La chambre est propre et bien rangée, et la dame de la réception est très serviable ! Le restaurant est immense et propose de nombreux plats ! Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Après vous être enregistré à la plage, vous pouvez vous rendre au Luton Hotpot, puis retourner dans votre chambre pour prendre un bain privé. Après avoir pris un bain, vous vous sentirez belle haha.

Very nice, quiet and peaceful hotel with a wonderful view. The room is spacious and comfortable, let alone the hot spring in our room that was the cherry on top of the cake! Will definitely come back.

酒店在山坳裏 環境不錯 跟假日酒店是同一個地方 一開始有點懵 需要在假日酒店門口坐接駁車到最裡麪 雖然是一個公司旗下 但是服務以及享受的空間是獨立開的 私湯別墅就八間 有單卧 雙卧和四卧 我們定的是雙卧的泳池私湯別墅 房間很大 兩個套間 公共區域還有公衞 客廳還有榻榻米 用來喝茶的 也可以用來睡人 泡湯可以在房間的露台泡 也可以去公共的露天泡池 還有室內的泡池（需要洗好澡不穿衣服泡哦） 温泉中心是對外的 有適合小朋友的室內海洋球 樂高 滑滑梯 手工之類的 也有適合成人遊戲 汗蒸 喝茶的地方 休息區還提供水果 冰淇淋 各式各樣的飲料（無限量） 酒店雖然人不多 但對於我們住店的客人 是有管家一對一的服務的 服務我們的管家是雙明和Anna 早上管家會送飲料和水果到房間 還可以根據自己的喜好 選擇自己喜歡的食物 晚上還有晚安甜湯 全天想吃什麼水果什麼飲料 都是可以送到房間裏的 包括餐食（需要額外付費） 遇到房間設施的問題 管家都是盡最大可能地幫助 想辦法解決問題 一點不怠慢 這份真誠的服務精神真的很難得 餐廳，温泉中心的服務員也都是很貼心很熱情 都是主動式服務 點贊👍

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Le patron est très enthousiaste, comme chez lui. Le peuple est très propre, la terrasse regarde directement la mer, le bruit des vagues est réveillé le matin, l'expérience est merveilleuse! La maison de paysages de la mer sans chaussures! L'ouverture de la fenêtre est la mer, le soir est magnifique et le souffle. Il n'y a pas besoin de lampes, c'est absolument le meilleur spectacle de tout le village de Chen.

Recommandé par des amis, l'hôtel offre en effet de superbes vues et un service exceptionnel, un véritable bol d'air frais en forêt le week-end ! Les installations de loisirs sont également très complètes, on peut facilement passer tout le week-end à l'hôtel sans avoir besoin de sortir. Le service de conciergerie personnalisé est remarquable, un grand bravo à Timo qui a su résoudre tous nos problèmes et retenir chaque détail après une seule mention. Cela prouve à quel point un bon concierge est essentiel pour un hôtel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, rien que pour son service !

漫灣温泉酒店2026年初一入住，從上海帶了四家人入住，訂了5個房間，漫灣温泉酒店與杭州灣大酒店共用一個大堂，杭州灣大酒店來住過多次，漫灣温泉酒店是這二年剛開業的，裏面錯綜的各式平房建築，造型各異，房型也各不相同，所以網上訂，光看圖片會有少許不同，但服務員態度實在是太棒了，根據我們的需求，都給合理的安排了，根據房型，大小不同，我們訂了幾個房型，有院子的，無院子的，有浴缸的，無浴缸的，各有千秋，我們連住二晚，所以大家都特別開心。房間附近有各種湯池，下午入住已有許多湯池開放了，隨客人增多，晚上還會新增湯池，湯池的水特別乾淨，每天都換，根據房型有公湯和私湯區分，私湯在房內開啟另收費，温泉水温調的非常到位，下午泡泡腳曬曬背，聊聊天打打牌等，早餐38元一位，這個價格的早餐，性價比特別高，整體入住感很諧意，很喜歡。

L'attitude de service de la soeur de la petite sœur de la réception est très bonne.

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

J'ai séjourné ici suite à la recommandation d'un ami. L'hôtel dispose d'un environnement agréable, de nombreuses places de parking et de bornes de recharge (rapides et lentes). La chambre king-size que j'ai réservée est au 2ème étage. La chambre fait 50 mètres carrés et est très spacieuse. Il y a des fenêtres et un petit balcon. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez voir les montagnes. L'environnement est excellent. Le grand lit de la chambre est confortable pour dormir, et il sera encore plus parfait si les équipements de la chambre sont améliorés ! L'hôtel dispose également d'une piscine intérieure, que vous pouvez essayer gratuitement, ce qui est génial ! De plus, le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est également très riche et l'expérience d'hébergement dans son ensemble est généralement satisfaisante.
