Hôtels 4 étoiles à Basse-Silésie, Pologne

L'hôtel était idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Wrocław. Le personnel était très serviable, aimable et professionnel. Notre chambre était animée, mais donnait sur une boîte de nuit ouverte jusqu'à 6 h du matin. Lors de notre prochain séjour, nous demanderons une chambre avec vue sur la cour intérieure, car le bruit de la rue était important, surtout le week-end. Nous adorons les hôtels Wyndham et nous y retournerons sans hésiter à l'été 2026.

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Perfekt gelegen mit vielen Straßenbahnen direkt vor der Tür. Gute Schallisolierung der Fenster. Bequeme Betten und alles sauber! Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet! Einziger Minuspunkt es gibt keinen Ahornsirup ;)

Je suis enthousiasmé! Cet hôtel a non seulement répondu à mes attentes, mais a bien dépassé. Depuis le premier moment, tout était parfait – la réception chaleureuse à la réception, l'environnement élégant et le service sans papier ont fait de mon séjour une expérience réelle. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et équipée avec beaucoup d'amour pour le détail. Je suis particulièrement impressionné par la propreté et la vue rêveuse de la fenêtre. Le lit était également exceptionnellement confortable – Je n'ai pas dormi si bien! Mais ce qui fait vraiment exceptionnel ce hôtel est le personnel: attentif, préventif et toujours avec un sourire. Vous remarquez immédiatement que l'hôtesse est une vie. Je peux tout le monde recommander cet hôtel – pour un court séjour, un voyage d'affaires ou un séjour plus long. Je reviendrai certainement!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

Le centre-ville est situé dans un bâtiment de style ancien, très confortable, et très confortable, et il est très confortable. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, il peut s'agir de visiter le lieu pendant l'été chaud.

L'hôtel est situé à une très confortable position et la gare centrale est à une distance de marche. La chambre est belle, mais peut être un peu plus éclairée, surtout si vous voulez travailler.

La location de l'hôtel ne pouvait pas être meilleure! - 5-10mins marche au centre ville, 1min de la boutique, facile à atteindre, très confortable! Le personnel est très aimable et très utile. Les chambres sont décorées et propres ! Les salles et les espaces partagés sont juste ce dont nous avons besoin pour le groupe de 11 amis. Plus : L'eau potable est réincorporable à tout moment.

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.
