This is a recently renovated home on the edge of the beautiful WKU Campus. This fun, open concept space has one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room that is open to the kitchen. It's the perfect size for one - two people. If you are visiting BG or WKU, and want to experience campus life first hand, this is the place for you! This location is just Steps from the WKU basketball arena, football arena, baseball field and all the amazing events on campus. Parking is provided so you can enjoy your stay and not worry about fighting the infamous WKU traffic during events. This cozy cottage is located about 5 minutes from downtown BG and the local downtown parks, nightlife and great restaurants in that amazing area, a 5 minute walk to the Kentucky Museum located on campus, 10 minutes from Lost River Cave, the Corvette Museum, Beech Bend Amusement Park and Raceway and 5-10 minutes from all of the amazing restaurants that Bowling Green has to offer. We are less than 10 minutes from the parkway and I-65 so if you would like to take a quick trip to Mammoth Cave or Nashville, Tennessee’s “Music City", you can just hop on the interstate and off you go! A few facts about the apartment: It is located about 300 feet from WKU and you simply need to cross the railroad tracks and you are on campus. You can easily walk to WKU Football ,Basketball and Baseball games in minutes. The train that runs along the edge of the University also runs very close to the apartment so you often hear it. This apartment is across the street from the Registry Apartments which houses WKU students so the atmosphere is very bustling, busy and during WKU games- loud, lively and energetic! For any WKU events, it is recommended that you simply walk, as parking can be tough on campus and the house is centrally located so you can walk anywhere on campus pretty quickly. The house is fully equipped and has the following amenities:KITCHEN- Standard size Refrigerator, Microwave, Hot Plate, Toaster Oven, Keurig Coffee Pot with coffee pods, Small Crock Pot, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponge. We also provide paper towels, plastic silverware, cups, plates and coffee mugs for your use. Please note there is NO Stove (there is a hotplate) / No Large Oven, No Dishwasher. LIVING ROOM- Comfortable Couch and coffee table, Fireplace with Electric fire (just for ambiance- no heat), Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon access (but no cable), remote control fan and lighting. BEDROOM- Queen size comfortable bed with clean bedding, extra pillows, a fleece throw, a remote control ceiling fan and light fixture, closet with hangers provided and another linen closet with toilet paper and bathroom hand towels, wash clothes and bath towels.BATHROOM- Small but efficient space with a new shower recently added, but please note there is NO TUB, hair dryer is provided along with small travel size shampoos, conditioners, soaps, lotions and body wash for your convenience. As noted above, the towels, wash clothes and hand towels are also provided and located in the bedroom linen closet.PARKING- There is a large, well lit parking area behind the home for your convenience with an automatic light /camera that oversees the parking area. There is also a back door, which allows easy access from the parking lot, via a small pathway and it has a keypad lock for easy access. HOUSE RULES- This house is part of a duplex which has an Audiology Practice located on the other side and is usually open and sees patients Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm so we appreciate that if you are at the home during business hours that you keep the noise level to a minimum. We do not permit parties at the home & due to the size of the house, no more than 2 people are permitted to stay. We do hope you have an AMAZING time and we are available for questions or to help you out with any local recommendations. Welcome to Park Street #2!Unit 2 is located on the first floor of this newly remodeled 1905 home that has been divided into 4 separate condos. With plenty of space to relax you will enjoy: corn hole, 1 bedroom (king bed), sofa bed, Queen sized air mattress and 1 bathroom with original exposed brick + original wood work! A full sized kitchen, with a dining table. You can enjoy a short walk to WKU Campus, downtown BG, or a short drive to everything BG has to offer. Need recommendations? JUST ASKThe spaceThis unique stay will wow you with exposed brick. When you enter into the space you will be greeted by the full sized kitchen to your left, and spacious living room to your right. Be sure to check out the pocket doors leading into the living room. Your bedroom is in the very back with the bathroom right off the kitchen.Guest accessYou will have access to your entire unit plus the common areas, including the balcony! There is corn hole in the main hallway on the first floor.Other things to noteThis is a unique space, it is a historical home. There is still some charm and features for anyone that loves old mixed with new will love to see! Il y avait une hum dans la salle qui était assez lourde pour nous garder réveillés. Bien que nous voulons une visite à pied 2.5 qui nous a fatigués. Les accessoires de la salle de bain n'étaient pas correctement installés et ils se déplaçaient. Le petit déjeuner était horrible. Les œufs semblaient assaisonnés et n'avaient pas goût, le bacon était si épais et gris qu'il n'avait pas goût et je pense que les hachbruns et les sauces étaient le type congelé que vous chauffiez.

We were making a 13 hour trip and this was our half way stop. It was easy to get to from the highway. I called ahead and let them know that we may be late due to car issues- very understanding. The room was delightful. Very clean and comfortable- there were a few little things but a few minutes of maintenance would make a difference - but didn’t affect us. The fresh waffles were a great breakfast send off. We would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you.

L'hôtel est juste OK. Aller à la chambre #227 (la chambre que j'avais désignée) et retirer le coffre-fort de la toilette - Mold! Regardez le tube de douche en silicone, tout noir sous le casque en silicone - encore, mold! Le siège de loisirs dans le coin de la chambre - les bras sont sales. Je ne veux même pas penser au lit et regarder le filtre dans l'unité A/C. Je reste dans les hôtels un LOT et ce qui est juste un OK. Le type de bureau était utile; les filles qui serviaient le petit déjeuner étaient utiles. Pas de lave-vaisselle et de sèche-chemins sur le site - ”Allez par la rue; il y a un”. Il y a MANY hôtels à Bowling Green - La prochaine fois que je me trouve dans cette ville, Pourquoi dois-je rester là?

Bardzo fajny, przyjemny hotel, zlokalizowany w części miasta, gdzie jest spora liczba restauracji i sklepów. Czystość ok. Śniadania niestety słabe, zwłaszcza w porównaniu do standardu w hotelach podobnej klasy w Europie. Ale ok, to są USA, nieco inne podejście do klienta. ;-) Reasumując - biorąc pod uwagę zależnośc ceny do jakości, polecam ten hotel.

L'hôtel est situé dans une position idéale pour notre voyage de printemps, en visite aux Caves Mamath, à la Cave des rivières perdues et au Corvette Measume National. Le petit ami aime les biscuits et la tombe, les enfants aiment les waffles. Les chambres étaient de taille moyenne et rien de spécial, pouvaient utiliser un peu de fixation ici et là et peut-être quelques crochets sur le dos de la porte de la salle de bain ou un rack au-dessus du WC pour un endroit pour pendre des serviettes, mais il était un endroit pour dormir et douche. Je peux dire que le lot de stationnement n'était pas très grand devant l'hôtel et la plupart des points déjà pris lorsque nous sommes arrivés et allés, nous avons donc dû parquer sur le lot de côté qui est sur une colline déchirée et c'est une douleur dans le bout d'entrer et de sortir. Nous resterions encore une fois, car le prix de ce que vous obtenez était le meilleur que nous ayons trouvé.
