Hôtels à Bintan avec petit déjeuner

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Notre séjour à Said Beach House n'a rien d'étonnant à défaut. À partir du moment où nous sommes arrivés, le personnel a vraiment été supérieur et au-delà pour nous – non seulement faire le minimum de bar, mais faire constamment l'effort supplémentaire pour nous assurer que nous étions confortables et bien pris en charge. Leur chaleur, leur attentiveté, leur véritable hospitalité et leur pensée ont vraiment fait de l'expérience beaucoup plus spéciale, et c'est honnêtement ce qui nous est apparu le plus. Le repas était aussi super et toujours préparé à temps ... tout était sans soudure et bien organisé tout au long de notre séjour! La villa elle-même était très confortable, bien entretenue et exceptionnellement propre. C'était un endroit confortable pour revenir après un long jour d'activités. Juste un petit conseil: gardez fermées les portes pour empêcher les insectes ou les moustiques d'entrer. Parce que Sadi Beach House est certainement un endroit où vous vous sentirez très lié à la nature. Vous pouvez occasionnellement rencontrer des insectes ou des lizards (ou même des chats!), mais il fait vraiment des annonces à l'expérience globale plutôt que de le retirer – c'est tout le charme. La location était parfaite pour nous, mais les équipements comme les minimates peuvent être un peu plus loin, mais cela signifie que la zone était incroyablement calme et pacifique, surtout la nuit. C'est le lieu idéal si vous cherchez à vous détendre et à prendre une pause du bruit et du rythme de la vie de la ville. We recently stayed here for a family getaway with our 2-year-old daughter, and I cannot praise this hotel enough. Traveling with a toddler can be unpredictable, but the team here made our stay incredibly seamless and stress-free. What We Loved: Incredible Family Hospitality: From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our little girl feel welcome. They were patient, smiling, and always greeted her warmly. Fantastic Toddler-Friendly Facilities: The amenities for young children are top-notch. Whether it was the shallow pool areas or the play spaces, everything was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. There are both in and outdoor playground Seamless Convenience: The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our requests to ensure our toddler was comfortable throughout the stay.

There are a lot of good reviews on several platforms regarding this hotel and they are justified. Now for some nitpicks - When booking I asked for a view but didn't get a room with one.. having said that, this hotel is not near the sea and the view would have been outside traffic. I also asked for an iron, which they lent me, but no ironing board. That was strange. When I called, the receptionist said to use the bed. Maybe this is normal? I didn't expect that because the hotel looks classy and well worth the value. Much of it has been renovated. When you look at small details the workmanship is adequate but not great. The people I met gave great service, always warmly and with a smile. It was a little frustrating when I asked for information and it took a while to get to an answer, perhaps due to the tendency to go around-about or maybe the language barrier. I would have given it a 10/10 because everything else was good and satisfactory. I wish they had an automated washing and dryer for guests to use, even if it's one of each.This is something as a long term guest would find useful. That doesn't factor into the final rating, though. So for now, 9/10

Nous avons trouvé ce beau lieu sur notre tour de vélo de deux jours par le père et le fils de l'Ouest de Bintan, et nous avons aimé le camp de type ferme, ample, situé entre les collines et les savannes, avec la terre rouge et les palmiers verts éternels de Bintan. La zone de réception est déjà ouverte et amicale, et vous regardez dans un monde très agréable et bienvenu. Le propriétaire a établi que c'est un centre de formation et d'apprentissage durable pour les jeunes, tout en offrant des activités magnifiques et bien intégrées pour les familles, les enfants et les groupes. Nous avons séjourné dans l'une des maisons de relâchement adjacentes à l'un des petits lacs et de relaxation, et mon 5e fils aimait chaque pouce de cela. La cuisine est très délicieusement légèrement épicée, la cafetière est italienne, le petit déjeuner offre un choix de deux menus qui vous permet de ne pas choisir mal. Yanu a été très favorable à l'ingénierie d'un kite et nous a aidé à le faire voler (même en dehors de son tour). En tant que cyclistes naturels, nous avons aimé les routes vides et petites, à travers le camp, donc nous avons même eu un moment merveilleux de faire des vélos jusqu'à la Lagoon bleue (1h). Le Bintan Ferry prend des vélos pour le transport, donc faites 6-seater cabines à Singapour. Je peux fortement recommander cet endroit pour tout plan d'évacuation de la grande ville et pour tous les fans de la nature.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Banyan Tree, nous avons apprécié la villa spacieuse et notre propre jacuzzi. La chambre était propre et nous avons apprécié le personnel qui a préparé notre chambre pour la nuit, avec les moustiquaires et les glacières. La nourriture était bonne et proposait également un bon choix. Le massage au spa était également bon. Vous pouvez demander au buggy de vous conduire n'importe où dans le complexe et dans les hôtels partenaires. Le personnel est sympathique et vous accueille toujours avec le sourire. Faites attention aux nombreux insectes, alors apportez votre insectifuge. Et nous n'avons pas de navette gratuite depuis le terminal des ferries, elle est payante. La télévision est un ancien modèle, vous ne pouvez donc pas utiliser votre téléphone pour regarder Netflix. La ligne téléphonique sera coupée pendant les jours de pluie, cependant, le service WhatsApp et la réception seront toujours joignables. Dans l'ensemble, un bon séjour si vous voulez des vacances privées et relaxantes.

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 15 minutes de la jetée et une voiture spéciale viendra vous chercher. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon. Après l'enregistrement, la réception vous donnera les coordonnées WhatsApp et sera disponible 24h/24. Inconvénients : L'hôtel est relativement ancien, il y a beaucoup de moustiques, l'hygiène est moyenne et les patients mysophobes sont très déprimés. Le lit est très dur et la literie n'est pas bonne. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur des standards hôteliers, mais c'est probablement la qualité hôtelière. Le pire c'est la restauration de l'hôtel qui est vraiment très désagréable. J'ai payé un cappuccino pour le petit-déjeuner, mais j'avais l'impression que personne ne savait préparer du café. Si vous voulez manger, vous amuser et bien vous reposer, je ne vous le recommande pas. Je suis venu parce que la chambre avait une piscine. En fait, la piscine était si petite que même un enfant ne pouvait pas y jouer. Il y a beaucoup de choix à Bintan, donc je n'y retournerai probablement pas.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

La deuxième fois que j'ai visité la belle île Bintan, et j'ai choisi l'hôtel Grand Lagoi une fois de plus. L'emplacement à droite de la baie de Lagoi vous donne un accès sans fil à une magnifique plage. Je recommande également très fortement la nourriture et la vibe à Warung Yeah! à proximité. Je ne peux que critiquer que le fruit frais est très difficile à trouver ici, et il serait une grande amélioration si la Plaza Lagoi pouvait apporter un mini-marché ou un supermarché dans la région.

Location is out in no-where. Nothing is nearby. Nothing to do. It is quite isolated from everything. U choose only if u want extreme isolation from rest of the world. U need to eat at the resort only because there is no other alternatives nearby. But the food was good and quite reasonable. For facilities, there is nothing worth mentioning. However, the villa is lavish double storied, but we only used the above storey. The asthetics is good but the upkeep is not up to the expectation. Had washbasins clogged and closet water hose leakage but was quickly resolved when I brought it to their notice. So service overall was very good.
