The room facilities were okay, but the ac definitely needs improvement. When we checked into the room, the fan was already on. After switching the fan off, we noticed that the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly and it felt quite warm. We ended up sleeping with only the fan running throughout the night, which was disappointing as we did not expect such an experience. 😓 We checked the air conditioner ourselves and confirmed that it was switched on and set to the correct temperature. We also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was extremely cold, so there seemed to be a significant difference compared to our room. We reported the issue to the front desk, but were informed that the room air conditioner was functioning well. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and it affected our overall comfort during the stay.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean and comfortable. Those are definitely the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell well below expectations. The biggest issue was the parking. My vehicle couldn’t fit into the mechanical parking system, so I was instructed to park by the roadside instead. Eventhough I wasn’t able to use the hotel’s parking system, I was still charged RM10. Later that evening, I decided to use the hotel’s premium parking, which costs RM70/day. I asked if the RM10 I had just paid could at least be deducted from the premium parking fee, but my request was declined. It didn’t seem fair considering I had no choice but to park outside because my car couldn’t fit into the mechanical parking. After contacting management by email, I was informed that the RM10 charge should never have been applied in the first place, as roadside parking was supposed to be complimentary for guests in my situation. This was apparently a mistake by the front desk. What was frustrating was that I had already explained to the front desk multiple times that my vehicle wasn’t even parked in the mechanical parking system, yet I was still asked to pay. The premium parking arrangement was also poorly managed. There were no staff available to assist with moving the cones, and on one occasion, my car registration wasn’t even on the parking list. Several times during my stay, I had to ask different staff where I was supposed to park because no one seemed to know. Housekeeping was another disappointment. I requested room cleaning at the front desk in the morning and specifically informed the staff that I had accidentally left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. Despite this, housekeeping never came to service my room. To the hotel’s credit, management handled my complaint professionally. They refunded all of my parking charges and offered complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. However, while I appreciate management’s effort to make things right, the multiple service issues throughout my stay had already left a poor impression. Personally, I would not stay here again, especially if I’m driving. A good recovery is appreciated, but it doesn’t undo an experience that could have been avoided with better communication and service from the front desk.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.

Pros: La chambre est spacieuse et agréable, située à proximité de la statue de Cat et de la frontière d'eau. Cons : La chambre et le hall se sentaient très chaudes. Même avec l'air conditionné à 16°C en pleine explosion, la chambre n'était pas encore assez froide. Le lecteur de cartes de porte semblait aussi être cassé et il n'y avait pas de bain. Le séjour était tout à fait bon, mais si la question de l'aircondition persiste, je penserais rester à un autre hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite.

im a lil bit shock for the blanket and the bed sheet also the pillowcase cleanliness.Very dirty,like i literally can see all the dirt stain all over the blanket.I should be enjoy my stay,not sleep on a dirty bed.This is one of my fav place to stay but got dissappointed by this kond of negligence.I wish this not gonna happen again.Overall,service and food is 100/10.thank you.

Nice hotel with big room, stayed there for 2 nights. Bed is clean, firm and comfortable. Aircon is cold, bathroom is clean. Hotel is walking distance to both Bintang and imperial shopping mall. Many eatery around the hotel and also self help laundry station across the road. A small convenient shop beside the hotel main door. Only feedback is the power socket very far from table. No power socket beside the bed. No elevator from ground to basement carpark. Will stay again.

La suite junior était hors d'attente. spacieux, lumineux avec de grands lits et salle de bains confortables. Lits et meubles étaient nouveaux et confortables. Les chambres et les services étaient excellents. certainement un grand séjour et un à attendre de nouveau prochain - Oui.

Raia Hotel & Convention Centre is big and faces the Kuching airport terminal. Pick-up is at Gate 3 of the airport arrival hall after WhatsApp the hotel. In five minutes, the hotel white van with the Raia Hotel logo came to pick me up. Upon entering the room and activating the power source, the television automatically shows Bloomberg News. I had tried to switch it off to sleep but the remote control did not function. I cannot see the airport runway from my room. It may be possible to see Air Borneo aircraft ascend to the sky at a corner in a twinkling of an eye. I slept for four hours thirty minutes and woke up after the prompt wake-up call to check-in for Air Borneo's flight to KLIA on 8 August 2026. Kindly note that the hotel is under renovation and enhancement works until 19 September 2026. It is not practical to stay in the room during and after breakfast and the room has no minibar. If one does not have a flight to catch in the morning, stay elsewhere in Kuching.

La location est toujours bonne parce que la pub est si je veux manger ou acheter des choses est encore heureuse, seulement si je veux aller au bord de l'eau, Il prend 25 minutes, à l'avant. L'appartement est également un éverise, juste parce que nous avons commandé 2 chambres, 13e étage. La chose drôle est que le wifi que nous utilisons est le wifi de l'hôtel, il est un peu lent, le savon de douche dans la chambre n'est pas disponible, le nom est encre, juste pas, enfin dit de livrer, le fer n'est même pas, quand je suis sorti, la personne veut chatter, il est livré à avoir 🤧 , même si le moment où je suis arrivé au chat, il n'y avait pas de réponse, il était une honte encore, Si vous voulez utiliser la machine à laver, vous devez louer 35 rm par nuit 👎 , il devrait être les installations que nous obtenons quand nous louer un appartement , Je vis dans un autre appartement, bien que la lave-linge n'est pas dans la chambre, il est gardé en bas, si nous l'utilisons, il est gratuit. Qu'est-ce que c'est à payer, Dépôt 200rm, J'ai un autre 37 rm en espèces, dit qu'il était propre,, l'appartement n'était pas que, je ne sais pas, les autres étages, d'autres propriétaires ne sont pas les mêmes
