This adorable holiday home for 6/7 people, with its 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a TV with Play station 2 with games of all ages and DVD player for children, its 3 bathrooms with showers and WC for one maximum privacy, fitted American kitchen and a living room, all in a neat and cozy decor, and although in the city center with all the shops, you will find a calm and soothing place. All the windows of the rooms are to the south and do not overlook any road, you will be the neighbors for a few days of the last home of Leonardo da Vinci 'le Clos Lucé', where he often received the visit of his friend, King François 1er . The Gite is located in the most visited street of Amboise (mostly pedestrian traffic) indeed, it connects Clos Lucé to the Castle, on the way you can stop to look at the cave houses still inhabited today. You can also take walking trails which pass at the foot of the cottage, as well as the Loire à Vélo route. Le Passage du Roi is an historic home, lovingly renovated with modern conveniences, while maintaining the charm of a Maison du Charactère early 1700's! It's located in the Heart of Old Town Amboise, with exclusive views of the Royal Palace, a luxury only afforded those in the King's favor. It's front entrance is accessed via a cobblestoned path, which is steps from the bustling square, lined with restaurants, bistros, cafés, wine shops, and the entry to the Chateau. The hidden passage was known to be used by the King and his courtiers to discretely enter and exit the Palace. The rear entrance, easily accessible by car, leads you through its charming courtyard, perfect for indoor/oudoor dining and living, and once overlooked the small river that passed through the center of town on it's way to the Loire.Le Passage du Roi has 2 bedrooms, but can sleep 5 comfortably, with the sofa bed in the office which overlooks the courtyard. The top floor master, has a Queen bed, views of the Chateau, exposed beams, and full ensuite bathroom - a peaceful retreat!The second bedroom, on the 1st floor, has a double bed, a full ensuite bathroom, and more views of the Chateau! There's a half bath on the ground floor, which makes 3 toilets - no waiting!You entre the historic home by an expansive, open planned living area -- kitchen, salon and dining area -- with direct access to the courtyard. There are open beams, an orginal fireplace and windows on both sides. The kitchen is fully equipped -- center island with seating, dishwasher, clothes washer, full refrigerator, electric cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, etc. The salon has a sofa, 2 arm chairs, and a large flat screened TV. 家族經營的獨棟小洋房 由於沒有明顯的招牌或門牌 很容易就不小心走過頭 門口是一個鬱鬱葱葱的小院子 建議去之前可以再發郵件和房東確認一下checkin時間 房間裏面都是可用的古董傢俱 衞生間有暖氣 老虎窗看出去有很棒的風景 房東是一位很可愛的老奶奶和她的兒子一家 早餐也會在前一天提前詢問住客的需求 最重要的是有🐱！有🐱！超級會撒嬌的小貓咪 硬要挑點毛病的話就是房東一家的英語不是很流利 溝通是需要講慢點 但是意思疏通完全沒有問題

J'y ai passé trois nuits et j'ai été très satisfait. L'emplacement est bon, calme, à distance de marche du centre-ville et du château. La chambre est très confortable. Le parking était dans la cour. Je ne pouvais pas entrer. Le personnel est sorti pour aider quand ils l'ont vu. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux, mais toute la nourriture est de haute qualité. Il est recommandé de commander un dîner là-bas. C'est délicieux et le service est excellent. La chambre familiale sélectionnée dispose d'un canapé-lit qui peut être ouvert pour dormir, ce qui est très spacieux

The hotel looks brand new, is really well kept, well clean and the service and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of Amboise, and the parking is very convenient. Also the breakfast is great. The room was really good, great large comfortable bed. The only odd thing was that the hotel blocked 200 euros as a deposit in my credit card, as if I was renting a car, never saw this before in my multiple years of travelling.

Lovely little place to rest and explore Amboise. Easy 15 - 20 mins walk into the centre of Amboise which the receptionist told us about without prompting. They also had a list of recommended restaurants for us to try which made it easy as first time visitors to the area.

L'hôtel est au nord de la ville, il est adapté aux touristes à la conduite, il est très pratique de conduire à la ville pour manger, vous pouvez garer dans le parking gratuit au bord du fleuve! L'hôtel dispose de toutes sortes d'installations de divertissement, de tennis, de golf de jeux, de petites piscines extérieures, etc., il n'est pas pratique de manger autour de lui, il est préférable de rentrer à la ville pour manger! La position de la chambre est au-dessus, la vue sur le château et la ville est très bonne, surtout au soleil, la ville est très belle dans la région de la ville! Les installations de la chambre sont plus vieilles, la maintenance est toujours bonne, propre aussi bien! Le petit déjeuner est très général, il n'y a pas de légumes, les fruits sont difficiles à manger, le pain, la gâte et le café sont bons, le petit déjeuner est pas bon marché, il n'est pas recommandé de finir le repas!
