It was really nice and reception was super helpful. The weather was really bad so staying here make it super convient. I did my shopping, dinner, coffee without even going out :)

Was here was a couple of days. Great location, service and super comfy/large rooms. Definitely staying here the next time 

Beautiful old girl, kept elegantly up to date. My King room was tastefully furnished but the older heating system was a bit noisy and I had to crank it to 25°C to combat the -14°C external weather coming in through the window. This overheated the room everywhere except near the desk, where I needed to work for most of the evening. Brisk! Shower was blissfully hot. Towels, robes and toiletries all stylish but does anyone else have trouble getting product out of those tiny Aveda bottles? You need a vise-like grip! Doorman was lovely but front desk only brusquely efficient. A little more warmth on a cold night would have been nice. Hostess at the Grill even colder! This was all made up for the next day with exceptional service, smiles and warmth at The Drake, where the blueberry salmon and eggs on toast shouldn't be that delicious but IT IS! Please try it!

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel. Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff. every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others. Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

L'entrée du parking est située directement à l'intérieur de la rue de l'Hyatt et la zone peut être hectique à entrer ou à sortir. Je pensais que l'environnement était propre et que la matrice n'était pas trop déprimée. Je regarde dans le réfrigérateur et j'ai trouvé un panier de nourriture sur le haut du réfrigérateur. Il y avait un peu de fromage de bœuf très vieux à l'intérieur. J'ai mis le basket dans le hall dehors de ma porte.

I had a very pleasant stay and found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. I didn't encounter any major issues during my visit. One helpful tip for future guests: the water vending machines were frequently empty, but you can fill up a reusable bottle for free at the gym! My only reservation was the price point; between the $200+ room rate and the expensive dining options at the casino, the total cost felt a bit high for the overall experience.”

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!

Stylish stay in the heart of Minneapolis. Excellent location and beautiful rooms equipped with a Nespresso machine. Don’t miss the top-floor perks: the Prohibition bar on the 27th floor and the stunning observation deck on the 30th. The brunch at Manny’s Steakhouse is also a must. Highly recommended!
