Hôtels 3 étoiles à Berlin

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel et je le recommanderais volontiers aux voyageurs d'agrément comme d'affaires. Dès mon arrivée, l'ambiance générale m'a semblé accueillante et bien organisée. Le processus d'enregistrement a été fluide et efficace, avec un personnel professionnel, amical et désireux de répondre à toutes mes questions. La chambre elle-même était propre, spacieuse et conçue avec soin. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, ce qui m'a permis de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil après une longue journée. J'ai apprécié l'attention portée aux détails, des draps frais et des articles de toilette de qualité à l'espace de rangement généreux et à l'espace de travail bien éclairé. Le service de ménage a fait un excellent travail pour maintenir la propreté tout au long du séjour. Les équipements de l'hôtel ont ajouté beaucoup de valeur à l'expérience. Les parties communes étaient bien entretenues et les installations étaient facilement accessibles. Le petit-déjeuner a été un point fort, offrant une bonne variété d'options fraîches et savoureuses qui répondaient à différentes préférences. Tout était réapprovisionné rapidement, et la salle à manger est restée propre et confortable même pendant les heures de pointe. En termes d'emplacement, l'hôtel est très pratique. Il est proche des principales attractions, des restaurants et des options de transport, ce qui facilite les déplacements sans tracas. Malgré son emplacement central, l'hôtel était calme et silencieux, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel offre un excellent équilibre entre confort, service et rapport qualité-prix. L'hospitalité du personnel, combinée aux chambres propres et à l'emplacement pratique, a rendu le séjour vraiment agréable. Je n'hésiterais pas à y séjourner de nouveau et je le recommanderais en toute confiance à d'autres personnes à la recherche d'un endroit fiable et confortable où séjourner.

Il est vraiment au centre-ville, j'ai marqué partout, le point de contrôle Charlie est juste autour de l'étage est à 2 minutes. Les gens étaient gentils et utiles. Amuse et recommandée à mes amis aussi.

Un environnement propre, calme et bon

Premier Inn Berlin est un hôtel de qualité qualité, situé à proximité de Alexanderplatz, et à proximité de l'Alexanderplatz. L'hôtel est également très facile à accéder aux transports publics, mais le seul désavantage était que certains des lobbyistes sembaient un peu faibles dans la communication avec les clients et ne semblent pas particulièrement bienvenus.

Ma charmante épouse Ping et moi avons apprécié notre séjour au Holiday Inn Express lors de notre visite à Berlin. La chambre était propre et confortable. Notre enregistrement et notre départ se sont déroulés sans problème, en particulier grâce au personnel de la réception, sympathique et arrangeant. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Kristian, dont la gentillesse et la serviabilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je remercie également Mane pour sa gentillesse et sa convivialité. Veuillez transmettre mes remerciements à tous les deux. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et satisfaisant.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

La chambre est très basique, juste un cabinet et un lit, pas de table ou de chaises dans la chambre, il est très loin de la ville , il faut transférer 2 à 3 fois le train à l'ensemble de la scène environnante.
