We arrived very early in Krakow & were able to leave our bags 1st thing in the morning to go & explore. Location very close to old town & a comfortable 5/10 mins walk. Our 1st night was not great due to other guests making a lot of noise. We mentioned this in the morning & were lucky enough to be moved to a different room which was perfect 😊the breakfast was lovely & varied & I was over the moon to have a Greek salad one morning! It maybe a good idea to label a couple of the dishes that are not familiar to the British, as I like to try different foods but came unstuck with one of the items which was very fishy! Maybe my own fault for trying 🙃

Je crois être plutôt déçue de mon séjour. Oui l’hôtel est bien placé, 5 min à pied de la place principale. C’est bien là son seul avantage. La chambre est standard. Très bien. Cependant on retrouve de la moquette au sol ce qui signe un cruel manque d’hygiène. On y retrouve des cheveux qui ne sont pas à soi. Matelas très mou. Seul l’oreiller est bon. Pas de volets , donc à 6h3o vous êtes réveillés par la lumière du jour. Ou par les voisins de palier que l’on entend distinctement dans les couloirs. Vous l’aurez compris, c’est très mal insonorisé. L’hôtel est non loin de la caserne de pompiers. Donc vous entendez les sirènes à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur, les voisins qui parlent, utilisent leur salle de bain , les portes qui claquent. Enfin on ne se repose absolument pas. Bon, On s’en remettra avec un bon petit déjeuner! Ah bah non. Là encore, déçue. L’offre est très pauvre et encore plus réduite en semaine. Quasiment rien pour les végétariens, je ne parle pas pour les véganes. Même pas de fruits frais. Les jus de fruits ont un goût industriel épouvantable. Je n’ai absolument pas retrouvé les prestations d’un ***.

Il est assez proche de tout (15/20 min marchant), la chambre était presque nouvelle et était très bien, le lit un peu inconfortable et le lit double semblait individuel. Tout à fait super.

Nice rooms, very clean, rich breakfast, very friendly staff. Good connection with the city center, the tram stop is very close to the hotel, if you need a store, there is a big Kaufland right next to it. The only complaint is the traffic noise in the rooms facing the street. If you are not used to it, it will be a little difficult for you to sleep.

Le site est calme et à quelques pas des points de vue (il me semblait que la rue était vide, pas de magasins ppl n) mais il a fallu 15 minutes à pied pour atteindre les attractions, mais presque rien que vous puissiez acheter là. Donc si vous cherchez un hôtel qui r convenable, il ne sera pas la meilleure option, mais le rapport coût-efficacité est ok à ce £ en ce qui concerne la propreté n design moderne.

10-15 Pour une minute à la gare de bus, la gare, mais il n'y a pas de bouteille d'eau chaude dans la chambre d'hôtel, il faut boire de l'eau chaude, il faut aller au restaurant en bas. Il n'y a pas de dents, il n'y a pas de dents, même le chargement USB n'est pas disponible. Mais le prix est égal, mais il faut choisir de rester à l'autre côté de la gare. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité, seul le café est ouvert à 9 h 30 .

Très bel hôtel très propre très confortable Le prix était très bon, chambre entretenue tous les jours draps propres serviettes propres Très grandes chambres très satisfaites de mon séjour ici La seule chose que je suggérerais est de demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la route, il y a un traversée avec un petit tic-tac qu'on entend dès le petit matin

La chambre est grande, il y a un endroit pour mettre la boîte, mais le lit n'est pas grand, pas loin de la vieille ville et de la gare, probablement au milieu. Il y a une école de musique dans l'hôtel et il y a toujours des étudiants du collège qui pratiquent le piano et diffusent de la belle musique. Je ne sais pas si le climatiseur de la chambre est en panne, pas trop froid, la maison est assez à marée, l'autre est ok, il y a le petit-déjeuner, mais la variété ne peut pas manger beaucoup.

Checked out after 1 horrendous night due to having absolutely nowhere else to go in a foreign country • Run down • Dirty • Unprofessional • Unsafe • False advertisement It would be safer and cleaner to sleep on the street than to stay here! Checked into room where people were sleeping as we were given wrong set of keys! Dirty carpet, mattress and bathroom the list goes on…. No help or care from staff, response to walking into someone else’s room with room keys for said room was ‘oh maybe they (receptionist who checked us in) were tired’ and endless petty excuses with eye rolling, face pulling and absolutely no care at all from the staff member we spoke to. This hotel literally needs to be shut. After walking in on someone sleeping the anxiety was unbeatable me and my partner were wide awake all night and I was startled by any noise that was made, the locks on the door… what locks?? Your suitcase locks would do a better job. (If I didn’t have to in order to submit review I wouldn’t have clicked 1 star it would have been 0)

A good sized and well located hotel, it’s just a short stroll from the main train station and a few minutes’ walk to the old town. Décor wise it feels quite dated, both in the reception area and the rooms, but everything was clean, tidy and in full working order. The room was just about an adequate size, we had requested a twin which came with one double bed and one single, and there was little or no room to the side of each bed with one being up against the wall and one against the windows. Two singles would have worked a little better perhaps. There was also a small sofa and a small round table. The beds were very comfy and our room was facing on to the internal courtyard so no noise from outside at all, although being adjacent to the lift we did get a bit of noise from that, but nothing too intrusive. The temperature in both the room and the rest of the hotel was far too warm, quite hot in fact. There was an air conditioning unit in the room, but using energy to both heat the room and then cool it seems ridiculous. The shower was on the small side, but hot and powerful. Other facilities included tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary bottles of water, TV and a safe. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet affair, with the only hot options being a frankfurter style sausage and scrambled egg. There was a good cold spread though, with meats, cheeses, tomato & mozzarella, hard boiled eggs and a few mixed up concoctions – presumably the Polish equivalents of coleslaw and potato salad, but whatever they were, they were quite pleasant, and also some cereals. What was very much lacking was any prepared fruit (just a few whole apples), yoghurts (none at all) and pastries (just bread and rolls). Overall, I thought this was a pretty good hotel given the price, it’s a very good location, staff were friendly enough and I’d have no problem with recommending it if you’re on a tight budget.
