Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.

Hôtel correct et relativement confortable. Charme relatif. Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Aucune insonorisation par rapport au bruit de la rue. Point particulier : le personnel est désagréable et malpoli. En résumé : passable, mais ne vous attendez pas à une expérience de rêve. Je ne crois pas y retourner.

We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff ! We were greeted warmly and given fresh juice. We were upgraded to a larger sea view room with a nice fruit basket waiting! Hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the promenade and the sea - it’s great for walking. Between the lovely hotel and friendly staff and great location I would definitely recommend this hotel - we loved it!

Be careful. This hotel is making false advertising. We chose a standard room that included breakfast and upon our arrival we were told breakfast was not included. We showed what we paid for but the manager refused to adjust the service. Moreover, the rooms are very dirty, especially the bathrooms, with hairs everywhere, towels not cleaned. Our stay was non-refundable so we stayed for 3 nights. Despite the cleaning service provided we would always come back to dirty sheets and towels. I would never recommend this hotel. Very poor customer service and very dirty. Plus, wifi wasn’t working. Faites attention. Cet hôtel fait de la publicité mensongère. Nous avons choisi une chambre standard qui incluait le petit-déjeuner et à notre arrivée, on nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Nous avons montré ce pour quoi nous avons payé mais la manager a refusé d'ajuster le service. De plus, les chambres sont très sales, surtout les salles de bains, avec des cheveux et poils partout, des serviettes non nettoyées. Notre séjour n'étant pas remboursable, nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Malgré le service de nettoyage fourni, nous revenions toujours à notre chambre avec des draps et des serviettes sales. Je ne recommanderais jamais cet hôtel. Très mauvais service client et très sale. De plus, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

L'hôtel est très avantageux, situé sur la place du centre-ville, et il est très pratique pour manger et faire du shopping. Il est proche du fort de Québec, de la bibliothèque d'Alexandrie, de Pompéi et des catacombes. La gare est à 2 kilomètres, et en bas se trouve l'agence de WEST Coach. La décoration est simple et élégante, et la salle est relativement grande.

n beleving a la cleopatra. Alles in de oude stijl van toen. Art Barok. Kroonluchters, meubilair, schilderijen, zelfs de lift. Gelegen vlakbij de boulevard. Op de bovenste verdieping n mooi restaurant met heerijk eten, snelle bediening en zeer vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijtbuffet met veel diversiteit aan eten en drinken.

Personnel de 10 ans disaient que l'hôtel était sale, donc nous avons demandé de voir les chambres et toutes étaient très propres. Ils nous ont aidé avec des restos locaux et des transports. Retour. Bien que dans la chambre froide (février était à attendre) nous avons demandé plus de manteaux et nous les avons donnés. Il manque une main peinture pour améliorer l'apparence.

C'était merveilleux. Je le recommande fortement. Au début, nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la ville, ce qui ne nous a pas plu. Nous voulions voir la mer. Après consultation avec la réception et un prix plus élevé, nous avons eu une autre chambre avec vue sur la mer. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était délicieux. Il y a tout ce que *** peut imaginer. *** trouve quelque chose pour tout le monde. Le service était également très bon. L'eau de la salle de bain ne voulait pas être plus chaude et un personnel est venu très vite et a tout pour nous bien réglé et a résolu le problème. L'hôtel est très propre et tout le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a un bus qui circule toutes les heures gratuitement jusqu'à la plage. L'hôtel dispose d'une plage privée réservée aux visiteurs et très propre. Il y a aussi une piscine intérieure. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better

Très bel hôtel en bord de mer, très bien situé. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est top, de même que le room service ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sunrise. Je pense qu'il pourrait devenir notre pied à terre à Alexandrie. Service de qualité, personnel aux petits soins . Si je dois mettre un petit bémol ce serait uniquement pour le bruit la nuit car il y a une sorte de café/disco sur le toit.
