Un petit hôtel de charme idéalement situé. Enregistrement rapide, chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : tout est délicieux et varié, et le service est excellent. Je lui donnerais une note de 10 sur 5, car j’ai passé ma première nuit au Marriott 5 étoiles de Rustaveli et j’ai été très déçu par le petit-déjeuner – la différence est flagrante. C’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et je le recommande aux jeunes. Il y a aussi une petite salle de sport et une piscine, parfaites pour ceux qui aiment faire de l’exercice et se détendre le matin.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels. Je l'aime, c'est vert et écologiquement conscient. Ils ont des tours d'eau sur chaque étage et des gilets dans la chambre pour obtenir de l'eau. Les lits sont vraiment doux et confortables. L'hôtel est propre et dispose d'une décoration unique et de nombreuses zones pour vous asseoir. Vous pouvez obtenir gratuitement le thé et le café en bas. Cet hôtel est proche de toutes les zones dont vous avez besoin et facile à marcher où il est nécessaire.

Hotel is clean and high tech trendy. Room is small but provided common area and working spaces. AC is comfortable. Hotel operated on self service basis, check in and out, online info display and online inquiries with given list of questions, no phone in room, … but I am someone who prefer the convenience of personal conversation when need a water kettle, a roll of toilet paper, a question about taxi and map of city, …. When sitting in cafe scanned menu sent an order , only find out after 25 min later that the counter staff did not view their computer to get my order. Technology is not always bringing efficiency but sometimes becoming an hassle for both staff and guests and excuse for poor service, especially for busy and tired travelers who stay at the hotel only for couple days.

Hotel looks good as new one . Positive points: room was very convenient with 2 toilets and separate rooms , was very practical for us with small baby. View from window on photo, very nice. Back yard very beautiful landscape. Breakfast was simple , but enough for us. Stuff mostly speaking English. Negative points: In The room was small black ants on sofa and in one toilet room. In bath room don't work dispenser with shower gel. After I ask to fix this problem , stuff didn't anything . They don't have concierge service . We arrived with baby and 4 pcs baggage and nobody even try to help us. I think we don't will stay again this hotel.

C'était un hôtel assez récent. L'hygiène laissait vraiment à désirer… les draps étaient même tachés de noir. J'étais trop fatigué pour prendre des photos. Le service était correct, mais le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité. Pour ce prix, c'est à peu près équivalent à un hôtel à 200 RMB en Chine.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

La location de l'hôtel est idéale pour marcher au centre-ville. Balcon est chic. Petit déjeuner est normal. La chambre correspond à la photo. Mais le deuxième jour, je me suis réveillé tôt le matin, à cause du fait que l'eau était jetée du plafond, très fort. Mais tout le personnel du Chili et relax, de la série ”Qu'est-ce que c'est”. J'avais eu le stress, et ils ont pris 20 minutes plus tard des serviettes et ont dit ”dormez”. Et il n'y avait aucune explication ni excuse

Очень хороший отель, чистый, с красивым видом. Нам очень понравилось расположение и сам номер с балконом. Огорчила только кровать, которая очень сильно скрипела, но в целом было удобной. Ну и не понравилось, что двери картонные и из-за них очень слышно происходящее на ресепшен, из-за этого одной ночью нас разбудил очень громкий мужчина, которого почему-то на ресепшен не попросили быть хоть немного тише в 3 часа ночи (он прям чуть-ли не орал, хотя судя по разговору, он просто заселяся без какого-либо скандала)
