This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. I advise you inform guests prior to check in. 4. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

Le meilleur endroit pour visiter la vieille ville. Délicieux petit déjeuner et une vue sur la piscine. Je recommanderais très bien des chambres avec vue sur la mer. Le lit est confortable et les chambres sont assez grandes. Si vous voulez demander une chambre de niveau supérieur, la vue est impressionnante quand vous vous réveillez le matin.

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le seul déclin est la baisse du prix de la chambre que nous avons réservée. Il y a une baisse de prix de plus de 40 euros le jour de l'arrivée. Nous devons donc utiliser notre match de prix pour réclamer les différences.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

J'adore son emplacement. C'est très pratique pour rejoindre la vieille ville à pied et il y a une supérette juste au coin de la rue. Le service à la réception était également impeccable. Il pouvait nous voir grâce à la caméra pendant que nous nous garions. Et comme il pleuvait, il est venu nous chercher des parapluies. J'ai adoré !

Hotel was very nice, pools rooms are fantastic, has a great view. Altough gym was not good they have only smith machine no other equipments, its hardly called a gym and the hotel restaurant is overpriced so we ate another restaurant in the solin which is nice. Other than that hotel was super nice, stuff is very kind and welcoming. we have a pleasant stay.

Wonderful experience in Hvar and @ the Moeesy, B&G. Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing. Friendly, attentive, responsive. Location (IMO) is perfect. Outside of town ( so quiet and relaxing) but easily walkable multiple times a day for lunch/dinner or other activities. A real treat to stay here while on Hvar. And do yourself a favor and go to Stari Grad…

This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer.

J'avais réservé 々 à l'Ambassadeur de l'hôtel, mais avant de voyager, j'ai été informé que je n'avais pas d'activité à ce jour. Sous l'appui du personnel Trip.com, j'ai décidé de rester dans cet hôtel. Il y a une différence, mais Trip.com a pris le coût. L'hôtel a réservé des chambres doubles sans nombre d'invités pendant l'automne, mais je peux me mettre à jour gratuitement et vivre dans la suite. La chambre de mer et le balcon sont excellents. Un peu loin du centre-ville (environ 3 kilomètres), le tourisme est un peu inconvenant 々 mais l'hôtel est très beau en lui-même, le personnel de l'hôtel est également très bon. Le petit déjeuner est également très luxueux, je suis très satisfait.
