Les gâteaux de la gare sont très étroites et plutôt inentreposées. Nous préférions prendre la route (sécurisée) par la route principale, l'hôtel est bien accessible. Les lits sont bons, les chambres sont bien équipées, sauf les étages sur le mur, propre. Il y a un ascenseur et une terrasse, mais qui semble plutôt privé, ou par exemple le bureau du chef. Nous avions une chambre en avant, il y a la possibilité de passer par la fenêtre demi-haut dans le mur intermittent de la façade qui semble être un petit jardin d'hiver et est propre à fumer. Il y a une carte de menu, mais nous n'avons pas testé la nourriture. Le personnel est très aimable et utile et a répondu à tous nos souhaits. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The check-in process was swift, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The lobby area was clean, modern, and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was especially soft, and we appreciated the cozy linens and pillows. As senior citizens, comfort is a high priority for us, and this room did not disappoint. The bathroom was equally well-maintained, with fresh towels, toiletries, and an easily accessible shower, which was very important for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room dining experience. We ordered dinner, and the food arrived promptly, hot, and delicious. The menu had a variety of options that catered to both our tastes. I must also mention the courteous and professional staff who made sure to check in with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The hotel’s location was ideal for us as it was in proximity to the commercial areas of Gurgaon, making it convenient to get around. We didn’t use many of the hotel’s amenities due to our short stay, but we noticed the gym and the restaurant facilities, both of which seemed to be well-kept. Location is right in centre of cp, making it a perfect choice for us. We had breakfast at the property. Though the taste was ok, but the choice was limited. Our first day at the property was a little difficult as the room had been used by some smoker before us. But the room was changed by next day. Overall a nice stay. Especially i would like to mention the persons at the reception who were all very smiling.

I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

This hotel is the best in town near airport. Staff is very helpful. I'll surely visit again. It's safe for women, conveniently located on the road with easy access to transportation. Cabs are available. Thanks for the wonderful experience. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend.

Je suis resté pendant 4 jours dans la chambre de luxe. Espace et propre. Personnel organisé. Vous pouvez commander à partir de swiggy/zomato. La terrasse/barsati est magnifique.
