Hôtels à Tbilissi avec parking

У отеля прекрасное расположение, вблизи старого города, но вдали от шума. До главных туристических мест совсем рядом. Все чистое. Довольно свежее. Есть в номере кофе машина. Это огромный плюс. Ванная большая, просторная. Есть письменный столик. Уголок где можно поработать. Из минусов - в отеле персонал не говорит по русски и не пытается тебя понять.

L'emplacement est plutôt bon, vous pouvez voir l'église, il faut 10 gel pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à la gare et le métro est juste au coin de la rue. Le petit déjeuner était correct et ça faisait du bien de regarder le repas religieux. Ne pensez pas aux autres repas, ils ne sont pas rentables L'hôtel est relativement neuf et il y a du formaldéhyde qui vous attend pour respirer, mais le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt bon, vous pouvez donc toujours y rester. Le restaurant de restauration rapide Porc Roll à côté est bon, mais la file d'attente est trop longue. .

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

C'était une expérience inquiétante pendant ma 6ème visite à Tbilisi. 1. Il n'est pas facile de trouver une entrée car le nom de l'hôtel est placé sur un autre côté du bâtiment et la porte d'entrée n'est marquée par aucun signe avec le nom de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas amis ou supportif. Je suis allé à 1 h pour quitter la valise et n'ai pas demandé de fournir une chambre comme prévu. Je suis revenu à l'hôtel à 17 h, mes docs étaient sur le bureau et je pouvais les voir alors que le récepteur ne pouvait pas les trouver et demander de signer les docs qui ont été signés ce matin. Il ne pouvait pas m'expliquer s'il y avait un ascenseur (je voulais parler anglais et russe) et j'avais un sentiment fort qu'il était sous un peu de *****. Il y a un restaurant au 1er étage avec une musique très forte. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de balcon, 2 lits simples au lieu de doubles. Des lits dans la salle de bains. Ainsi, il n'était pas un échange équitable (je étais même prêt à payer plus pour une meilleure chambre, mais le personnel n'est pas favorable). 4. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le gardien du restaurant est super sympa et amiable (la seule personne agréable que j'ai rencontrée à l'hôtel)

Il est très pratique de se rendre à la Place de la Liberté et à la station de métro, et le bus est également pratique. Il y a de nombreux endroits pittoresques autour, qui peuvent être atteints en marchant tranquillement ! Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre, il y a un ventilateur. Cependant, il ne fait pas chaud à Tbilissi la nuit, donc ça va sans climatisation !

i was afraid that it's a dirty place because of the reviews, but it was actually pretty good. they're renovating some showers and those available look good, nothing to complain about, the room was also fine. on the downside there was crazy noise from the yard on friday night (music was on till 2am and started again at 8am), but on saturday night it was alright, so probably it depends. the vibe is like a student dorm, lots of rooms and not very social (all my roommates were cool, i mean there's nothing going on outside the room in the common area), but the place looks stylish and simple. the staff was quite welcoming. i decided to stay at two different hostels in tbilisi because the reviews were confusing, but now i'd say i'd prefer to spend all the nights at fabrika.

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

L'emplacement est bon et la chambre est propre. À proximité de la cathédrale et des principales attractions touristiques La prochaine fois que je vais à Tbilissi, j'ai l'intention de séjourner dans cet hôtel.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.

J'ai voyageé à Tbilisi solo et j'ai séjourné à Point Hotel et je peux sincèrement dire que c'était le lieu idéal pour un voyageur solo! ❤️ À partir du premier moment, je me suis senti confortable, bienvenue et tout à fait facile. Les hôtes sont des gens absolument merveilleux, chauds et incroyablement gentils. Ils sont toujours prêts à aider, à donner de grandes recommandations, et à s'assurer que vous avez tout ce que vous avez besoin. Grâce à eux, vous vous sentez moins comme un client de l'hôtel et plus comme vous êtes resté avec de bons amis. 🥰 L'atmosphère chaude et familiale m'a particulièrement aimée. Et la situation est tout simplement étonnante! 🔥 Il est juste au cœur de Tbilisi, avec belles rues, attractions, cafés et restaurants à pied. Il est la base parfaite pour explorer la ville et profiter de son atmosphère. Merci beaucoup aux hôtes pour leur incroyable hospitalité, soins et chaleur! Je recommanderais absolument Point Hotel à tout le monde qui visite Tbilisi, en particulier les voyageurs solitaires et avec la famille. Vous vous sentez vraiment en sécurité, confortable, et à la maison ici. ❤️ 10/10! If I come back to Tbilisi, I'll definitely stay here again. 🫂
