Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, tout semblait ok, puis nous avons remarqué : 1- Trou dans le toit, on ne sait pas où il mène mais le soir on peut voir une lumière en arrière-plan. 2- Le radiateur de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Le radiateur 3 pièces fonctionne mais est endommagé. 4- Quand vous êtes dans la chambre, ils ne viendront jamais faire le ménage. 5- Lorsqu'ils nettoient, ils ne balaient pas le sol ni rien, on dirait qu'ils plient les serviettes et font le lit + remplissent l'eau. Dans l'ensemble, pour le prix, c'est correct.

One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel.

Hotel located in central area of krakow close to tram and all sightseeing places . Basis hotel chose a room with attached bathroom basis bed but towel was very small clean place has lots of dormitory rooms so expect young Euro travelers no lift had to climb 4 floors . Hotel staff were very friendly and have a small bar and the server was extremely polite and cheerfull.

J'avais joué au camp de concentration pendant la journée, j'avais peur de vivre à la soirée, mais l'hôtel m'a fait sentir très tranquille, j'ai dormi très bien ce soir, le serveur de la réception est également très enthousiaste, le petit-déjeuner est également très bon.
