Environnement: l'environnement général de la population est très bon, l'eau de montagne est très épais, la végétation verte intérieure est riche, et l'eau courante, très confortable
Service: Le service est très enthousiaste, la chambre a également envoyé des fleurs et des fruits. Quels sont les besoins de l'envoi en temps utile. Le dîner annuel réservé dans le magasin est également très délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner est riche. Je demanderai chaque jour. Nous avons envoyé nos propres aliments pour le passé et nous avons gardé les fruits et nous aiderons à le faire, Il sera également prêt pour les chiens pour le petit déjeuner et le café, l'attitude de service est très bonne, c'est le plus satisfaisant à cet égard.
Soupe privée: la soupe privée ne change pas de vêtements et de bouteilles d'eau chaude, elle peut changer dans la chambre, il sera un peu froid sur la route.

IInvitéNous avons eu un séjour très confortable à cet hôtel. Le service était de haut niveau. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L'hôtel offre même un service de lave-vaisselle gratuit - ils peuvent aider à laver, sècher et plier votre lave-vaisselle à tout moment de la journée. Le petit déjeuner buffet a été très bien répandu et délicieux.
L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation. Dans une promenade de cinq minutes, le magasin Tianyi est situé dans un supermarché.

IInvitéI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

IInvitéLa chambre est bien conçue ; le lavabo est séparé des toilettes et de la salle de bain, ce qui optimise considérablement l'espace dans les chambres familiales occupées par plusieurs personnes. L'eau potable est fournie en quantité généreuse, vous n'aurez donc aucun souci à vous faire. Au moment du départ, le réceptionniste, Xiao Zhang, nous a même offert des en-cas et de l'eau supplémentaire. L'hôtel est idéalement situé : juste en face de la place Tianyi, et à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro.

IInvité陪女兒考研複試來的，就在寧大東校區門口，位置很好，很方便，後門穿過去就是校園，對面就是雲創小鎮，吃的喝的的地方太多了。前台服務很好，主動給升了房間，房間挺寬敞也很安靜，酒店早餐品類也挺多的，該有的都有，以後了寧大就訂這兒了。

IInvitéThis is the last point of my business trip. The hotel is good and quite chill with Industrial style decoration. My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

IInvitéCe séjour au Novotel Ningbo East a été une expérience formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai ressenti le professionnalisme et l'attention du personnel.
Je tiens à féliciter tout particulièrement Jane à la réception. Il était très tard ce soir-là, et j'étais inévitablement un peu fatigué après un voyage. Jane, toujours souriante, m'a aidée avec patience et rapidité dans mes démarches et m'a gentiment rappelé l'heure du petit-déjeuner, les horaires d'ouverture de la salle de sport et d'autres informations. Sachant que c'était ma première visite à Ningbo, elle m'a recommandé avec enthousiasme les attractions et les spécialités culinaires des environs. Ma recommandation pour la vieille rue de Nantang était amplement méritée, m'ayant permis de goûter aux saveurs authentiques de Ningbo.
La chambre était chaleureuse et élégante, avec des équipements complets et propres, une literie douce et confortable et une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner du deuxième jour était encore plus surprenant, avec une grande variété de plats chinois et occidentaux, des raviolis Ningbo fraîchement préparés aux exquises pâtisseries occidentales, pour tous les goûts.
L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal et est très pratique pour voyager. Les installations environnantes sont complètes, avec boutiques et restaurants. Lors de mon départ, Jane m'a offert un petit cadeau, ce qui m'a fait chaud au cœur. Que ce soit au niveau du service ou des équipements, le Novotel Ningbo East est impeccable. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Ningbo !

Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.

⭐️ A magical treehouse escape — incredibly welcoming to international guests
We stayed in the Starry Dome Suite and it honestly exceeded our expectations — even better than the photos. The room is spread across multiple levels, with three private patios nestled below the dome itself, giving it the feel of our very own luxury treehouse. The fun electric trapdoor entrance into the dome was a highlight, and having a private bathroom tucked into the setup made the stay comfortable as well as adventurous.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. As international guests who speak very little Chinese, we were so touched by how accommodating and friendly everyone was. They went out of their way to communicate with us via WeChat, patiently using translation software to make sure we had everything we needed — from local tips to the little details that made our stay seamless. We never felt like a burden, which we truly appreciated.
The location itself is beautiful. We did some lovely walks in the nearby area, but honestly we were just as happy sitting out on our patio, soaking in the trees and the peace. We brought our own BBQ, and the team was really flexible in helping us find a great spot to set it up. It was exactly the nature escape we needed — a perfect break from city life. If you're a foreign traveller wondering whether you'll feel comfortable here, the answer is absolutely yes. We felt so welcome.
