IInvitéJ'ai toujours cru en la qualité de Marriott et j'ai réservé pour trois nuits ~ mais cette fois, cela a vraiment gâché les trois vues ~ à part le bon emplacement et les chambres plus grandes, il n'y a rien d'autre ~
Équipements : La configuration des années 80, notamment les toilettes, est insupportable, l'eau coule partout, et l'hôtel est indifférent à cette situation. Au final, nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois du matin au soir avant de recevoir quelques tapis de sol. Nous avons essuyé l'eau nous-mêmes. Après avoir pris une douche, l'eau a inondé Jinshan et la salle de douche a fuit outrageusement.
Hygiène : médiocre, le nettoyage est très superficiel pour un séjour prolongé
Service : Le petit frère qui s'est enregistré à la réception était tellement indifférent aux réponses. Il était vraiment sans voix ~ C'est lui qui s'est enregistré et est parti. J'ai payé l'argent à l'hôtel et Ctrip ne peut pas émettre de facture. Je suis sans voix maintenant ~ pas de facture.

The hotel is beautifully located near Tiergarten and just a short walk from the Berlin Zoo and public transport. I arrived late at night, but check-in was fast and professional. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. I especially loved the large windows and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and a deep bathtub, plus high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast was one of the highlights — a wide variety of international and local dishes, fresh juices, and barista-style coffee. I also had dinner at Hugos Restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was outstanding, and the panoramic city view made it unforgettable.
The wellness area was clean and relaxing, though the sauna required a small additional fee. The indoor pool and gym were great after long sightseeing days.

IInvitéLa pièce est assez grande et il y a un mini balcon avec une petite table et deux chaises. Malheureusement, j'étais trop occupé pour m'asseoir et prendre un verre. Il y a du Coca, du jus de pomme, du jus d'orange et de la bière gratuits dans le réfrigérateur. qui sera réapprovisionné après avoir bu le jour. En entrant, il y a deux bouteilles d'eau chaque jour. Il se trouve à seulement 1 km du centre-ville le plus animé. Malheureusement, l'ascenseur est en panne et est en panne. n'a pas été réparé depuis trois jours.

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel lui-même bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique et central. Les chambres et la piscine sont spacieuses et propres. La qualité du petit-déjeuner était également de première classe.
Il n'y a eu qu'un seul problème pendant notre séjour : la conférence des ministres de l'Intérieur avait lieu à l'hôtel. Bien sûr, nous comprenons l'importance de cet événement. Mais ce que l'on ne comprend pas, c'est qu'aucune information ni compensation n'est donnée aux invités. L'hôtel était gardé 24 heures sur 24 par des policiers lourdement armés partout. Entrer et sortir de l'hôtel était un processus extrêmement long et angoissant. Même si le garage était accessible, nous ne pouvions pas déplacer notre voiture. Des tireurs d'élite ont été placés. En résumé, vous vous sentiez simplement menacé et effrayé.
Après une longue discussion, l'hôtel a remboursé les frais de stationnement, mais il n'y a eu aucune compensation pour le tarif de la chambre.
Nous sommes donc plus que déçus de cette attitude envers nos propres clients bien payés.

It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste.
Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here.
The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant.
The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.

IInvitéMon expérience a été horrible. Tout d’abord, nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et ils nous ont donné une chambre dans laquelle quelqu’un séjournait, nous avons donc dû changer, j’ai rencontré un couple dans l’ascenseur et elle m’a dit que la même chose leur était arrivée. Deuxièmement, il n’y a pas de piscine même si les photos montrent clairement la piscine, le sentiment général de l’hôtel est décevant, les chambres ne sont pas à la mode (peut-être assez bien en 2005), le service n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend d’un Sheraton. Dans l’ensemble, je pense que c’est assez bien mais ce n’est pas ce pour quoi vous payez, ce n’est pas ce que vous attendez d’un hôtel Sheraton
