Hôtels à Tbilissi avec petit déjeuner

Un petit hôtel de charme idéalement situé. Enregistrement rapide, chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : tout est délicieux et varié, et le service est excellent. Je lui donnerais une note de 10 sur 5, car j’ai passé ma première nuit au Marriott 5 étoiles de Rustaveli et j’ai été très déçu par le petit-déjeuner – la différence est flagrante. C’est un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et je le recommande aux jeunes. Il y a aussi une petite salle de sport et une piscine, parfaites pour ceux qui aiment faire de l’exercice et se détendre le matin.

L'un des meilleurs hôtels. Je l'aime, c'est vert et écologiquement conscient. Ils ont des tours d'eau sur chaque étage et des gilets dans la chambre pour obtenir de l'eau. Les lits sont vraiment doux et confortables. L'hôtel est propre et dispose d'une décoration unique et de nombreuses zones pour vous asseoir. Vous pouvez obtenir gratuitement le thé et le café en bas. Cet hôtel est proche de toutes les zones dont vous avez besoin et facile à marcher où il est nécessaire.

L'emplacement est plutôt bon, vous pouvez voir l'église, il faut 10 gel pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à la gare et le métro est juste au coin de la rue. Le petit déjeuner était correct et ça faisait du bien de regarder le repas religieux. Ne pensez pas aux autres repas, ils ne sont pas rentables L'hôtel est relativement neuf et il y a du formaldéhyde qui vous attend pour respirer, mais le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt bon, vous pouvez donc toujours y rester. Le restaurant de restauration rapide Porc Roll à côté est bon, mais la file d'attente est trop longue. .

La chambre était petite et la réceptionniste, bien qu'aimable, manquait de professionnalisme. Par exemple, lorsque j'ai demandé comment me rendre à Gori, on m'a conseillé de prendre un taxi. (C'est comme me dire de prendre un taxi de Shanghai à Suzhou ! Pourquoi aurais-je posé la question ?) Quand j'ai demandé où se trouvait la gare interurbaine, on m'a répondu qu'on était nouveau et qu'on ne savait pas. On a refusé catégoriquement de m'aider à me renseigner. En clair, on ne savait pas répondre à mes questions et on me donnait des réponses décousues après avoir lu mon message. De plus, il n'y avait pas de téléphone dans la chambre ; j'ai dû ajouter la réceptionniste sur WhatsApp. Étant chinoise et mon numéro de téléphone ne pouvant être enregistré, j'ai également dû télécharger une application pour recevoir des articles de première nécessité comme des brosses à dents ou des chaussons.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

Very nice family hotel with nic family breakfast. Friendly stuff that speak Russian and Little English. Recommend

La chambre d'hôtel était confortable et propre. Le mobilier n'était pas tout à fait neuf, mais cela convenait. Le personnel était serviable et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Nous avons également utilisé le garage fermé et tout s'est très bien passé. Merci.
