This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.

This is our second time here since Jan. Our first stay was pleasant & we loved it. One of the purposes to visit Sapporo again is just because of this hotel but... P.s.: We always stay 6D5N, and always last minute bookings one night before but the attitude were totally different this time. When we requested for the coffee in room, and they replied ”only 2 drip coffee bags for the entire stays” (for 6 days?) *Unlike what we requested from reception/ room services in Jan (Which previously we received 2 bags a day) They also ignored our special request before booking. Others than location wise, we were quite disappointed with their service and attitude this time🥲

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Great location convenient to go to Sapporo Station and even walk to Odori, afew convenience stores nearby. Check in was smooth, staffs were nice and friendly, able to store luggage before check in and after check out. This room i booked is spacious enough to open up 2 big luggages and still have enough space to walk. Amenities were great, even have a full skincare set, brand of the skincare and soaps used were DHC, first time use hotel shampoo and conditioner that made my hair so smooth dont even need hair oil 🤣

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

The hot springs and buffet are good! Price is very affordable too.. a place where I will come back again to spend a night or two at this onsen town to relax and chill.. winter vibe is great..

La station JR a un transfert gratuit de bus à la gare, 1300 heures de service, 1345 à l'hôtel, le personnel m'a demandé un CI précocement, la vérité est bonne, il y a un parc d'eau, de grandes installations chaudes, le buffet est bon matin et soir, bien que le style soit trop élégant, mais le niveau de nourriture est stable, la neige chatère est vraiment bon! Il y a un groupe japonais, un groupe de Hong Kong, un groupe de Taiwan, un groupe de écoles japonaises, bien qu'il y ait beaucoup de personnes, mais l'hôtel est vaste et le repas buffet est rapide demain et demain. L'hôtel a un sens historique, mais il est bien entretenu dans tous les aspects. Le climat froid le plus traditionnel est prévu pour 25 degrés. La fenêtre ne peut pas être ouverte, et le climat de la maison est chaud ⋯

La location est extrêmement bonne - nous avons pris un bus à l'aéroport de Chitose et a l'air ambiant à l'hôtel Monterey, qui est 3-5 min à pied à New Otani Inn; il est également une courte promenade à la tour de télévision, la tour de montre, le parc Odori (tous dans 5-10 min). La propreté est bonne partout au Japon, je suppose haha. Leur personnel peut parler un peu d'anglais et ils ont utilisé la traduction pour s'assurer qu'ils nous comprennent correctement, l'effort est 100% ici. La taille de la chambre est petite et confortable mais le séjour est confortable dans l'ensemble~
