Bon voyage Expérience très agréable, l'hôtel est bien, le petit déjeuner est au niveau cinq étoiles national Le service est également bon Cependant, les hôtels européens ne disposent pas d'articles jetables, vous devez donc apporter les vôtres.

Sehr gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende, nur etwas laut, wenn die Fenster offen sind...

Bonne position quelque chose en dehors du centre-ville, mais directement à l'arrêt de l'aéroport-bus. La conception et la technique de l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment actualisée, mais bien entretenue. Super petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Côté et chaud. Même des gâteaus et des vafeaux frais. Sauna et gym jour et nuit disponible gratuitement. La chambre est un peu trop sombre, mais avec des accents colorés. Lit double large, couvercles séparés. TV petit et déjà plus âgé. Coucher à l'eau, thé/eau et même un joueur de DVD dans la chambre. Totalement très recommandé...!!!

Absolutely the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in. I was just visiting family and staying one night which was so sad as it was such a delightful apartment. The entrance, lounge, hallway and apartment itself are impeccably decorated and kept clean. I can't believe how nice it was for the price. The facilities were great with a washing machine in the bathroom which was very handy during our trip. It was just all very well put together. The location is great, out of the window you can see the square where you can hear live music and pop out for food and drink. My only qualm is the location of the car park was a little confusing and also quite far from the actual apartment so large luggage is a bit of a nightmare to haul all the way. None the less, very worth it and will definitely be staying here again if I'm in the area.

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

The hotel’s location is quite good, with convenient access to shopping and dining options nearby, and it also offers paid parking. The rooms are relatively small, and it’s common to find some small bugs, which is the part I’m not very satisfied with.

Location is perfect both for business and leisure purposes: city centter 50 metres from the railway station, large trading center accross the road, walking /food areas and even arthouse cinena nearby. The service is extremely friendly, if needed, extention is given on possibility. Very good sumptioous varietal breakfast for a chain hotel. Room amenities are nice, except maybe for the mattress a bit softer then needed for a spine-health-conscious traveller especially from Asia.

Pokoje dość duże i wygodne ale materace dość twarde. Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Menu restauracji niestety rozczarowało.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, je suis descendu immédiatement au sauna et à la piscine (la seule raison pour laquelle j'y ai réservé) et nous avons découvert que le sauna n'était pas actif et il a fallu un moment avant qu'ils l'aient activé et qu'il était possible d'en utiliser. La réception est rapide et bonne, le check-out est le matin.

Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.
