Hôtels 4 étoiles à Sapporo

Certains membres du personnel sont très sympathiques, tandis que d'autres sont inexpressifs et peu enclins à travailler. Si le 7-Eleven et les bains publics étaient pratiques, l'emplacement, loin de Sapporo et du parc Odori, compliquait un peu les choses. Il y avait des punaises sur les lits, ce qui était un peu décevant pour la propreté. Les bains publics et le 7-Eleven étaient très pratiques, et j'aimerais y retourner, mais l'emplacement était un peu excentré du centre-ville, ce qui compliquait un peu les choses. La gare de Sapporo était loin à pied, ce qui rendait le transport de mes bagages difficile. Le hall était magnifique et élégant, mais les chambres étaient moyennes. Le prix étant assez élevé, j'ai hésité à comparer avec d'autres hôtels. Ils ne proposaient qu'un ou deux services, ce qui était peu pratique.

Booked before 1-wk of the trip so only 1-bed room is available however still big enough just not much space for baggage placing esp large size. Location is excellent it is close to the JR station. One more, provided foot massage machine and facial equipment 👍🏻

We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and another for our daughter. Although the rooms were compact, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy. My daughter especially enjoyed wearing the hotel-provided pajamas (see photo). We also appreciated the convenient water refill station located on the same floor, close to our rooms. The hotel’s location was excellent, with the train station within easy walking distance. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient, as the airport bus stop was located just downstairs from the hotel.

À manger et à la fête · Petit déjeuner : une riche sélection qui assure un début satisfaisant au jour. · Facilités d'Onsen : L'hôtel offre des services de printemps chauds (pas connus cette fois). ⛄ Experience de voyage · Avec la position privilégiée de l'hôtel, nous avons facilement visité l'arbre de Noël de dori Park et joué dans la neige. · L'arcade de shopping sous-sol proche a été construite pour un itinéraire compact et rempli de shopping et de vues. Dans l'ensemble, il est bon pour nous, et il revient certainement.

無可挑剔的一次住宿體驗！行政套房有特別位置check-in，服務周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。套房環境寬敞，設施新穎齊全，可以隨意享受酒店內的溫泉和lounge（有酒精、咖啡、小食供應）。附有晚餐和早餐，菜式精美好吃，服務非常好，非常推介！

The hotel is only 5 mins walk away from Sapporo Station North Exit, which is super strategic if you want to travel across using that station. The room has amazing duffy blanket and memory foam pillow. They have a self check in and check out machine whic make the processes easier.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it very easy to get around, especially with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo.

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

We stayed for 2 nights, and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Susukino and 5 mins walk to 狸小路 with many convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staff helped us to check in with the check in machine and the process was fast. We like the beds and room size, and the free flow of Haskap juice throughout afternoon and evening. The drawbacks are the front desk staff have limited English and didn’t understand our request to have a cleanup in our room as we were sleeping late and missed morning cleanup. The nearest airport shuttle bus stop across from hotel abest Sapporo is 4 blocks away and we have to take a taxi around 950yen with luggages to get there in the slushy snow. There are many Thai tourists in both evenings when we went back to hotel so the hotel is quite popular and crowded. Nevertheless the hotel was able to give us a high floor room away from elevators per our request and we had a quiet room which we appreciate a lot. Will definitely consider staying again given the hotel room is a good price!

L'hôtel est super grand, la chambre avec tatami est confortable (rien à redire). La seule chose qui me met mal à l'aise est la propreté des onsen car c'est un immense hôtel avec beaucoup de monde qui y séjourne. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le personnel parlant anglais est un plus pour nous.
