An amazing host and an outstanding stay! Highly recommended The host is incredibly easy to communicate with and always replies so promptly, which made our entire trip hassle-free. The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition. What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance! The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Clean and good. However, sheets were not prepared for extra guest and i had a difficult time trying to figure out the lock code to access the bag for beddings.

The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

I had to find an emergency place to stay due to snow cancellations of all flights at Shin Chitose, but once I finally stepped into this hotel room after all the chaos it felt like I was at home. It's more like a nicely furnished apartment than a hotel room. It also came with a bottle of water and amenities. 新千歳空港の雪による全便欠航で、急きょ宿泊先を探さなければならなかったのですが、すべての混乱を乗り越えてこの部屋に入った瞬間、まるで家に帰ってきたような安心感がありました。 一般的なホテルというより、きれいに家具が整ったアパートのようなお部屋です。 お水のボトルやアメニティも用意されていて、とても助かりました。

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans ce magnifique paradis 🥲🤍 C'était le meilleur séjour de notre voyage de 10 jours au Japon et nous y retournerions sans hésiter 🤍 Emplacement : dans la ville de Jozankei Onsen, à environ une heure de Sapporo. Honnêtement, si vous êtes en groupe, réservez simplement un taxi, c'était environ 80 $++ pour nous trois ! Sinon, pensez à réserver la navette Onsen à l'avance 🥹 Les environs d'Onsen ne sont pas très fréquentés, à part d'autres maisons Onsen, un petit café et d'autres petits endroits pour prendre des photos touristiques. Retour au Ryokan : c'était ma première expérience dans un de ces endroits et je suis si contente d'avoir choisi cet endroit ! Ma mère et ma sœur ont également beaucoup apprécié, en utilisant notre Onsen dans la chambre (il y en a 2 !) et aussi le Onsen commun partagé avec un extérieur face à la neige aussi ❄️☃️♨️ Service : Le personnel était extrêmement poli et efficace, voir les critiques les concernant comme étant grossiers était un peu déplacé. Ils n'étaient rien d'autre que gentils et attentionnés. C'est un endroit très calme et paisible, je comprends le besoin de tous les invités de maintenir l'atmosphère aussi. Nourriture : incroyable, l'un des meilleurs repas que j'ai pris au Japon jusqu'à présent ♥️ les photos ci-dessous parlent d'elles-mêmes 🥹 salle à manger privée pour profiter de la vue aussi 🏔️ J'ai aussi adoré les petites attentions comme les savons mikimoto, les sèche-cheveux Dyson (dans l'onsen public) et les souvenirs en baguettes 🥹 J'ai hâte de revenir ici avec mon partenaire 🤍

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's a slightly awkward distance — a bit too close for a taxi but not ideal when carrying luggage. It is also located in the opposite direction from popular attractions such as APIA and Odori Park. The room was generally clean & tidy, and the facilities were excellent, including the spa and rooftop observation area. I enjoyed the view from the higher floor. Housekeeping was also good. However, there seemed to be dust in the air, which caused frequent sneezing and a runny nose for one of my family members with allergies. One small suggestion would be to provide two complimentary bottles of water daily rather than replacing toothbrushes every day. The laundry facilities were also quite limited, with only three machines available, so waiting times could be long. A special mention goes to the FamilyMart G/F, which was very convenient. The staff there were also exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. Despite language barriers, they always made every effort to communicate and assist us with our requests. Overall, a comfortable stay with great facilities and excellent service.

Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with.

友達と5人で3泊しました。 最寄りの札幌駅からは徒歩10分ぐらいのところにあったので充分歩ける距離だと思います。 ホテル近くにコンビニやお店はないですが、駅からホテルに歩く道にコンビニや居酒屋などお店があります。 ダブルベッド二つのツインルームを予約したのですが、部屋に入るとシングルベッドも一つ置いてあったので5人で寝ることができました。 チェックイン・アウトなど少しわかりにくいところはありましたが、無人フロントのSkypeを利用してすぐにホテルの人に聞くことができたので良かったと思います。

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel de Sapporo. L'établissement m'a gentiment permis d'arriver plus tôt, ce qui a rendu mon voyage beaucoup plus agréable et serein. La décoration intérieure est magnifique et moderne, créant une atmosphère très relaxante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le système d'enregistrement automatique : simple, rapide et très pratique. Le point fort de mon séjour a sans aucun doute été l'incroyable baignoire jacuzzi. C'était l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée de découverte de la ville. En résumé, ce fut l'un de mes meilleurs séjours à Sapporo. Je le recommande vivement !
