Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Très bel hôtel. La réception s'est arrangée pour obtenir ma chambre avant 15 heures. Le personnel était super serviable et très sympathique. Tout le monde parle anglais. Lit confortable. Les hamburgers au bar étaient délicieux et le petit déjeuner était super. Proche des commerces, supermarché, station-service et café, ce qui en fait un emplacement privilégié pour ma première fois à Ponta Delgada. Ce n'était qu'une escale mais j'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps.

The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous sommes restés dans cet hôtel et que nous n'avons pas été déçus.

First day and arrival was terrible.... Very bad room... Dirty sticky floor. Noisy, no privacy, really terrible located on the ground floor. I paid almost 200 euro for 3 days. This room was no more worth than 35 euro's..... It was fully booked. The cleaned, but stuff was still bad, sticky and broken. Next day I got an upgrade. Really nice. So that was very good service. But so much difference in room quality for the same prices.... Should not be allowed.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'ANC. Nous y avons passé deux nuits après notre vol de New York. C'était agréable d'avoir la piscine, la terrasse et d'être à deux pas de la plage (même si lors de notre séjour, il y avait trop d'algues pour nager). La plupart des réceptionnistes étaient très serviables. On peut aussi se rendre à Caloura à pied. Tout cela nous a permis de nous acclimater au décalage horaire. Calme assuré. Une personne en particulier m'a aidée pour les réservations et m'a bien renseignée sur nos projets. Le dîner était bon et les petits déjeuners semblent être comme d'habitude, avec un bon choix. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner laisse à désirer, avec peu de choix, notamment en ce qui concerne les boissons fraîches. Le personnel n'est pas présent en chambre, ce qui est agaçant car il faut attendre ou les chercher. L'hôtel ne fournit pas de peignoirs en chambre. Personnel très aimable, emplacement idéal.

Great hotel overall. I stayed in an inner courtyard-facing room, which was clean and well-designed, though a bit small for the price. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was a highlight, complete with freshly made-to-order egg dishes. The location is conveniently close to Ponta Delgada. Note on parking: the main lot directly in front fills up quickly. If it's full, you'll need to park in the secondary lot at the back, which requires an unpaved/non-accessible walk through the internal gardens to reach your room.

Did not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry
