Un hôtel design au centre de Harlem, avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants à côté, rendant la vie très pratique. Ce n'est pas bruyant la nuit (rare à New York). Cependant, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes ni de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, ce qui est un peu difficile pour ceux qui sont plus exigeants en matière de nourriture. La gestion est moyenne. Le personnel de service a été très lent à répondre. J'ai dû crier deux fois pour obtenir quelque chose. J'ai laissé la prise de l'adaptateur dans l'hôtel en partant et je ne m'en suis souvenu que la nuit. Heureusement, je n'étais pas loin, alors j'ai appelé la réception. Ils m'ont rapidement rappelé et m'ont dit qu'ils l'avaient trouvé et l'avaient déposé à la réception pour que je puisse le récupérer. Ce dernier était une surprise.

Le nouveau lieu de l'hôtel, mais à quelques minutes de la ville, a besoin d'environ 120 dollars pour rentrer  Uber. Le coût de la conversion est un peu élevé. Si les opérateurs de la ville centrale devront envisager  le déplacement et le coût. Pour la première fois, il est possible de rester dans un hôtel 3 h 00 (pas de voyageurs) un peu bizarre 😅.  Les équipements dures sont nouveaux mais ne sont pas utilisés et il n'y a pas trop d'hébergements. Je veux soutenir le nouvel hôtel, mais j'espère que le service sera renforcé, que le choix du petit déjeuner et les produits seront meilleurs, peut-être limités à la main, et j'espère que vous aurez une meilleure performance 🙏

C'est un hôtel très proche de l'aéroport. Bien qu'il soit petit, il dispose de toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires et de bons équipements. La chambre est très petite. Le hall est au premier étage, mais la chambre doit aller au sous-sol. le petit-déjeuner est un petit-déjeuner de style occidental. Il a de tout mais ce n'est pas très délicieux. Mangez juste assez ! Il y a une navette aéroport pour faciliter les déplacements et le service est également très bon. Il y a un message de bienvenue avec le nom du client sur la télévision en entrant dans la chambre👍.

Cet hôtel dispose de belles chambres, de personnel amiable et d'une excellente position. Malheureusement, ils rénovéssent l'hôtel, ce qui ne permet pas de disposer de la lobby, du restaurant, du bar et de la sauna. Vous devez entrer en tant qu'invité au plus long de la porte et prendre 2 ascenseurs séparés pour arriver à la chambre. Lors de la réservation, aucune observation n'a été faite sur la rénovation qui a conduit le séjour à ne pas répondre aux attentes. Nous avons payé pour une 5-sterren expérience, mais pas reçue.

C'est un hôtel de style classique, très bon! Personnellement, j'ai même senti le sens du luxe de l'hôtel Grand-Liese Carlton. La position est à quelques pas de la rue Grand-Middle, vous pouvez prendre le métro ou un taxi pour aller près de Times Square. La zone autour de l'hôtel est très calme, comme le pont japonais et le pont de Ping-pong, et il n'y a pas de magasins comme DELI ou $1Pizza. Je pense que c'est la position des adultes. Les installations dans la chambre, telles que les cafetières et les turbines, sont parfaites, mais pas de réfrigérateurs et d'eau minière. En ce qui concerne la position, je pense que la comodité et l'inconfort changeront en fonction de la destination de la maison, donc je ne peux rien dire, mais l'évaluation globale est très élevée, c'est un bon hôtel!

J'ai séjourné dans une chambre avec lits superposés et salle de bain partagée. Les chambres sont petites. Il y a de l'eau courante. Des chaussons et des serviettes sont fournis en abondance. Il y avait aussi un sèche-cheveux. Les murs sont fins donc je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit aux personnes sensibles au bruit. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont au même endroit et ne sont pas trop sales. Du shampoing, de l’après-shampoing et du savon pour le corps étaient fournis dans la cabine de douche. Il y a un miroir et c'est spacieux, donc vous pouvez prendre votre temps pour prendre soin de votre peau. Le personnel n'est pas effrayant. Hautement recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit économique où séjourner à New York.

Tolérance, hôtel recommandé par l'entreprise 🏨. Parce que nous sommes un département de design, nous sommes plus créatifs. C'est vraiment génial que le siège ait recommandé cet hôtel design ! ! ! Environnement : Si vous êtes une fashionista et une personne branchée, cet hôtel est parfait pour vous ! La plupart des gens qui séjournent ici sont des jeunes. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très à la mode, avec des détails lumineux et de nombreuses petites surprises. Ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est la vidéo en boucle infinie dans l'ascenseur. C'était vraiment incroyable. Le dernier étage est une piscine et un bar disco, où l'on peut aller s'amuser le soir quand il fait très haut ! L'insonorisation de l'hôtel est très bonne, ne vous inquiétez pas Hygiène : Les allées sont très lumineuses et les luminaires bien choisis. Il y avait une légère odeur de moisi dans la chambre lorsque nous y sommes entrés, ce qui est acceptable dans la plupart des hôtels. Équipements : j'ai un king size, mais la chambre n'est pas très grande. Mais j'adore le design intérieur ! Il y a un pouf, un long canapé et une table ovale, ce qui est suffisant pour que deux personnes puissent travailler et se maquiller. Mention spéciale pour son lit🛏 ! ! ! C’est celui que je n’oublierai jamais le plus puisque j’ai dormi dans tant d’hôtels ! ! On dirait que je connais quelle marque de matelas ! C'est tellement confortable ! ! BTW, la salle de bain a du shampoing, du revitalisant et du gel douche, les marques sont bonnes. Aucune brosse à dents ni dentifrice n'est fourni, merci d'apporter les vôtres. Les étrangers sont plus soucieux de la protection de l'environnement. Service : Le petit-déjeuner n'est généralement pas fourni, mais un room service est disponible. Il y a également deux restaurants à la porte où l'on peut manger du matin au soir. De plus, le quartier est le très branché Chelsea mkt, qui se trouve à seulement deux pas et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une cuisine délicieuse !

Il est pratique de marcher de la 45e rue jusqu'au Pier 83 et de prendre la Circle Line pour visiter la Statue de la Liberté. À côté du quai se trouve le musée du porte-avions Intrepid.

La chambre n'est pas grande, les toilettes sont légèrement vieux, mais sont globalement confortables et propres. La réception et les serveurs de chambre sont très aimables et enthousiastes. La position est pratique, à moins de 10 minutes à pied, ils se rapprochent du parc central et sont également très proches de la station de métro. Deux supermarchés alimentaires sont situés à l'extérieur de la rue, Starbucks et Silkland sont à droite, et il y a de nombreux restaurants de goûts différents à proximité. Le plus trésor de la chambre d'hôtel est, outre les machines à café, des micro-ondes, des élévateurs et des accessoires de table simples, nous achetons des œufs, des coquilles coupées, des hamburgers et du riz du supermarché opposé. Nous avons fait un grand petit-déjeuner de la cuisine chinoise-ouest. C'est super. Le regret a oublié de prendre des photos dans la chambre, et le chan a pu télécharger des photos de l'hallo et de la vue.

J'ai réservé le W parce que je connais la marque et que c'était un bon prix pour l'espace ! Ma sœur et mon frère ont fini par rester avec moi et mon mari - et tout le monde avait largement assez de place. C'était un emplacement parfait, à quelques pas de Times Square et au milieu de tous les sites touristiques de New York☺️ Les vues depuis le 47ème étage étaient folles - ma seule recommandation à l'hôtel serait de laver les fenêtres car elles étaient très sales. Je n'ai pu prendre cette photo ci-jointe que lorsque j'ai ouvert la fenêtre. Quand nous serons de nouveau à New York, nous réserverons le W sans aucun doute !

J'y ai passé trois nuits, le sentiment général est moyen. Emplacement : L'emplacement est très bon et très pratique. Il se trouve en face de la gare centrale, où vous pouvez prendre le métro pour presque n'importe quel endroit de New York. Il semble également y avoir des bus à destination et en provenance des aéroports de LaGuardia et JFK, mais je ne les ai pas essayés. Il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour manger, et il n'y a aucun problème à se remplir l'estomac, mais il ne semble pas y avoir de restaurant particulièrement bon. Equipements : L'hôtel en lui-même est très vieux, donc les chambres sont plus anciennes. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une pièce donnant sur la rue, les fenêtres sont trop petites et la lumière est toujours faible. La climatisation dans la chambre était trop bruyante et a dû être éteinte pendant le sommeil. Heureusement, je n'ai pas besoin de climatisation quand j'y vais. Si c'est l'été, c'est probablement un gros problème. C'est peut-être une vieille relation, l'odeur de la pièce n'est pas très bonne, mais heureusement, les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes un peu pour la ventilation. Service : je n'ai traité qu'avec la réception et j'étais très sympathique à l'arrivée. Dans l'ensemble, je pense que c'est assez satisfaisant, qu'il n'y a rien de pointilleux et qu'il n'y a rien d'exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, non inclus dans le prix de la chambre, a besoin d'un choix à la carte, pas beaucoup de choix, goût moyen. Par rapport au prix, je suis assez déçu. Cependant, c'est le cœur de New York, comprenez. Je ne reviendrai pas.

C'était une nuit avant mon vol et les réceptionnistes sont plutôt sympas ! Ma chambre semble plus grande, mais elle est divisée par une porte blanche pour plus d'espace. J'entends très bien les voisins et la porte de séparation s'ouvre… L'eau de la douche était capricieuse et je n'arrivais pas à comprendre comment l'utiliser, mais la réception m'a dit qu'il fallait ouvrir le robinet et celui de la douche pour avoir de l'eau chaude ! C'était une belle chambre dans l'ensemble, avec vue sur l'aéroport !

La chambre était agréable et le parking gratuit sur place était vraiment un avantage, le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon, le personnel était gentil avec nous et arrangeant, vraiment serviable. Le seul inconvénient était que c'était loin ; à Staten Island et il a fallu assez longtemps (avec le trafic) pour se rendre à Manhattan/Brooklyn/Queens etc.. et quand nous avons séjourné ici, la machine à glace ne fonctionnait pas, mais le personnel était toujours serviable en nous donnant de la glace dans une grande tasse. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. Il y avait aussi une navette gratuite de l'hôtel au terminal de ferry de Staten Island qui nous emmènerait à Manhattan.

Globalement satisfait du séjour, mais je recommanderais d'utiliser une carte pour le dépôt que vous pouvez verrouiller. À 1h00 du matin, TROIS SEMAINES après mon séjour, l'hôtel a tenté de facturer 50 $ sur ma carte de crédit que j'utilisais pour la sécurité de la chambre. Il n'y avait rien qui aurait dû être facturé, et l'hôtel a indiqué que ”c'était juste notre système” - aucune explication pour laquelle le ”système” tentait de débiter ma carte, et il n'y avait aucun frais accessoires dans la chambre. Je suis heureux que le dispositif anti-fraude de ma carte de crédit ait refusé la transaction, car j'aurais peut-être manqué le débit si je n'avais pas été alerté d'une éventuelle fraude.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan, right next to NY Penn Station which has trains to both JFK (on the LIRR) and EWR (via NJTransit). My room was pretty small, but it had everything I needed. Everything appears to be clean. Staff were friendly and had me checked in and out quickly. I was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon checkin.
