Couldnt have been happier with our stay here. Our lovely host had gone to the trouble of reserving a very hard-to-find parking space which she guided us to before showing us to our beautiful and very comfortable room with balcony overlooking one of the lovely little streets just behind the Venetian Harbour. Our great night of sleep was followed by the included breakfast provided by a cafe just around the corner which offered a wonderful choice of delicious goodies. Unfortunately only a one night stay so we'll just have to go back!

Après une course de dernière minute pour trouver un hôtel avec des disponibilités, nous avons réservé le Megim via hotels.com. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec trois lits et à notre arrivée, nous avons vu que les chambres étaient trop petites pour accueillir confortablement trois adultes et avons pris deux chambres - on nous a donné un très bon prix pour la deuxième chambre et nous avons été surpris et heureux. Les chambres étaient petites mais propres, confortables chacune avec un petit balcon. L'hôtel est en face d'une belle plage de galets avec un super café/bar, des transats et des parasols. l'hôtel est à une courte distance en voiture du centre-ville et le propriétaire a organisé des taxis vers et depuis la ville chaque fois que nous en avions besoin.

Un hôtel très confortable, l'hôtel le plus économique d'Europe pendant 20 jours, vous pouvez choisir d'avoir une salle de bain séparée, une cuisine publique, le personnel est très sympathique, il y a des petits supermarchés et des grands supermarchés autour, car il n'y en a pas à proximité attractions en hiver, mais tant de jours en Grèce, je ressens l'atmosphère la plus animée ici.

Si vous réservez une chambre avec balcon face au phare de la mer, votre voyage à La Canée sera à mi-chemin. L'expérience est géniale. Le petit-déjeuner est livré en chambre et peut être apprécié sur la terrasse. La chambre est très grande, mais ce n'est peut-être pas un lit d'appoint. Je n'ai pas demandé. Le stationnement doit s'arrêter au parking à l'extérieur de la vieille ville, c'est un peu gênant, mais il n'y a aucun moyen

Il est resté quelques nuits avant de se rendre à un autre hôtel de Kreta. Une seule porte dehors de la rue conduit à quelques appartements et était dans une telle position - 5/10 min à pied de la zone principale du port et avec beaucoup de boutiques, de béchers et de bars locaux, il a fait un merveilleux bienvenu pour nous de retour à Crète. Nous étions une famille de quatre, avec des enfants jeunes - donc pas un pour rester et courir autour - mais parfait pour notre pause. Balcon était une bonne taille, parfaite pour nous de se poser, mais seulement une vue sur la rue (pas un problème pour nous). Je recommanderais très fort, un mot de prudence, mais - et pas mentionné sur le site de réservation - il y a beaucoup d'escalier à monter, ce qui était bien pour nous, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, donc si vous avez des difficultés à monter les escaliers ou à prendre des sacs lourds alors peut-être pas idéal.

Emplacement, conduite à une heure et demie du port de Crète, dans les montagnes, plus raide, louez une voiture. . Parce que cette ville est relativement éloignée, nous avons marché dans la ville et j'étais avec mon mari et deux Asiatiques. L'extérieur de l'hôtel avait l'air très propre. Après être entré, les installations étaient vieilles et il y avait des ventilateurs électriques. Les clés sont également très personnelles, il n'y a pas de produits de toilette, la salle de bain est petite et le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux. En voiture depuis la plage rose pendant une heure et demie, la ligne droite est relativement proche, mais la montagne est plus lente. L'hôtel est également sur la plage, la brise marine est forte et légèrement froide.

Bikakis Family Apartments est situé à Castelli Kissamo, Haniov. Bon hôtel dans le centre-ville. Il dispose de Wi-Fi gratuit. Le service est excellent!!! Le propriétaire est un grand hôte. Il et la générosité de sa mère vous esclavent. La chambre est très belle avec balcon et vue sur la mer, vous avez un petit réfrigérateur, et il y a des restaurants dans la région, et dans certains appartements de la famille de Bikakis, les frais de repas sont réduits. Le petit déjeuner buffet est servi au bar de l'hôtel. À 50m vous trouverez un bus et une arrêt bancaire, tandis que le marché local est 80m. La zone est une base idéale pour explorer la partie occidentale de Crète. Vous pouvez visiter Balo, Falasarna, Gramsa et Elephant, le paysage voisin est impressionnant, avec des montagnes, des rochers et des villages côtiers. Je le recommande à la fois pour ses prix économiques et son environnement chaud et sa grande position au centre de la ville.

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely boutique hotel! Had the Luxury Suite with Hot Tob for 3 nights. Very centre location in the middle of everything. Our room was on the top floor, above all the fuss. The room was beautiful; very modern, tidy and spacious. There was a small kitchenette with a good sized fridge, that had also a freeze-box inside. The balcony was huge, with sunbathing chairs, couches with roofing, and a great hot tub. We were able to make our own breakfast, and enjoy it in the privacy of our top-floor balcony. After that some sunbathing and cooling off in the tub with cold water - that was amazing in the heat of July. The staff was lovely and so welcoming. The cleaning was amazing and always considerate to your needs - absolutely loved her. When we arrived, our bed was decorated beautifully and there were some refreshments and snacks in the room. Fridge was always stocked with cold water bottles. The place was real luxury for us! If (read: when) I'm back in Chania, this is my place stay! Note: No elevator, so not suitable for someone who need assistance for moving. Still only 3 floors so easy for us to walk with luggage. During night time might be bit noisy from the streets. I used ears-pluggs, my husband didn't need any. So we both slept well. Huge and comfotable bed. Overall highly recommended! ❤️

Nous n'avons jamais été dans un ”hotel boutique” mais après l'expérience d'Athènes et de celui-ci, je résume, très belles chambres mais beaucoup d'escaliers et peu d'ascenseurs et doit être une mode puisque Chania était pleine de ”Hotel Boutique” avec ces caractéristiques. Très central, dans l'ancien coin, personnel charmant qui vous aide avec les bagages à monter les escaliers. Chambre belle et confortable avec vue sur le port. Restaurant en dessous de l'hôtel où vous aurez le petit déjeuner, (voir dans une autre opinion). Cela n'est pas bon marché. Si vous êtes jeune et vous êtes en bonne forme physique, il est très recommandé.

Il n'y a pas une chose que je suggère que Hanim fasse différemment. Si quelqu'un veut faire une observation sur la façon d'améliorer l'industrie de l'hospitalité dans les relations avec les clients, l'hébergement et la cuisine - ils devraient aller à Hanim et copier et coller! Le petit déjeuner fait par Sokrates était de qualité Michelen Star. Il était varié chaque jour. Chacun des quatre cours était des œuvres d'art sans aucun souci de goût incroyable. L'hôtel était juste dehors de la bande principale et était une oasis de calme des tronçons touristiques autour de la zone portuaire. Nous n'avons jamais reçu un tel traitement merveilleux. Rena et Manto n'auraient pas pu être plus délicieux. Socrates, à part être un génie culinaire, est un comédien aussi. Nous avons eu quelques sourires. Il était si conscient des ingrédients qu'il avait utilisés et nous a aidé à planifier quelques visites de restaurant pour la prochaine partie de notre vacances à Thessalonique qui étaient merveilleuses. Hanim lui-même est à côté d'un restaurant traditionnel de très bonne qualité, donc ne pas marcher au-delà de ce qui vous va mieux penser - essayez-les.

From the very beginning the owner welcomed us with such care. The place itself it’s located perfectly outside the rush of people but yet still so close to the city of Chania (8/10mins by car). The establishment is super nice and well kept surrounded by bamboo and olive trees. The rooms are near each other and most of them are overlooking the pool. Room itself was very very clean and towels,bedsheets,products were smelling really nice. You can see that the place is well maintained and taken very good care of! It’s also PET FRIENDLY with stray cats(which you’ll see either in the morning or at night without even bothering you) another reason why we booked this establishment as we brought our own dog which was well accepted without any additional costs or useless comments. Our holiday is still ongoing as we booked for 5 days but it’s a must to leave a positive comment to such a beautiful place and people. To who ever sees this post don’t think twice and just book it! You’ll see us DEFINITELY again! Thanks for hosting us. I.Z

… quand on arrive en admirant la vue de la chambre et lorsqu’on en repars. Cet hôtel est tout neuf et à ouvert en juin 2021. Cela se ressent clairement dans le confort général de l’hôtel et les équipements qui y sont proposés. Si je devais retenir quelque chose de cette semaine passée dans cet établissement, c’est l’extrême gentillesse du personnel, au petit-déjeuner, au restaurant, au bar, à la réception et bien sûr dans les étages. Les chambres (la 505 pour nous) avec vue mer sont incroyables, avec un design léger (non ostentatoire), grande douche rainshower, grand lit, grande terrasse, climatisation, éclairages d’ambiance et multicolore pour le soir, le ménage y est fait parfaitement bien. Il y a des boissons d’accueil dans le mini bar et les amenities sont de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est lui aussi fort étonnant: les produits sont faits maison, cuisinés devant vous et il y a des produits pour tous les goûts, de plus le service est souriant par une personne très amicale également: un plaisir de se réveiller. Côté restaurant, celui-ci propose aussi bien des snacks que des plats plus consistants, je vous recommande le club sandwich ! Service également parfait ici. Côté réception, les 3 personnes qui nous ont accueillies sur ce séjour ont brillé par leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme nous rendant service à la moindre occasion: au départ nous avons pu mettre nos bagages dans la bagagerie et ensuite profiter de la piscine pour finir par prendre une douche au spa avant de prendre notre avion qui était a 19h. Que dire de plus ? Je fréquente les hôtels 4 et 5 étoiles au minimum 5 fois par an depuis quelques années (et j’ai été de ce métier pendant 12 ans) et je peux vous dire que jamais je n’ai été aussi bien reçu et impressionné par tant de perfection à tous les services. Bravo à cette belle équipe 😏

Just amazing! There are so many options to stay in Chania, this is number one by far. The location is good. Walking distance to town. We had a car so it was a short 5 min drive in. They hotel also offers valet parking (if the bellboy is there). But you can also self park. A little far, but doable. The rooms are just fantastic. We had a two floor family loft and every comfort you expect is there. Very nicely designed with high end finishes. The balcony is a gem with the most incredible views. The beds were too hard for me but just right for my husband as he loves a firmer bed. The pool is an awesome asset. My kids used it everyday and it was always warm and clean. Just lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff really make the experience better (especially Joanna). Such friendly ladies that work there. All in all, we adored our stay. Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, luxe and friendly people. Worth every penny.

Les infrastructures sont parfaites, les chambres et piscines privatives aussi. La douche double est incroyable, la literie parfaite. Les restaurants sont fous. Jamais vus de tels buffets : tout est extrêmement varié, bon et équilibré. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le restaurant a la carte « ophelia » est particulièrement excellent. Nous voulions du calme et nous reposer, nous l’avons eu. Le seul point négatif étant Français restera que la grande majorité de la clientèle est allemande. Nous nous sommes donc sentis « mis de côté » car nous ne parlons pas allemands mais anglais. Or, la plupart du personnel est plus à l’aise en allemand. Il nous a donc parfois été difficile de nous faire comprendre. C’est le seul point un peu négatif que nous retiendrons car c’est bien le seul (avec la complexité des multiples interrupteurs « deniers cris » de la chambre.) Le service de ménage était également parfait. Tout était remplacé et nettoyé de manière impeccable et ce, dans la plus grande discrétion. Nous avons pu arriver en pleine nuit et repartir également à 4h30 du matin. Il y a toujours eu quelqu’un à la réception. Ils nous ont également proposé un petit déjeuner pour notre départ en pleine nuit. Idem pour notre arrivée tardive, nous avons eu fruits frais et sandwichs dans la chambre. Incroyable… Georgoupoulis est un joli village. Tout est possible à pieds. Les plages sont très bien et très propres. En tant que clients de l’hôtel, nous avions le choix entre les deux plages (transats et parasols) et deux piscines! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

Un hôtel juste splendide sur les hauteurs de Chania qui permet d’avoir une vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil à couper le souffle. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, très belle piscine, de jolis jardins. Les chambres sont tops, plutôt modernes, bien faites et des bouteilles d’eau tous les matins sont remises au réfrigérateur. Le restaurant est top, les cocktails sont bons et bien faits, la nourriture est délicieuse et en quantité largement suffisante, idem pour le petit dej. Une note spéciale à tout le personnel qui est adorable, mention ++++, je recommande à 200%

From before we arrived, until our parting good-byes, ANTEL Suites and staff were absolutely perfect. In particular, owner Xanthi is the loving Greek mother everyone should have- assisting with reservations, parking, and concerns about wheelchair access to make everything about our stay enjoyable. We were greeted by the most charming desk team every time we ”returned home” and discovered special treats like cakes, nuts, and liqueurs in our suite. The suite itself was modern, efficient, spotless, and compliant with the most stringent of American accessibility requirements - but in beautiful Chania, Greece! Door widths, barrier-free entrances, a roll in European shower, toilet, adaptive equipment and hand bars were exceptional and like no other in our many travels. If you travel using a wheelchair, ANTEL suites is a dream come true. In addition, the suite had an excellent apartment style kitchen for cooking (though we didn't - who can compete with the chefs of Chania?) The bed and bedding were of superior quality and comfort. ANTEL is very conveniently located across from the central bus terminal for touring, getting to beaches, and in the center city if getting around on foot / wheels for meals and shopping. Finally, ANTEL was an exceptional value all around. My only sadness is that we had to leave - we will definitely return someday and cannot recommend this accessible find more strongly to all. Hôtel vraiment bien situé, tout proche de la gare routière (qui dessert l'aéroport), et aux portes de la vieille ville. Très propre, personnel vraiment agréable et aidant, chambre spacieuse, confortable. Climatisation, petit frigo et télévision. Petit déjeuner inclus, buffet très varié. Nous avons également eu la très belle surprise d'être surclassés (une chambre à 3 lits, alors qu'on demandait 2 lits séparés). Quasi parfait!

We had a wonderful stay at the Malmo for 6 or seven nights. It is in the historic district and is a new, modern small hotel. Virginia was extremely helpful and the hotel itself was very responsive to inquiries before and during our stay helping us with airport transfers and restaurant suggestions. In season I highly recommend making restaurant reservations since Chania is a very busy town. If renting a car, make sure to arrange for a parking garage ahead of time since you cannot park in the historic district. The only comment I would make about the room (Madonna) we had while it was I think the largest it was directly below the breakfast area and wine bar and the chairs above us either woke us up or kept us awake while moving around above us. So perhaps consider a different room. Also, the pillows were the hardest I have slept on in a long time. Other than that the breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful!

L'hôtel se trouve dans des chambres très belles et modernes et confortablement équipées pour un séjour relaxant. Ils sont fournis :doubles coussins, couvercles, chaussures, kit vanity (lime ungle-coton fioc-disquettes strictant) , shampooing doubles savons et autres savons. La chambre est réparée chaque jour avec le changement de serviettes. Pour le premier jour, deux bouteilles sont fournies pour la machine de café présent dans la chambre, il y a aussi un figrobar eau tasses et verres. Cassoir gruce plies de blanchisserie etc. le seul péché est une escalier d'accès d'environ 20 degrés sans possibilité d'ascenseur; CONSEIL EXTRESSEMENT

Un des meilleurs hotels que j'ai pu faire : personnel accueillant, souriant et avec un sens du service exceptionnel (merci encore à Georgia et Anastasia) à proximité du centre, plage privée, vue du rooftop incroyable et petit déjeuner sublime. Rien à redire, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Even though it is not ”perfect”, I absolutely loved this hotel! It is a small boutique hotel ideally situated on Chania's old harbour. Rooms are full of charm and of good size, you are in the middle of the action, and views are fabulous. The nature of the hotel comes with its own challenges, and perhaps this is what I should start with: - if you travel with large luggage, beware that the hotel has no lift and stairs are quite steep, so if so, you may prefer to ask for a room on the 1st floor. Some rooms also have internal mezzanines. - Wifi is really hit and miss - As other reviewers mentioned, it can be hard to get hot water and the system is fragile so that one morning there was none at all and they had to call a technician to fix it - The area is pedestrian - about 10 minutes (leisurely) walk to the bus station and the nearest road so best for people who like walking. Having said that, none of this bothered me personally. I loved my room and its decor, I found the bed really comfortable (though pillows were really hard), I loved the location, and the staff were lovely. There is a roof terrace with a view to the harbour, a mini fridge in the room if you like to keep some food, and everything was clean and fresh. I'll definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel!! Petit hôtel à taille humaine dans un quartier calme proche de Chania et avec des commerces juste à côté. Parking gratuit non négligeable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans cet hôtel où la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel rivalise avec la propreté et la qualité notamment du petit déjeuner !!! Pour nous qui venons d’une région française touristique, nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité du service : le personnel est aimable en toute circonstance, il s’agit de faire plaisir aux clients sans aucune forme de contrepartie. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, La plage étant aussi à 1 minute à pied en bas de la rue, ils avaient l’embarras du choix ! Pour le confort, rien à dire : lit confortable, climatisation silencieuse et efficace par ces temps de canicule, propreté parfaite (même les bondes de douche sont nickel !!!!) Bref: une pépite comme il en reste peu dans le monde du tourisme ! A un prix abordable ce qui ne gâche rien!!!!

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très proche de la ville. Les chambres sont massives, chacune avec des caractéristiques uniques et des vues inoubliables de la ville et de l'éclairage, et nous nous sommes souvent assis dans la fenêtre et regardant les soirées et la mer en bas. Le personnel était super amical et l'attention à la chambre du personnel de service était parfaite. Ils ont pris le service et la nettoyage très sérieux. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur que nous ayons eu pendant toute notre lune de miel en Grèce. Tous leurs plats étaient excellents. La situation de stationnement est la seule critique que j'ai eue. Il était assez effrayant d'essayer d'atteindre tous les voitures qui se déroulent dans la petite rue. Nous avons dû plier les miroirs latéraux à chaque fois et nous avons été pouces de frapper les voitures/curbes sur les deux côtés entrant/extérieur. Je reconnais que c'est un problème commun de conduire en Europe. Nous aimés absolument Chania et nous aimerions visiter cet hôtel une fois de plus. Alors heureux j'ai échoué sur cette bijoux.
