IInvitéThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

The quiet tranquility and peace coupled with nice breakfast meals were what my wife and I were quite looking forward to...away from the hustle and bustle. It is an art this days to just sit back and reconnect with each other and perhaps do...nothing except enjoy each other's company...
We had one of the most delectable deep fried calamari at the Kelong Elly located just next to SADI Beach House. The 2 nights spent at SADI has been a great experience.
The SADI Team has been very attentive and making every bit of our stay memorable. Looking forward to revisit next time with a whole group of friends seeking solace!

NNASHARUDDINNous avons passé un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach ! Dès notre arrivée, grâce à la navette gratuite qui nous a pris en charge au terminal des ferries, jusqu'à notre enregistrement, le personnel était accueillant et souriant, et tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. Nous avons adoré le mélange de style industriel et de bois dans notre chambre. La cuisine était délicieuse et nous avons également beaucoup apprécié nous détendre au bord des deux piscines de l'hôtel, qui surplombent la plage. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique complexe hôtelier et nous avons hâte d'y revenir !

IInvitéNous avons trouvé ce beau lieu sur notre tour de vélo de deux jours par le père et le fils de l'Ouest de Bintan, et nous avons aimé le camp de type ferme, ample, situé entre les collines et les savannes, avec la terre rouge et les palmiers verts éternels de Bintan. La zone de réception est déjà ouverte et amicale, et vous regardez dans un monde très agréable et bienvenu. Le propriétaire a établi que c'est un centre de formation et d'apprentissage durable pour les jeunes, tout en offrant des activités magnifiques et bien intégrées pour les familles, les enfants et les groupes. Nous avons séjourné dans l'une des maisons de relâchement adjacentes à l'un des petits lacs et de relaxation, et mon 5e fils aimait chaque pouce de cela. La cuisine est très délicieusement légèrement épicée, la cafetière est italienne, le petit déjeuner offre un choix de deux menus qui vous permet de ne pas choisir mal. Yanu a été très favorable à l'ingénierie d'un kite et nous a aidé à le faire voler (même en dehors de son tour). En tant que cyclistes naturels, nous avons aimé les routes vides et petites, à travers le camp, donc nous avons même eu un moment merveilleux de faire des vélos jusqu'à la Lagoon bleue (1h). Le Bintan Ferry prend des vélos pour le transport, donc faites 6-seater cabines à Singapour. Je peux fortement recommander cet endroit pour tout plan d'évacuation de la grande ville et pour tous les fans de la nature.

We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together.
From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests.
What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨

IInvitéL'hôtel se trouve à environ 15 minutes de la jetée et une voiture spéciale viendra vous chercher. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon. Après l'enregistrement, la réception vous donnera les coordonnées WhatsApp et sera disponible 24h/24. Inconvénients : L'hôtel est relativement ancien, il y a beaucoup de moustiques, l'hygiène est moyenne et les patients mysophobes sont très déprimés. Le lit est très dur et la literie n'est pas bonne. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur des standards hôteliers, mais c'est probablement la qualité hôtelière. Le pire c'est la restauration de l'hôtel qui est vraiment très désagréable. J'ai payé un cappuccino pour le petit-déjeuner, mais j'avais l'impression que personne ne savait préparer du café. Si vous voulez manger, vous amuser et bien vous reposer, je ne vous le recommande pas. Je suis venu parce que la chambre avait une piscine. En fait, la piscine était si petite que même un enfant ne pouvait pas y jouer. Il y a beaucoup de choix à Bintan, donc je n'y retournerai probablement pas.

Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

UUtilisateur anonymeLa chambre est très privée, loin de l'agitation. Ceux qui aiment jouer dans l'eau ont de la chance. Vous pouvez nager autant que vous le souhaitez. L'environnement est super original et les fleurs fleurissent tous les jours. Les enfants attraper des geckos tous les jours, mais ils ne peuvent pas les attraper. C'est très amusant. Il y a un menu pour le petit-déjeuner, qui est livré dans la chambre. Il s'agit en gros d'un bol de nouilles, d'un riz ou d'un sandwich, et le repas prévu vient avec du jus. L'hôtel met à votre disposition une voiture, qui facture en fonction de la destination, et vous pouvez également louer une voiture. Étonnamment, nous avions initialement pensé à louer une voiture pour un après-midi et étions prêts à payer la plus chère. calculé le prix en fonction de la destination, économisant 1/3, ce qui représente une grosse économie. Super, les serveurs étaient très polis et le chauffeur était également très gentil. Il a présenté le restaurant de fruits de mer où tout le monde allait. Même si j'ai senti que le le propriétaire était chinois, le goût et les plats étaient vraiment bons. L'hôtel propose également des massages, que nous avons oublié d'expérimenter car nous jouions toujours dans l'eau et nageions. En faisant attention aux détails, la douche est de Toto, les robinets des toilettes et du lavabo sont de Kohler et le chauffe-eau est de Rinnai, qui est exactement le même que celui de la maison🤣. Il y a une zone commerciale à proximité de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Il faut 5 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la plage. Lorsque vous regardez le lever du soleil le matin, n'oubliez pas de porter des vêtements longs et des pantalons longs et de vaporiser un insectifuge. Il y en a beaucoup moucherons volants suceurs de sang. Vous pouvez découvrir les autres beautés par vous-même, dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait. Une étoile a été retirée car un Squeak malade de chaleur est apparu dans la cour le matin avant de partir. Même si je savais qu'il était inoffensif, il s'est évanoui et a refusé de partir, ce qui était un peu rebutant. Haha, c'est pure nature et original l’écologie. Si vous pouvez l’accepter, vous pouvez l’accepter.

To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room
Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.
