Hôtels 4 étoiles à Delhi, Inde

Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

L'hôtel est bon, l'option la plus économique d'Aerocity. Je n'ai pas aimé le petit-déjeuner, il y avait très peu de plats européens parmi lesquels choisir. A proximité se trouvent un supermarché ouvert 24h/24, un centre commercial et une station de métro

La lobby est magnifique et le petit déjeuner est étonnant. Le personnel est généralement ami et utile, mais la chambre laisse beaucoup à désirer. Premièrement, l'hôtel n'a pas une chambre avec deux lits qui ne sont pas des lits doubles. L'hôtel a pris un tour en chambre en second lit, mais il a pris l'espace de séjour dans la chambre, et il était très petit et couché. I stayed at The Connaught, New Delhi (IHCL SeleQtions) for a night in late December, and it was an excellent choice. I was traveling from Vrindavan and heading to Jaipur the next day, so I needed somewhere central and comfortable to recharge. The location is unbeatable if you want to be near Connaught Place (CP). Despite being in a busy area, the hotel felt like a quiet sanctuary. The room had a great boutique vibe—modern but with that classic Taj hospitality. The staff were extremely attentive and made the check-in process smooth, which was a relief after a long drive. I’m really glad I chose this over other options in the area. The breakfast was also a highlight with a good mix of options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay in central Delhi.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff behavior was very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience with excellent service. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.

”Un séjour mémorable grâce à Mme Rajnandini !” J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de séjourner dans cet hôtel et, même si notre arrivée n'a pas été des plus agréables en raison d'un personnel peu serviable, les choses ont pris une tournure positive lorsque le changement d'équipe a eu lieu et nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Mme Rajnandini. Dès son arrivée, Mme Rajnandini a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel et d'une réelle volonté de nous aider. Son accueil chaleureux et son attention nous ont permis de nous sentir valorisés en tant que clients. Elle a non seulement résolu les problèmes initiaux auxquels nous avons été confrontés, mais a fait tout son possible pour que notre séjour soit confortable et agréable. Sa connaissance des équipements et des services de l'hôtel était impressionnante et elle était toujours prête à nous donner des suggestions et des informations utiles. Le dévouement de Mme Rajnandini à son rôle et son engagement à fournir un service client exceptionnel se sont vraiment démarqués. Ce sont des membres du personnel comme elle qui peuvent faire une différence significative dans l'expérience d'un client. À la lumière du service exceptionnel de Mme Rajnandini, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel à l'avenir. Son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse ont transformé ce qui aurait pu être un séjour décevant en un séjour mémorable. J'espère que l'hôtel reconnaîtra et appréciera l'atout qu'elle représente. It's a new hotel that, on the surface, looks like a decent option. My personal experience wasn't great. There was hammering/drilling every morning at 9am. The fitness room was being renovated - there was no mention of this when booking. The Pillows in the room were one type and was causing me neck pain, when I asked if they had any other pillows, I wss told there's only 1 type. The location is terrible - there is gridlock traffic outside the hotel and I would advise you to book an uber at least 20 mins earlier than you need it as it will invariably arrive late. I would not stay here again mainly because of the issues with the location. All my other complaints, could be improved upon if the hotel management wants to.

2泊お世話になりました。フロントのスタッフの方は良い方でした。 部屋は清潔感がありましたが、空調部分に匂い袋のようなものを吊り下げていて、私はその香りがすきではなかったため若干ストレスでした。 シャワーの水圧は良く、排水も良かったです。 リッチはそれほど悪くなく、周辺にカフェもあるので朝食はそこで摂りました。（カフェはAM7:30～） ただ、残念なことが、階段近くの部屋でしたが、スタッフの控え場所（寝ていた）が、爆音で音楽を聴いていたため、騒音が酷かった。 スタッフに「音を下げて静かにしてください」と2回言いに行きました。 階段でエコーで響き、22:00にあの騒音は誰でも不快。 【English】 We stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were kind and polite. The room was clean; however, there was a sachet or scented bag hanging near the air-conditioning unit. Unfortunately, I did not like the smell, which caused me some discomfort. The shower water pressure was good, and the drainage worked well. The location was not too bad, and there are cafés nearby, so we had breakfast there (the café opens from 7:30 a.m.). What was most disappointing was the noise. Our room was near the stairs, and staff members were staying/resting in a staff area nearby while playing music at an extremely loud volume. The noise was very disturbing. I went to ask them twice to turn the music down and keep quiet. Because the sound echoed through the stairwell, the noise was especially loud. At 10:00 p.m., that level of noise would be unpleasant for anyone.

For a family getaway and had a great experience overall. The hotel struck a good balance between comfort, service, and value. Room & Amenities: Our family room was clean snd well-maintained. The beds were comfortable . Dining: The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, including child-friendly options like pancakes, fruit, and cereals. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, even during peak hours. Service: Staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests. Location: The hotel is in a convenient location—close to airport and local attractions, eateries, and transport. Overall: This hotel is a solid choice for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it ticks all the right boxes for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. Rating: 4.5/5
