil disparaître lentement derrière l'horizon urbain, le ciel passant de l'orange au rose violacé puis au bleu profond. Mon enfant est resté collé à la fenêtre pour regarder tout le coucher de soleil, s'exclamant avec enthousiasme : « Papa, maman, regardez, le ciel change de couleur ! » Une fois la nuit tombée, les lumières de la ville se sont allumées, s'étendant à perte de vue depuis nos pieds jusqu'à l'horizon. Ce spectacle magnifique a même tenu les adultes longtemps devant la fenêtre. La nuit, mon enfant a dormi comme un loir, probablement épuisé par la journée, ou peut-être grâce à l'excellente occultation des rideaux de la chambre. Il a dormi jusqu'au matin et a même traîné au lit, ne voulant pas se lever. Pour un voyage en famille, cet endroit est parfait : les adultes sont tranquilles et les enfants s'amusent. Je le recommande cinq étoiles.

Cet hôtel, digne d'Instagram, offre un service de qualité. De votre arrivée à votre départ, vous serez pris en charge par le personnel. Une plage ouverte se trouve à quelques pas, avec deux ou trois cafés, dont le Caan. Le petit-déjeuner buffet propose de délicieux petits-déjeuners occidentaux et chinois. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et disposent d'un balcon donnant sur la plage. Des collations et des boissons sont également offertes, dont une assiette de fruits de bienvenue. Les produits de toilette sont de qualité et sentent très bon. Les toilettes japonaises sont un atout supplémentaire ! Le lit et les oreillers sont confortables. Des activités comme le bateau et le paddle sont également proposés. Si vous avez besoin d'aide concernant les attractions, notamment les visites touristiques, l'établissement dispose d'un compte WeChat et répond rapidement. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous recherchez un endroit plus calme. Et bien sûr, la plage privée en bord de mer est très relaxante et offre une vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit !

La chambre est propre et bien rangée, l'environnement est très bon, l'emplacement est dans la rue Taiyuan, entouré de nombreux grands centres commerciaux, pratique pour voyager ! Lorsque vous amenez des enfants, préparez spécialement des articles de toilette pour enfants et offrez des cadeaux aux enfants au moment du départ. Merci à tout le personnel de l'Hôtel Jen pour son service chaleureux ! Le personnel de la réception, Tong Yuewei, a surclassé la chambre gratuitement et le service était chaleureux et attentionné. Le personnel qui a glissé la carte au petit-déjeuner servi avec le sourire, ce qui était super ~ le personnel qui a vérifié et stocké nos bagages était très enthousiaste. . L'attitude de service de tout le personnel a vraiment amélioré mon impression de Shenyang ~

I stayed at Atour Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. You can easily walk to the Old Town directly from the back of the hotel, which makes sightseeing extremely convenient. It’s perfect for exploring the area on foot and enjoying the local atmosphere. Although the hotel is a bit far from the metro station, it wasn’t an issue for us since we mainly used Didi for transportation, which was very convenient and saved a lot of time. I also loved the cozy library corner and the complimentary coffee area, which made the hotel feel warm and relaxing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The location is just next to Dalian Railway Station and close to Yaohao Square subway, easy acces from airport. Close to any major travel places, malls, restaurants and Aieat supermarket. The room is like appear in the picture with reasonable price. The bed is super comfy i could have a long nice sleep every 4 nights I stayed there. The amenities are good qualities also. The complimentary fruit iwas tasty. The staffs are all willing to help and friendly, we are appreciated their hard work. The room is non smoking room but still smoke from air ventilation in the bath room, we just bought a can of air purifier spay in the bath room and it was better. This hotel will be my first choice to stay in Dalian.

I've been to many hotels all around the world, some are much fancier than this one, but I never received a service better than the one here. Despite the language barriers, the receptionists were always warm and welcoming. When I wasn't feeling well, they took care of me personally, made sure I was having breakfast despite the breakfast time was over, helped me measure my body temperature and when I checked out they still remembered that I wasn't feeling well, asked if I was feeling better and offered me to contact them anytime during my trip. Thank you all, you're definitely the best!

Room clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.

I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
