I am very disappointed 1. I have booked room for 3-person but available bed was only for two person. 2. After a request also only a mattress was provided and that to to be laid on floor. 3. I don't find the place as hygiene the place stinks really bad. 4. Same room was available at low cost at same hotel. 5. Not worth of money.

The hotel location was good and easily accessible. The stay was comfortable. The room service was good and the managers were cooperative. Food was good. We liked most the car service provided by the hotel. The car driver mr. Mohan singh was very good and cooperative. I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

Le petit déjeuner est correct et peut être complet ! Il semble qu'un lit supplémentaire puisse être ajouté, mais la pièce n'est pas grande et peut être encombrée. Il est préférable d'utiliser un canapé. Ma chambre a un banc. Oui, je peux aller en affaires. En gros, nous allons à la conférence. Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel sans réserver le prochain Lila Hotel. Il n'est pas bon d'amener des enfants. C'est très éloigné. Ce n'est pas pratique d'aller aux attractions. Il y a deux centres commerciaux à côté. Enfin, n'y allez pas si vous n'êtes pas en voyage d'affaires, l'hôtel est bien. À votre arrivée, vous soupçonnerez que vous vous êtes trompé de place. The hotel is in a good location and equally accessible from NOIDA and Delhi. It's in an industrial area. The hotels AC was not heating up the room although the setting was on HEAT mode. It was winters in Delhi and it could get really cold there. So after a while hotel staff provided a standalone heater, but that did not do the job that well to manage the room temperature as an AC.

J'ai eu un séjour fantastique ! J'ai jamais essayé un auberge en voyageant avant et j'étais un peu inquiet de ce que l'hygiène ressemblerait quand j'ai partagé mon espace avec 3 autres personnes, mais la chambre était sans spot, Le personnel était très aimable et quelqu'un devait visiter toutes les heures pour s'assurer que la chambre et les toilettes étaient propres. Je suis un voyageur fréquent à Delhi et ce lieu sera sans aucun doute ma première option à partir de maintenant.

Bien qu'il soit situé à distance du centre-ville occupé, je préfère que cela signifie qu'il est plus calme. J'aime que nous soyons situés près de quelques belles monuments, donc la vue de la fenêtre était magnifique. Le service était tout à fait bien, mais j'ai apprécié les chambres confortables et la conception du lobby et l'intérieur des chambres étaient excellentes.

Dès son arrivée, Mme Rajnandini a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel et d'une réelle volonté de nous aider. Son accueil chaleureux et son attention nous ont permis de nous sentir valorisés en tant que clients. Elle a non seulement résolu les problèmes initiaux auxquels nous avons été confrontés, mais a fait tout son possible pour que notre séjour soit confortable et agréable. Sa connaissance des équipements et des services de l'hôtel était impressionnante et elle était toujours prête à nous donner des suggestions et des informations utiles. Le dévouement de Mme Rajnandini à son rôle et son engagement à fournir un service client exceptionnel se sont vraiment démarqués. Ce sont des membres du personnel comme elle qui peuvent faire une différence significative dans l'expérience d'un client. À la lumière du service exceptionnel de Mme Rajnandini, je n'hésiterais pas à retourner dans cet hôtel à l'avenir. L'hôtel Ibis Aerocity est très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et facile d'accès en métro express. La taille de la chambre standard est tout à fait suffisante pour 2 personnes. Le lit est confortable. Le personnel est nombreux (peut-être trop) et à l'écoute. Il est réactif. Le prix était abordable avec le petit déj. inclus. Toutefois, il y ces bémols : - un manque de rigueur dans l'entretien et la propreté de la chambre (des petites poussières çà et là sans grande gravité) ; - une salle de bain qui a besoin d'être un peu rénovée; - les serviettes sentaient un peu la cigarette et/ou la poussière (comme si elles étaient séchées sur le toit) ; - des chambres qui ont une porte communicante mais condamnée (ce qui laisse entendre tout chez le voisin !) ; - le contrôle à l'entrée systématique par un portique comme dans un aéroport est très ennuyant !!!
