Hôtels avec sources thermales à Sapporo

This was hands down one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Japan. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic. Waking up to the fresh air and beautiful surroundings felt truly special. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with Japanese aesthetics. The staffs are always helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.🌟👍👍

The stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The property is clean and beautifully designed, the room is spacious with a stunning view, and the service is truly 100/10. The food is delicious, and the hotel offers all-you-can-eat drinks, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day at the lounge. There is also a private hot spring available (additional 3,300 yen), as well as a complimentary shared hot spring, both of which are absolutely wonderful. I’ll come back here agian.

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

Je ne peux pas recommander cet hôtel assez – c'était l'un des points de vue de notre voyage Hokkaido! Le service de bus gratuit à la gare Sapporo et de la gare Sapporo (en deux façons) a fait tout si pratique. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour les taxis ou les transports publics après un long jour – juste sauter et relaxer. Super pensé et nous a sauvé beaucoup de malaise. La décoration est magnifiquement traditionnelle japonaise – penser élégant tatami chambres, écrans de shoja, et cette authentique ryokan vibe. La qualité de l'eau est excellente, les installations sont propres et bien entretenues, et les vues (notamment la baignoire extérieure) sont incroyables – si relaxantes après avoir exploré la zone de Sapporo ou Jozankei. L'une des meilleures expériences que j'ai eues. Le petit déjeuner buffet est un vrai traitement : les ingrédients frais Hokkaido brillent, avec des merveilleux (uni, saumon, poisson sashimi), des légumes locaux et des plats de haute qualité. Ils offrent même un service de vin chaud gratuit et de vin spécieux dans les soirées – un si joli touche! Nous avons vraiment aimé s'évanouir pendant le désir. Honnêtement, je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses. Grand valeur, ambiance authentique, onsen de haut-notch, et extras pensants. Très recommandé! 🌸♨️

無可挑剔的一次住宿體驗！行政套房有特別位置check-in，服務周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。套房環境寬敞，設施新穎齊全，可以隨意享受酒店內的溫泉和lounge（有酒精、咖啡、小食供應）。附有晚餐和早餐，菜式精美好吃，服務非常好，非常推介！

L'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge en bus à Sapporo, ce qui est très pratique. Le plus gros point fort est qu'il est très pratique de manger et de boire à l'hôtel, qui est gratuit. L'aire de repos est tellement confortable après avoir pris un bain, et il y a de nombreuses sources chaudes pour se baigner. Bref, je devrais rester un jour de plus. .

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans ce magnifique paradis 🥲🤍 C'était le meilleur séjour de notre voyage de 10 jours au Japon et nous y retournerions sans hésiter 🤍 Emplacement : dans la ville de Jozankei Onsen, à environ une heure de Sapporo. Honnêtement, si vous êtes en groupe, réservez simplement un taxi, c'était environ 80 $++ pour nous trois ! Sinon, pensez à réserver la navette Onsen à l'avance 🥹 Les environs d'Onsen ne sont pas très fréquentés, à part d'autres maisons Onsen, un petit café et d'autres petits endroits pour prendre des photos touristiques. Retour au Ryokan : c'était ma première expérience dans un de ces endroits et je suis si contente d'avoir choisi cet endroit ! Ma mère et ma sœur ont également beaucoup apprécié, en utilisant notre Onsen dans la chambre (il y en a 2 !) et aussi le Onsen commun partagé avec un extérieur face à la neige aussi ❄️☃️♨️ Service : Le personnel était extrêmement poli et efficace, voir les critiques les concernant comme étant grossiers était un peu déplacé. Ils n'étaient rien d'autre que gentils et attentionnés. C'est un endroit très calme et paisible, je comprends le besoin de tous les invités de maintenir l'atmosphère aussi. Nourriture : incroyable, l'un des meilleurs repas que j'ai pris au Japon jusqu'à présent ♥️ les photos ci-dessous parlent d'elles-mêmes 🥹 salle à manger privée pour profiter de la vue aussi 🏔️ J'ai aussi adoré les petites attentions comme les savons mikimoto, les sèche-cheveux Dyson (dans l'onsen public) et les souvenirs en baguettes 🥹 J'ai hâte de revenir ici avec mon partenaire 🤍

L'hôtel est super grand, la chambre avec tatami est confortable (rien à redire). La seule chose qui me met mal à l'aise est la propreté des onsen car c'est un immense hôtel avec beaucoup de monde qui y séjourne. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le personnel parlant anglais est un plus pour nous.

Bed is rock hard. After 4 nights, I have serious back ache, plus I'm lacking in sleep, due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. The pool facility wasn't fully open (it only does so in August). The last week in July at least opens the some of the outside area for use, but it doesn't fully open until August. They'd also made the 25m outside pool a wipeout/ninja obstacle course so, if you want to actually swim [do some lengths etc] then the only place you can do this was initially only open in August and even then it is now taken over by an obstacle. The indoor sections are open all year round. You have to pay extra to access the slides - not too crazy at 500 or 600yen depending on the day for unlimited access (you're given a wristband). Breakfast was ok. Wide variety of foods - some of which I wouldn't normally associate with breakfast, but still nice to have choices. Signage claims it gets busy after 8am. This is definitely not true - it's busy when it first opens at 7am and then slowly gets quieter over the 7~10 opening times (last entry at 9:30). Can't speak about weekends tho. Shuttle bus is busiest at the 5pm time slot. Overall, a ”resort” that claims to be 4 stars it most certainly isn't. 2 stars yes. 2.5 maybe. But the whole place just feels quite dated and far from the luxury expected from a ”4 star hotel”. Apart from the bed as I've already mentioned, the room was a good enough size but all the decor and controls were old. The Aircon control was worn and glitchy (button presses would turn it off etc) but at least it worked and made the room the temp we wanted. The lighting panel has had so many changes there are stickers on it to blank out buttons which no longer function - fair enough, but maybe spend a bit of money on a decent upgrade??? This hotel isn't cheap!

”Renovated (uneven), great onsen, convenient location” Most of the hotel’s facilities were recently renovated, so they felt new and beautiful. However, only some of the rooms had been updated. Our room was older—not too old, but slightly disappointing compared to the pretty new lobby. That said, it was clean. Our room was near several Chinese tourists who often talked in the corridor, but it was quiet at night. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included. The food was okay—good compared to other countries, but average compared to other Japanese hotels. The onsen was excellent, with multiple pools at different temperatures, including cold baths and an open-air onsen (though partially enclosed due to the hotel’s location). There was a lounge area with free soft drinks and massage chairs before entering the onsen. A table tennis area was also available, though in the basement and a bit hot, so we didn’t play. The reception spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate. There was also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby with a lounge area to relax. The hotel’s location was very convenient: close to the bus stop, with convenience stores nearby. During our summer visit, the illumination event was walkable from the hotel.
