Hôtels avec balcon à Berlin

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV). The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm. Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food.

L'hôtel est correct, mais j'ai l'impression d'avoir été trompé. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous a dit à la réception que nous pouvions passer à un type de chambre pour 80 euros, ce qui coûtait 160 euros pour deux jours. Nous avons payé un total de 320 euros pour 2 chambres. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, c'était en fait le type de chambre que nous avions réservé auparavant. Tout le reste va bien, le petit-déjeuner et le salon exécutif sont bons.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Les toilettes n'étaient pas propres et la moquette n'avait pas été aspirée. La machine à café était capricieuse et les gobelets en carton étaient inacceptables. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, mais un peu vieillottes et mériteraient d'être rénovées. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable, et tout était accessible à pied. Je ne réserverai plus jamais dans cet hôtel. C'est dommage ; je m'attendais à mieux.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Installations : Situé dans un immeuble, l'entrée est assez discrète et l'établissement est un peu éloigné des principaux points d'intérêt, ce qui en fait un endroit relativement isolé en plein centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et comprennent une cuisine. Propreté : Correcte, mais les poubelles sont assez difficiles à trouver. Environnement : Calme, sans vis-à-vis. Service : Médiocre. Le ménage n'est même pas fait. Le lit est fait et les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement.

The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉 **Cleanliness: 🌟** Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

Service impeccable et arrivée/départ sans encombre. Une caution est demandée et restituée en espèces au moment du départ. Salle de bain agréable, avec baignoire à disposition. Les draps étaient propres, mais il faut faire son lit soi-même et les rapporter au moment du départ pour récupérer la caution. Idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, et malgré le calme des lieux, mon séjour de deux nuits a été très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée (micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, casseroles et réfrigérateur), mais n'est ouverte que de 8h à 22h. Une excellente expérience dans l'ensemble, je me suis sentie en sécurité.

C'est un bel hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La salle de sport, la piscine et la chambre sont très bien. Le seul bémol : le ménage est en supplément. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées et les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits. Si nous avions souhaité ce service, il aurait fallu payer un supplément. Dans l'ensemble, tout était bien.
