Property is located in so narrow place and the place is very poor and dirty. However hotel view is ok from balcony. There is no room cleaning facilities, not changing the bed cover, pi-lo cover. Yes room service is good. No intercom is available in room, so we have to ring from our mobile phone to reception for order place. There is no geyser in bathroom, so whenever we have require didn't get hot water. Every time we need to call reception for asking any needs. Room size is too small, wardrobe is very small, tv is not working, no tea table or sitting arrangement. Everything had to be done on bed. Fooding price is also very expensive. So, overall experience is average markings. Also hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance from road and entire gali road you will have to carry your luggage to hotel, i think senior citizen have troubled with that.

La vibe de la place est bonne, bonnes personnes, bonne nourriture, aussi la place a une bonne position près du ghat pandéy, bangalitola. Globalement bonne expérience, mais venez à votre heure d'arrivée, ne venez pas tôt le matin si votre train arrive à Kashi au soleil, vous devrez mieux faire l'ajustement avec le soignant pour arriver tôt.

この宿の主人は、日本語が堪能で、とても細かい配慮ができる人物です。１泊だけの滞在でしたが、不自由を感じることはありませんでした。部屋に暖房器具はありませんが、寒さで困るほどではありません。近所には、おいしい食事を提供するレストランや両替商もあり、便利な場所だと思いました。再びこの地を訪れることがあれば、必ずこの宿を選択するでしょう。　P.S.　TEJさん、ものすごい渋滞の中、バイクで送ってくれてありがとう。とってもエキサイティングで楽しかったよ！

Ok for a day if you are bent upon staying close to the ghats and the temple. Allowed us to relax for 1-2 hrs after our temple visit in the dormitory area; since we had to check out at 9:00 am in the morning to go to the temple. We checked in at 11:00pm in the night for one night stay.

The rooms were good. The service was very poor. Ac was not working properly for a whole day. Tv was not working and it was not even repaired even after repeated complaints. Shaving kit was asked and they said that it will be given shortly but it did not came the whole day. When asked again the next day they told that it's not included the complimentary services. This could have been communicated the previous day itself so that i could arrange from elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was also not up to the mark and the service there also was dissapointing.

La location de l'hôtel est bonne. Il est situé dans la zone du marché Hathwa. Vous pouvez obtenir le transport pour visiter toutes les attractions touristiques de ici. Les intérieurs de l'hôtel, la zone commune, le lobby et les passages sont très agréables avec un touche patrimonial. Les intérieurs de la chambre sont OK, mais la taille aurait pu être meilleure. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre no 1010 et 1008. Les chambres sont un peu étanches, surtout 1010. Les toilettes sont propres avec de bonnes installations, mais la zone de baignade aurait pu être bien gérée par ségrégation des zones sèches, semi-sèches et humides. Un kit dentaire et un distributeur de savon liquide auraient dû être fournis. La salle à manger est très belle avec une variété d'options alimentaires. Le personnel de la maison semble plus enclin à prendre les conseils en transportant votre bagage. En général, le séjour était agréable et agréable pour nous.

It has been a great experience. The staff is profession and cooperative. We got late accidentally but still staff was humble and cooperative and managed to get us an early check out. The rooms are nice, spacious and full of all amenities. Bathroom was very neat and clean and location of the property very nice.

C'est un hôtel impressionnant pour notre voyage en Inde. Le service est très intime, même si vous n'êtes qu'une nuit. Nous allons prendre un bateau pour la cérémonie à 5 h 15. L'hôtel a organisé à temps le capitaine et le serveur pour nous guider à bord, et nous avons préparé très attentivement les chaussures, difficile à imaginer combien il serait froid si nous n'avons pas monté les chaussures. Puis, ils ont pris le petit déjeuner et un serveur nous a fourni un service. Ils ont généralement pris un repas officiel à 7 heures, mais parce que nous sommes sortis à 7 heures, ils ont préparé un repas chaud à l'avance, ensuite très chaud. Puis, à temps, le capitaine et le porteur nous ont embarqués et nous ont rencontrés avec notre chauffeur jusqu'à ce qu'ils mettent la caisse dans la voiture. L'accent est venu, le chauffeur a crié, la réception de l'hôtel a commencé à l'appeler à plus de 5 heures du matin. Il a continué de le rappeler, il fallait aller tôt et tôt pour nous attendre, craignant que nous ne le trouvent pas ou que nous ne le trouvent pas. En fait, nous n'avons pas dit à l'hôtel à l'avance, nous avons besoin de les rappeler au conducteur et ainsi de suite, mais nous avons dit à la réception que nous sommes un avion à 10 heures, et que nous devons partir de l'hôtel à 7 heures. Faisons l'hôtel plus nerveux que nous, craignant que je ne sois tard, etc. Le service est détaillé et parfaitement supérieur à nos attentes. Recommandez vivement cet hôtel, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, Wonderful Hotel!

The place was a little hard to find, not on main road, but display at the side of road helped. The staff was brilliant, full stars to them, hygiene was good but could be improved as i found a bug in bed, used dishes were just lying on tables in corridor! ac flap was broken so had to deal with either too cold or no ac, so that, staff helped in early checkout and keeping the luggage safe as 2 hours late check up will take charges of whole day. Overall it was a good experience

The ambience, the comfort, the food, the location. Everything was perfect with total sync with money charged. I would like to stay again and again at this property. Staffs were polite and prompt. Smooth check-in and check-out. Pool was well maintained. Room size was ok. Fabric used in room was skin friendly. Room service was excellent. Lobby was found adequately placed furniture and was enough space to accommodate guests comfortably.

This is one of the properties I stayed in Varanasi for 4.5 days, clean, beautiful, high ceilings, heritage property just like the pictures, very safe, in the hustle of the city, , green lawn view, very spacious, close proximity to market, temple, ghat, easy commute, frequent e rickshaw available just outside the gate, staff is well groomed, very polite and friendly. Restaurant also offers good food. I recommend everyone here.

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

L'hôtel Rivera est vraiment excellent. La position de cet hôtel est grande. Ganga ghat est à seulement 100 mètres de l'hôtel. Assi ghat est à environ 250 mètres de l'hôtel. La nourriture était excellente et le personnel était ami et utile. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres et spacieuses. Il y avait un ascenseur qui est utile pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes de prendre les escaliers. Il y avait aussi un parking près de l'hôtel. Je recommande cette propriété à tout le monde.

I’m a solo traveler who has been to many different places in India, and I can highly recommend this hostel for your next stay. The staff here is very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and the air conditioning works properly. The bathroom in our room was cleaned by the staff every day. I enjoyed the food here so much that I ate here every day. The hostel also has an app through which you can order food and beverages and open the door to your room. I liked it so much that I’ve also booked stays in Rishikesh and Jaipur with the same brand, as I hope they are just as good as this one in Varanasi.

The property is pretty decent, but far from Varanasi's main attractions (Vishwanath Temple, Ghats, etc). It is closer to Sarnath. The rooms and toilets are spacious, but the sink in the bathroom was leaking...Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel. The staff however were very polite and helpful.

Si vous voulez rester près du gate dashashwamedh, cette maison d'hôtes est une bonne option. Mais un peu loin du marché & mandir. Parmi 5, je donne: emplacement: 4, nettoyage de la chambre: 3.5 service: 2. Les points sont bons : nous avons check-in à 2h30 (avec réservation pleine journée, mais pas de questions pour la réception de la chambre. Les chambres sont très bien équipées pour les chambres, les chambres sont très bien équipées pour les chambres. Un autre point frustrant est que chaque fois que vous venez de l'extérieur, vous devez demander à l'équipe de service de changer de climatisation de leur arrière-plan. Chaque jour, ils manquent au moins une chambre pour fournir les bouteilles d'eau complémentaires.

Quality Inn Varanasi Отель имеет отличное расположение — по главным дорогам через рынки можно выйти к одному из главных гатов Варанаси, Dashashwamedh Ghat. Я спокойно дошла пешком. Прямая удаленность от гатов — большой плюс: вокруг чисто, нет посторонних запахов, но при этом присутствует необходимая инфраструктура. Поблизости несколько кафе с хорошим кофе, а напротив есть супермаркет, где можно найти практически все необходимое, и, что немаловажно, он принимает Visa. Сам отель новый, сервис на ресепшене отличный. Заселили на час раньше, но пришлось немного подождать. К счастью, на крыше есть приятный ресторан, где можно скоротать время. Номер мне очень понравился, особенно его атмосфера и дизайн. Много световых схем, что я всегда ценю. Зеркала с подсветкой — отдельный плюс! Душевая комната чистая и опрятная, вода горячая и с хорошим напором. В ванной есть все необходимое: бритвенный набор, гель для душа, шампунь, фен (!!), кондиционер для волос, расческа, зубной набор. Кровать — просто невероятная! Очень удобный матрас, можно выспаться на все 100%. Из окна вид на стену — и это скорее плюс: тишина гарантирована, посторонние шумы с улицы не беспокоят. В номере есть чайный набор, кофе, сливки, а также инверторный кондиционер и ТВ. Завтрак — скорее формальный, но выпить чашку кофе утром приятно. Для европейцев выбор еды очень ограниченный. Цена за номер около 40$, и это более чем отличное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую этот отель, особенно если хотите жить в Варанаси в комфортных условиях, недалеко от гатов, но при этом в чистом и цивилизованном районе.

This hotel is very near to the main market road. The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. We had initially booked a non-ac room, however as it was humid - we wanted to upgrade it to ac room. The hotel management arranged for the same at the very earliest and accommodated us in a better room. However, the cleanliness is okayish, could be better. Nonetheless, the staff is very helpful- you can always rely on them

The location of the hotel is very near to kashi vishwanath temple, manikarnika ghat & dashashamedha ghat, making it an ideal choice. Also, it has local auto and tuk tuk stand just at the corner. They also have their own vehicle arrangements in-case u want to take outstation travels. But the best part of theirs is their outstanding service. I was traveling alone and had fallen sick. They had taken so much care to arrange medicine and specially cooked khitchdi, and did not even take money for it! that goes even beyond the levels of service. I would really recommend the hotel to all the people travel-ling to benaras.
