Il s'agissait d'un court voyage à Chengannur. Le séjour était confortable mais quand nous sommes arrivés au début du matin à 5 h. M. Hotel n'a pas été ouvert malgré notre appel téléphonique plus de 7 ou 8 heures. Après cela ils ont ouvert à 6 h 30 a. M. Seul.

Good place to stay for family as well as solo travellers. They have multiple types of room to fit your budget. Location is the advantage being placed at the center making it easy to commute anywhere. Tiruvalla Bus Stand and railway station is 8/10 mins walking distance. Pushpegeri hospital is just 7 mins walk in case you are visiting this place for anyone's treatment. I would surely recommend this hotel.

Was given ground floor room on request, because the hotel does not have a lift. The room was next to the reception. Neat, adequate space, good bathroom. But noisy due to the reception counter outside and a bar next door. Food was ok. Helpful and courteous staff. Overall, a good experience.

For a family of 3 , there will be almost no space to keep luggage. Suite rooms are good. Parking - very big spacious parking with in the campus. it is not covered. Staff is courteous.

My stay at my trip house boat was average only. There are three drawbacks. 1. Package was expensive but they turned on the ac only from 9pm to 6am. 2. Food was not good(bf, lunch and dinner) 3. The door lock was not working well both in main door as well as bathroom.

The hotel is comparatively small (about 8 rooms)so you get a feeling of personal touch. It is in near alleppey beach, which is one of the most beautiful beach and clean. Our stay was really comfortable and staffs were very friendly, i can totally say this homestay is a complete package in budget. High speed free wifi, 24 hrs reception and more over clean and neat rooms view from their balcony to backwaters is great. There is a side footpath of backwater just infront of property.

When we first reached the hotel, i was a bit skeptical about the location. It is far from the main town and it was night when we reached there. The roads are small and not maintained properly. I was scared for the first time. But as i woke up the next day i must tell you the location is super pretty. You can take mini strolls within those village lanes and enjoy the scenic beauty. Do use the government ferry to travel to town as it’s quite convenient. Not many food options, so had to order whatever was suggested. However food was tasty. Do give it a try only if you are sure about the location. Otherwise within that price range we have good hotels in the main town

The caretakers and people were extremely polite and helpful and always willing to provide assistance, and arranging for transportation and tourism. The property is good although the road towards the property is not so good. Parking availability at the shore (which is near the resort) is limited and unguarded. The staffs are excellent. They helped pacify our baby and took care of him when we're having dinner without even asking for it. The sunset boat trip was also a nice experience. Food served was decent. The place offers a good stay, some water activities, good food, ayurvedic treatment etc. A 2 day stay is recommended to have full experience.

The overall experience was fine. The rooms were good. Though there was a smell in the toilet. One thing that was a sore point was that we had repeatedly requested for a fishing rod as my daughter wanted to try casting and fishing and we were told again and again that it will be arranged soon but no one actually did it or even seem to have tried.
