Très calme, proche de la mer, la chambre est un peu petite, le personnel de la réception est très sympathique

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Je faisais juste un voyage rapide vers et depuis Barcelone et j'ai décidé de rester ici pendant deux nuits au lieu de l'hôtel de l'aéroport, et quel bon choix j'ai fait. C'est juste sur la plage, et une très belle plage c'est aussi, le lit était super confortable, la douche à effet pluie incroyable, la climatisation très calme, une vue imprenable sur la mer (qui vaut la peine de payer un supplément), un service vraiment gentil, une belle piscine. Le restaurant est également superbe - j'ai joint quelques photos de mes repas. J'ai mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel les deux soirs parce que c'était tellement bon. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel. C'est aussi de loin l'hôtel le plus moderne et le plus beau le long du rivage lorsque vous le descendez - croyez-moi.

Quel bel établissement ! Vue sur golf, sur mer ou sur piscine, tout est magnifique ! Les chambres sont impeccables ( merci entre autres à Maria Sierra 😉), le petit dej inoubliable, et les soirées autour du bar super sympas ( merci Abdul 😉😉). Bref, hâte de revenir ! Surtout, gardez ce standing et ce personnel adorable et au petit soin pour les clients !

Hotel Playafels has been a 'landmark' of Castelldefels for decades serving as a hall for weddings, NYE parties, etc. It has been recently renovated and it overlooks the beach. We were impressed to see the 4 star rating, but after staying there for ten days, we concluded it still has some work to do before it can be considered as such. Much like any other experience in life, much of the impression one has of institutions, restaurants, etc. is about the attitude of the staff who face the public. If the receptionist is accommodating, we'll walk away thinking 'hotel Playafels' is great, etc. We did not expect of a 4-star hotel to ask us to bring our bottle of wine down to the reception area to be opened when we asked for a corkscrew... Instead, we expected the hotel to offer / send us a 2 Euro corkscrew (in fact, why wasn't there one as part of the mini bar in the first place?). When you have rooms with big balconies overlooking the ocean, wouldn't it be predictable this would be a needed accessory? We ended up buying one from around the corner but the question remained: ”would a 4-star hotel deny its guests a corkscrew?”. We think not. Other items that made it fall short of its 4-star rating: holding back on providing coffee pods ”for fear that people might steal them for their consumption at home” is what a maid shared. Wait, people would come here and pay the equivalent of $150 per night to take coffee pods home? Something does not add up there... A 4-star hotel does not make its guests ask at reception for coffee pods before making their way up to their rooms at night... And, lastly, masks were not enforced 100% of the time at reception area and the connecting restaurant. Many a times we witnessed staff being too lax about it at the height of the current pandemic. And we were never asked to present our vaccination card or even verbally to declare our vaccination status. Hotel Playafels is endearing to us and we want it to prosper; but they still need to do some work before the 4-star rating can be believed completely.

La chambre est propre et l'environnement est très bon. La photo 1 est la piscine de l'hôtel. Il y a des restaurants de restauration rapide et des centres commerciaux à côté. C'est très pratique pour marcher jusqu'à la plage pendant 30 minutes. L'inconvénient est que l'ascenseur n'a pas de boutons haut et bas et que la pièce est un peu petite.

Proche de la mer, l'hôtel est très bien, la décoration et les sanitaires sont tous neufs, le serveur de l'hôtel est très chaleureux, le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel est très copieux, et le miel peut être coupé et dégusté différemment. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine. Il y a aussi une plage juste à la porte.

Un très bel hôtel à recommander : =＞idéalement situé =＞ chambres sont bien équipées , spacieuses literie de qualité , mini bar, aménités . Petit déjeuner copieux . L’ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins, souriant et professionnel. Merci à eux . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .
