This room has two windows, one is in the bedroom and this one is on your picture, Second window is In living room and has a direct sea view, no wall view. - This is not a sea view. This is a view with a little bit of water in it. I ask you to visit rooms with true sea views and you will notice the difference. The people viewing reviews online can judge for themselves. 2. We are suprised by your claim about constant noise during the night because of cleaning activites and general foot traffic in the reception area. First because you didn't mentioned it during your stay and during check-out, and second reason is because we never clean during the night and only one receptionist is in the reception area in this time and there is no possibility of any traffic on the reception. - There are c. Four rooms next to reception. The halls echo. To us it sounded like cleaning. If it was not cleaning, then I advise your staff to be more quiet at night. 3. Puteus Palace is situated near the main church and as Croatia is catholic country so the local habit is that church bell are ringing every hour from 6 am – 11 pm to present time of the day and on Sudays they ring longer to celebrate mass. As you came on Sunday evening to the reception and claimed about bell ringing it was explained it to you that on Sunday the bells ring a bit longer during the day. - it was explained after check out. Our receptionist offered you twice assistance with the luggage wich you refused as well. - I would not have provided this feedback if it was not true. It appears that you are calling me a liar which I take great offence to. No assistance was offered. I am appalled that this is your reply. I would have been fine to carry my luggage but you let my girlfriend carry her luggage alone without assistance. I do not expect any compensation for what was a hugely disappointing stay. Your email has magnified what are glaring inadequacies in your offering. Thank you for taking the time to reply but I find your reply totally inadequate and inaccurate.

Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning.

Ein perfekter Ort zum sein, genießen und entspannen. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer, eine Gast- und Herzlichkeit, die man selten findet, moderne große und mit allem ausgestattete Zimmer, ein traumhafter Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer, die Inseln und in einem phantastischen Sonnenuntergang. Romantik pur. Köstliche, frische Speisen zum Frühstück und Abendessen, großzügige Poolanlagen laden zum Verweilen mit Blick auf das adriatische Meer ein! 5 Sterne zurecht!

Great location, good equipments, very nice view from the restaurant and pool, good service, good breakfast, staff is nice. The hotel is a bit overpriced for the size, comfort and view of the room. Drinks and meals are also expensive. Prices are unreasonably high all around the city actually.

This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Everything has been absolutely wonderful here. Amazing people, view, food, facilities... They've got a heated swimming pool outside though I didn't get a chance to try. If we had the chance we would have stayed longer.

The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options.

Great hotel, great facilities, friendly and polite staff, our room has a really good marina view. We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him complimentary birthday cake.

L'hôtel le plus haut de l'île Hvar, la taille de la chambre est modérée, la chambre de scène maritime est à l'avant du port, vous pouvez regarder le bateau venir. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à côté de l'hôtel, mais la nuit est toujours très calme La porte de l'hôtel tourne à droite. Il y a plusieurs restaurants rouges en ligne, et une route qui peut aller au château de haut de la montagne. Il y a un petit supermarché à côté de l'hôtel en 3 minutes, et la fonction de la vie est pratique. L'hôtel prendra le bateau pour aider à transporter les bagages. Le bateau cherchera le personnel de l'hôtel avec la marque de l'hôtel.
