An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. We recently stayed here for a family getaway with our 2-year-old daughter, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. Traveling with a toddler can be unpredictable, but the team here made our stay incredibly seamless and stress-free. What We Loved: Incredible Family Hospitality: From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our little girl feel welcome. They were patient, smiling, and always greeted her warmly. Fantastic Toddler-Friendly Facilities: The amenities for young children are top-notch. Whether it was the shallow pool areas or the play spaces, everything was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. There are both in and outdoor playground Seamless Convenience: The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our requests to ensure our toddler was comfortable throughout the stay.

Our experience is the hotel is great, the staffs are very friendly, especially staff Aminah, she brought a bright smile and always love to talk to her. Hotel cleanliness is great. The breakfast buffet is delicious as well. Only, we have encountered about the lunch , where the Angilo Olio taste is very bland and the dine in food - Soto Ayam is way too salty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank u HOMM LAGUNA Bintan.

The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Tout a été très bien mais s'il vous plaît apprendre à transmettre un message ”non” à votre client plutôt que de rester tactique. Nous avons demandé un check-in précoce lorsque le ferry a débarqué à 12 h. Le concierge nous a dit qu'il était soumis à la disponibilité. Ils essayeront de nettoyer la chambre rapidement. Nous attendions près de 3 heures, 15 minutes avant le check-in officiel en temps utile pour obtenir la chambre. Mais nous avons noté que les unités voisines étaient vides.. et en raison de la faible occupation, le petit déjeuner était ala-carte au lieu du buffet.

L'hôtel est très bien. L'environnement et les installations sont très bien. L'inconvénient est qu'il y a trop d'huile de silicone sur la plage. J'ai pris quelques photos et j'ai marché sur l'huile. Heureusement, le service de l'hôtel était très bon. Le serveur est allé dans la chambre pour aider à nettoyer. Nous sommes très satisfaits du service de l'hôtel ! Nous avons vécu dans des villas et des maisons de plage. C'est vraiment cosy et reposant ! Ce que je veux suggérer en particulier, c'est si la nourriture chinoise peut être rendue plus délicieuse, comme les restaurants de fondue... il y a trop peu d'ingrédients... J'espère que l'hôtel pourra être de mieux en mieux, car nous vivons à Singapour, nous ira souvent en vacances, et attendons avec impatience la prochaine fois Nouveau sentiment!

La chambre de ma famille est restée dans l'une des plus anciennes. Le service a été bon, car le personnel s'est efforcé d'aider ma famille pour nos demandes. Les snacks offerts dans la chambre sont gratuits et sont agréables. Kakung au restaurant de la lune solaire était super

Il pleuvait la nuit et les murs sont mouillés à l'intérieur. Les feuilles de lit sont temps pour les nouveaux. Les lits blancs ne sont pas regardés blancs brillants. Globalement, ils sont toujours bons avec le bon prix. Le menu Bfast a été le même depuis de nombreuses années. 😊 heureux encore avec le séjour

The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways

當天我丟失了我的包，感謝兩位酒店的工作人員幫我看守了我的包，包裏有我的護照銀行卡還有很多現金，時間長達三個小時，如果丟失了我的包我甚至回不了中國，感謝兩位拾金不昧的員工，這是我最幸運的一次旅行👍👍👍 Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini. Ini adalah perjalanan paling beruntung yang pernah saya alami.
