Can’t complain at all about the Location, or that of the staff in every department were excellent and more than willing to help. However, i’m a wheelchair user and travel a lot on my own. The first thing i noticed was that i couldn’t get into the hotel from the main entrance, i was told to go to the side of the building and i would find a ramp and a door to get in. It didn’t feel like i was being treated exactly the same as able bodied people, and with the one door bolted shut it was still difficult to get through. The doors were not easy to get through the hotel at all. There aren’t any accessible rooms with a nice view , and the accessible rooms were at the back of the hotel. There is only two rooms suitable for disabled people. No other room was available for me, and as i had paid extra for a sea view, and no accessible room with a sea view i had no choice but to take a room that isn’t accessible. My room itself was a good size and plenty of space for my wheelchair. The shower was over the bathtub, so i just had to do my best to wash.The hotel itself has a very grand feel about it, but it does need to be given a make over as far as furnishings and colours go. Also a better option would be appreciated for access for disabled guests to enter and leave the hotel.

solutely amazing hotel ...staff are so friendly nothing was too much for them if there's anything you need they will cater for it if possible ...the Foods amazing ... the bar is well priced the swimming pool and sauna is cheap perfect for families and couples .. Definitely will be going again 3rd time I've stayed here it's amazing

Overall this hotel was nice great location, also on the the beach, good transport and easy to walk to town centre, good facilities, only flaw was it was our first visit to the hotel and I booked a family of 5 room with a sea view costing 78 pounds and on arrival was given a family of 4 room with no sea view only costing 65 pounds which I know as it stated the price on the receipt I was given by reception on arrival

Le temps était froid , mais la chambre était chaude . La cuisine de service a été une idée très bonne avec toasters de café et micro-oeuvre , grâce à Nigela.all dans tous a aimé mon séjour et vous serez encore là si une chambre unique est disponible 🤠😎

My daughter and I stayed here overnight while she was attending a dance competition. The hotel was lovely. We were greeted with a smile by the owner, who was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a spacious, sea view room. It was clean, large enough to sleep 5. The bed was very comfortable. We had plenty of hot drink supplies. The toiletries provided were fantastic. Very happy with the price and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you Vinnie's, it's been great.

Nous sommes déçus dans la situation de stationnement de voiture, mais il n'a pas été précisé que vous devriez conduire dans les endroits où il a été marqué de sortie et les pousser à lever la barrière. La chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. La chambre était très fatiguée avec des murs et des plafonds marqués et écrasés. La salle de bains était équipée de toutes les installations usuelles, mais une grande craque était dans les ailes du sol d'environ deux pieds et demi. Le bar était très cher pour les boissons et le personnel semblait servir et nettoyer des tables, etc. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat mais de base. Nous avons notifié la réception sur la vérification de nos résultats car nous ne sommes pas habituellement ceux qui se plaignent, mais les questions font une différence et quelques-uns seulement d'entretien général.

Grand séjour!! Personnel amiable, emplacement parfait! Juste une courte promenade et votre droit dans les zones bar, la ville a quelques grands restaurants thaïlandais et beaucoup d'autres options 🥰🍾🍾👌 juste sur le bord de la mer juste au-delà de la célèbre Tour!! Tout sur notre séjour était fantastique bien accueilli quand nous y sommes arrivés, la chambre était magnifique et propre, les installations brillantes, jamais un mauvais hôtel vacances est belle, le personnel est toujours si belle et le divertissement était brillant sera réservation reprise bientôt le meilleur hôtel à Blackpool ne voulait pas toujours laisser un plaisir de rester là mon fils a vraiment aimé il veut revenir déjà vous tous soignez à réserver encore bientôt pourrait vous tenir à jour avec le divertissement qui est sur le reste de l'année

For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. The receptionist was very good, polite, all the time there to help. I will come back there again definitely. Highly recommend!

We went on a short break, staff were great. The room itself was fine though there was a broken light switch which we reported to reception. This was still to be changed when we left on the Monday(reported Saturday am). Bar prices were typical for a hotel and entertainment finished at 9pm on the Saturday as the singer was going to another hotel. That said we would go back again.
