The hotel is great but the cost of the room was extremely high. I visit this hotel occasionally and I've never had any complaints until now. I understand there was an event happening the weekend I stayed but the amount of money I paid for the stay should have gotten me all the services offered by the hotel. The valet parking was unavailable which caused a problem for me due to some health conditions. However, the overall stay was good.

This hotel was beautiful and pictures didn’t do it justice. My husband and I came to New Orleans to elope and they were so nice to let us use their courtyard. Not only that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast and free champagne. I would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly, and everything was just perfect. The facilities are top-notch, and the room was incredibly spacious. The highlight for me was the bed – it's the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had. The hotel has plenty of amenities, including a cafe downstairs and a large lobby area. Il y avait un bar de soap dans la douche quand nous sommes arrivés. Le lit était extrêmement dur et les étuis étaient très doux, il n'était pas confortable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés la chambre était chaude et l'eau était chaude. La première douche a fait froid l'eau et le chauffage a cessé de fonctionner. Ils ont envoyé quelqu'un pour régler les problèmes et nous avons eu de l'eau chaude ce soir. La douche était froide encore et l'eau brune s'échappait par les toiles de plafond au-dessus de la douche. La location était confortable et la vue sur la rivière était très belle.

La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Le service de la femme était bon dans le fait que le lit était fait tous les jours, mais le lit lui-même était loupé. Il y avait des peintures de rugby dans le bain. Pour aller dehors fumer une cigarette, on est bombardé avec des sans-abri qui demandent de l'argent ou des cigarettes. Il semblerait que des mesures plus adéquates auraient pu être prises pour protéger les clients qui se trouvent devant l'hôtel à attendre quelque chose ou pour respirer de l'air frais de ce harcèlement. Le balcon est très bien situé, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. Passer des jours à explorer la ville et, plus tard, à aller au balcon dans les soirées est devenu une routine pour moi. C'est jusqu'à une nuit, en quittant le balcon vers l'ascenseur, j'ai couru sur une femme qui était enfoncée à peindre au sol par le mur qui a une photo d'une dame avec un papier sur ses yeux. Il y avait des salles de bains au deuxième étage, donc je ne pouvais pas comprendre pourquoi elle le ferait. Je suppose que cela parle au type de personne qu'elle est. J'ai été affligé. Si c'est une représentation du type de personnes qui réservent des chambres à l'Astor, alors cet hôtel n'est pas l'hôtel pour moi! Non, je ne resterai jamais là encore

La position de l'hôtel est bonne, très proche du port, il y a un magasin d'Otles, une cuisine chinoise rapide. Il y a trois places de stationnement gratuites sur la porte de l'hôtel, l'autre côté après 8 heures. Vous pouvez arrêter si vous avez un placement. Le lait de petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est mignon et la viande de vache est riche, mais la même chaque jour. La chambre de l'hôtel est un peu vieille, micro-ondes sont mauvaises, ne peut pas être utilisée, les autres sont bien, hygiène propre.

L'emplacement est correct, à quelques minutes à pied de Bourbon Street, mais aussi de la distance du quartier français, mais la route dans ces minutes est délabrée, c'est un peu nerveux tout seul, l'hôtel lui-même est un peu étrange, les huit derniers étages ou les neuf étages sont tous des parkings, l'hôtel est au-dessus du parking. La décoration est ancienne et les chambres sont assez grandes.

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Nous avons été satisfaits de l'attrait moderne de notre chambre. Grande quantité d'espace pour ma famille, la climatisation était centrale, pas l'unité de fenêtre. La télévision/le streaming était une excellente fonctionnalité ! Très bien situé dans le quartier français où nous avons marché jusqu'à tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons utilisé le parking juste en face de l'hôtel pour 20 $ pour 24 heures. Ils proposent un service de voiturier et une autre option pour se garer. Cependant, nous sommes arrivés avant notre heure d'enregistrement et voulions nous déplacer, nous sommes allés de l'avant et nous nous sommes garés là-bas. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une heure d'enregistrement plus tôt. Il était 16h-18h.

La position de l'hôtel est calme et vous pourrez arriver environ 10 minutes à pied de l'attraction. Le service de l'hallo est gentil, la chambre est propre et propre, il faut tout, la salle de sport est au toit et les installations sont complètes. L'hôtel est doté d'un café, de café et de pain délicieux.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique. Je suis arrivé et j'ai changé de chambre trois fois. J'ai dit la dernière pièce pour la première fois. Après avoir vu que j'insistais pour le changer, je l'ai donné à une autre pièce, mais le bruit du ventilateur de la salle de bain n'a pas du tout changé. Le son, l'expérience n'est pas bonne, je ne choisirai plus la prochaine fois.

여행지 중심에 위치해서 여행지 걸어다는데 매우 편했습니다. 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 체크인도 미리 해줬어요. 서비스가 좋았습니다. 호텔은 조금 오래됐지만 레노베아션을 해서 방 컨디션은 나쁘지않았어요. 가족들 편하게 1박했습니다.

Un hôtel de qualité, avec des chambres confortables, une salle de bains spacieuse et une petite partie de l'action du quartier français, mais nous avons trouvé qu'il était parfait pour quelques jours à regarder autour de New Orleans.
