Hôtels 3 étoiles à Berlin

Rien à redire. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans une chambre double très moderne d'environ 16 m². Elle était équipée d'un micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur. Un petit bar avec tabourets ajoutait au charme de la chambre. La salle de bain était également excellente. Tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Selon vos préférences, vous pouvez emprunter les transports en commun, comme les bus et les tramways, juste devant l'hôtel, ou rejoindre à pied la station de S-Bahn (train de banlieue). Un supermarché Kaufland se trouve juste à côté, et plusieurs restaurants sont situés à proximité. On y trouve des fast-foods comme Subway, des kebabs et des restaurants chinois, ainsi que des restaurants italiens, grecs et thaïlandais. Pour notre séjour, l'hôtel était le choix idéal.

The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well. We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too. We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest. The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

Appartement très agréable et confortable. Il manque simplement quelques équipements dans la cuisine, mais sinon tout était parfait. L’emplacement est un peu excentré, cependant la gare se trouve à 5 minutes et permet de rejoindre le centre de Berlin en une dizaine de minutes. Je recommande cet appartement pour un court séjour dans la capitale berlinoise.

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale - mais c'était petit - il y avait peu de place à se déplacer! Je n'attendais pas une suite, mais je m'attendais certainement à une chambre familiale - pas une chambre double, mais avec lits supplémentaires - surtout pour le prix! Il était si petit qu'il avait une porte glissante à la salle de bain pour sauver l'espace, mais (par design) il n'a pas fermé correctement, donc il y avait une lacune tout le chemin et il n'a pas fermé - donc pas de confidentialité! Le personnel aurait pu être plus amiable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Grande location.

Grand séjour, très bon emplacement, à pied à Potzdamer Platz, Musée juif et de nombreux autres lieux et restaurants intéressants, facile accès aux transports publics et super bon personnel. La chambre est très propre, bien équipée et confortable.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

Un environnement propre, calme et bon

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.
