I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Urban Lion. The location is perfect as it is very close to the IGI Airport, making it super convenient for my flight. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and made check-in very smooth. The room was clean, cozy, and provided great value for the price. Highly recommended for transit travelers looking for an affordable and hassle-free stay!

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique, avec des restaurants et des attractions facilement accessibles à proximité. Le personnel était aimable et m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Je le recommande vivement !

Emplacement impeccable, hôtel imparfait ! Discutons des avantages et des inconvénients : Avantages : 1) emplacement : 10/10 - il n'y a rien de mieux que cela. 2) service de restauration et qualité de la nourriture : 9/10 - les deux étaient conformes aux normes et bons. 3) Enregistrement anticipé : on nous a donné un enregistrement anticipé, ce qui est très appréciable. Inconvénients : 1) État des chambres : 1/10 - très médiocre pour le prix. Dans une chambre, le drain de la baignoire était bouché par des cheveux - c'est dégoûtant !! Dans une autre chambre, le robinet du lavabo principal était mal installé et la douche était si mal conçue que l'eau coulait partout. 2) service de la réception et réactivité : une simple demande a pris au moins 3 à 4 appels et une heure pour être réglée. Pas un 5 étoiles, c'est vrai. 3) taille de la salle de bain : trop petite pour ce qu'elle devrait être. 4) Équipements : très basiques. Rien de spécial du tout. Expérience globale moyenne dans un hôtel 3-4 étoiles avec un emplacement 5 étoiles.

Bien que j'aie déjà payé, on m'a demandé de payer à nouveau sur place. J'étais soulagée lorsque le remboursement a été effectué, mais on m'a ensuite demandé de payer une troisième fois au moment du départ, ce qui a amputé ma visite de 30 minutes. J'espère qu'ils se coordonneront correctement avec trip.com et les autres sites de réservation.

Bon endroit pour séjourner, personnel très serviable, ambiance agréable, bon séjour, près de l'aéroport, je recommande👍👍👍autour de l'hôtel, on peut aller prendre un verre ou aller en boîte de nuit très facilement et en toute sécurité, à proximité de tout et on peut y aller à pied 24h/24 et 7j/7, aire de restauration ici, bon endroit pour séjourner
