It really is in the city center, i walked everywhere, checkpoint charlie is just around the corner the subway is 2 minutes away. The people was kind and helpful. Enjoyed and recommended to my friends also

Un environnement propre, calme et bon

Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre familiale - mais c'était petit - il y avait peu de place à se déplacer! Je n'attendais pas une suite, mais je m'attendais certainement à une chambre familiale - pas une chambre double, mais avec lits supplémentaires - surtout pour le prix! Il était si petit qu'il avait une porte glissante à la salle de bain pour sauver l'espace, mais (par design) il n'a pas fermé correctement, donc il y avait une lacune tout le chemin et il n'a pas fermé - donc pas de confidentialité! Le personnel aurait pu être plus amiable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Grande location.

Great stay, very good location, at walking distance to Potzdamer Platz, Jewish Museum and many other interesting places and restaurants, easy access to public transportation and super nice staff. Room very clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

Un très bel hôtel caché, avec une atmosphère un peu ancienne avec des sentiers sinueux. L'arôme a commencé à frapper vos narines dès que vous êtes entré dans l'hôtel, et il s'est persisté jusqu'à la chambre, mais il était si fort qu'il aurait tout aussi bien pu être rebaptisé Aroma Hotel. Malgré cela, il a largement dépassé les attentes et était bien meilleur que les hôtels du même niveau et du même prix dans lesquels j'ai séjourné aux Pays-Bas et en Belgique au premier semestre : il y a un réfrigérateur, les articles de toilette sont un peu réfléchis. et fraîche, la pièce est petite et bien équipée, et le transport est pratique et la vie est pratique.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Lit confortable, bon emplacement, service impeccable et agréable accès facilité à la nourriture, transport, certain se plaint de bruit dans les commentaires il suffit de fermer la fenêtre, dans hôtel j'ai remarqué aucun bruit après 23h j'ai très bien dormi si vousavezdes enfants je vous recommande d'essayer ce hôtel, j'ai aimé le passage du U-Bahn depuis ma fenêtre j'ai pas pu résister 😊

La chambre est très basique, juste un cabinet et un lit, pas de table ou de chaises dans la chambre, il est très loin de la ville , il faut transférer 2 à 3 fois le train à l'ensemble de la scène environnante.
