My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The hotel was priced at 500 euros per night for my room... Personally, I thought it was well worth it! This is because (1) A light course dinner is included (2) Breakfast buffet is included (3) It costs 60 euros round trip & takes about 1.5 hours to climb up here, so you can't get up and down so much and you don't know the weather on the mountain. The mountain railroad ends at 20:00 at night, so from then until morning, the top of the mountain will be monopolized by hotel guests. So, considering all these factors, I thought it was rather a good deal. In fact, I was able to capture the cloudless Matterhorn on my way home after checking out at the very end! So I recommend this hotel

這家酒店兩個點。 1.酒店明明就叫Alpenhof酒店（見圖一圖二），攜程平台上偏要叫wellness hotel alpenhof，害的我Google map隨便怎麼都找不到wellness hotel，在兩個鐵路站間來回奔波。攜程請看看圖五最精準的Google map的稱謂。 2. 入住時酒店給了間邊角落房間，斜頂的，面積大概沒少但體積肯定少了，這房間進去人就抑鬱了。再看看訂房時頁面展示（圖四）。後來經攜程協調給換了間正常房間。明明有房卻給間邊角落房，這家酒店真是夠壞的。zermatt小鎮酒店千千萬萬家，以後不來這裏了，太欺負人了。

Aller à la gare s'appelle aussi spécialement une calèche, très bien, à la caisse Le prix est de 100 francs suisses de plus que Ctrip. Après avoir regardé la commande de Ctrip, j'ai immédiatement remboursé 100 francs suisses. Un très bon hôtel.

Le service ici est le meilleur. Le personnel est très adorable et super belle. Les lits sont très confortables. Très satisfait avec cet hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous cherchez un hébergement à Zermatt.

L'hôtel est très beau à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, la chambre est grande, il y a une sauna spa et des installations, le petit déjeuner est bon. Très proche de la gare du paradis glaciaire, mais à une distance relativement longue de la gare, il faut appeler l'hôtel plus tôt pour qu'il soit transporté et aller à la gare environ 15 minutes. Il est plus déçu que la chambre de scène de montagne soit réservée, mais le premier étage ne voit que quelques points de haut de la montagne. Pour faire sortir le soleil doré ou pour supporter la position du pont de bois qui s'échappe à l'hôtel, vous pouvez aller d'abord et avoir une grande entrée avec l'hôtel.

I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

I traveled with clutch and to the hotel is simply easy walk. Direct opposite the rail station and near all the restaurants and Coop. I used the pool and it’s so nice.The breakfast was wonderful (some FOC selection in menu and a good spread in buffet) and they provide afternoon tea too.

Very good location just 2 minutes from the railway station. A bit noisy during our stay as there was a construction site next to the hotel and the work started early in the morning. Very basic breakfast.
