Hôtels 4 étoiles à Province de Rayong, Thaïlande

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really impressed! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to a major shopping mall, which made it easy to grab meals, shop, and explore without needing a taxi. The room was surprisingly spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept like a baby every night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room felt brand new. One thing that stood out was the staff. They were all friendly, professional, and spoke good English, which made check-in and asking for recommendations a breeze. If you’re looking for a comfortable, affordable place near the mall, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again

La maison de restauration Fon a été très bonne à organiser des commandes alimentaires pour nous et à sortir rapidement la machine cucuchino quand le lait s'est arrêté. L'hôtel était rapide pour sortir les questions que nous avions.

Lovely hotel with two different facilities-the garden wing was opened in late 2024 and the ocean wing was fully renovated during the pandemic.  Both are lovely facilities.  The ocean views from the pool and restaurant in the ocean wing are stunning while the pool and terraced lounging area and gardens at the garden wing are excellent for swimming and tanning.  Both have excellent pool-side bar service. The garden wing also has a cafe with perhaps the best latte in the area.  The breakfast was served at the ocean wing and was okay; it was a bit uncomfortable though because people brought pets into the breakfast area.  The gym was rather basic for a facility that is excellent in other categories. All of the staff were nice. Unfortunately, I only got the name of one of them.  Mr. Of was friendly and he and his colleagues always greeted us warmly coming and going.

L'hôtel est aéré, propre et offre une atmosphère calme. Il n'y a pas trop de monde, idéal pour des vacances en famille. La chambre est spacieuse et pas exiguë. Le personnel offre un bon service. Je reviendrai et utiliserai à nouveau vos services. 😄

Un hôtel incroyable. Il y a tellement de choses à offrir, leur petit-déjeuner et leur soirée étaient superbes. Beaucoup d'options - thaïlandaises, japonaises et occidentales. Pas cher, Le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous. Très bien situé sur la plage et dispose également de deux piscines.

Positives: ＞ Beautifully designed - the outward appearance of the hotel is quite spectacular and is very well decorated. ＞ Comfortable rooms - the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and the rooms have plenty of places to sit. ＞ Room size - rooms are large and feel spacious. ＞ Cleanliness - The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas. ＞ Staff - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. ＞ Location - the location is ideal for walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach. Negatives: ＞ Events - The hotel also hosts events which can be very loud and go on late into the night. ＞ Doors/soundproofing - We noticed that there was a significant gap in our door which meant that it wasn't particularly soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night (until 2am) by other guests outside our room. ＞ Location - although I have stated the positives about the location above, the negatives are that the hotel is in close proximity to some bar with live music or karaoke which is incredibly loud and can go on very late into the night. Both the noise from the guests at this hotel and the event down the road was very significant and kept us awake late into the night. ＞ Breakfast - Breakfast is served cold. Although they have the equipment to keep the food warm, for some reason they choose not to. Unless you are lucky enough to catch something as soon as it is placed in the container it will go cold quickly. Eggs, bacon, fried rice, local dishes etc are all cold by the time you get them which is not common for Thai hotels and also very disappointing. Comments for the hotel: ＞ Doors - please ensure all doors do not have gaps in between. This can be done easily with some rubber lining on the door frame. This would increase the soundproofing of the room dramatically. ＞ Noise - I understand that the hotel cannot control the bar down the street which plays loud music all night but it does have control over its own events and its own guests. There should be strict rules about drunk guests making noise late into the night and knocking on doors. Nowhere in the rules does it state ”quiet hours” which I believe it should. I understand that events at the hotel serve as a large source of the hotel's income, but there's no need to neglect other guests who stay there. ＞ Breakfast - use the equipment you already own properly and keep the breakfast food hot. I do not know any Thai people who enjoy cold food and keeping the food warm would increase the quality of the breakfast dramatically. Despite being a small cafe, the breakfast has quite a variety and the flavour is good but the temperature of the food really ruins the breakfast.

La chambre est très propre. Le lit double est gonflable et confortable pour dormir. Il y a un petit miroir à la tête du lit. Très chic et luxueux. Le personnel est pressé. Bon service. debout pour prendre le petit déjeuner à temps. Mais le personnel de la zone de restauration a eu la gentillesse de me laisser manger. Grand parking

hôtel au projet, East Star Golf Course, Banchang Il y a un club sombre et un club sportif avec une variété d'équipements. Il y a une piscine et une gamme de conduites pour une gamme de bobines. Des centaines de yards pour tester la compétence.

All staffs are super kind and polite. They also have car service for FREE if you called them for picking up (even in front of restaurants you went) The room was clean and big but still have some light stink in the bathroom but acceptable for me. Environment around was great! Lot of green area can give you relaxation from tired business day. There’s also cafe beside the Robby and dining room (but I’m not a fan of their breakfast to be honest…) However all staffs provided me super great service! I’ll repeat reservation next time for sure :)
