Hôtels 4 étoiles à Sapporo

Étonnamment bon ! Cet hôtel n'a pas été récemment ouvert depuis longtemps, et les installations et les chambres sont très neuves ! L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Sapporo. Ce n'est pas trop proche mais les conditions routières sont bonnes et ce n'est pas trop difficile de marcher dans l'ensemble. Le personnel de service est très professionnel et enthousiaste, et du personnel de service parlant chinois est disponible. Il y a des machines à glaçons à chaque étage, ce qui est très pratique pour les amateurs de boissons fraîches comme moi. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand bain public que vous pouvez utiliser. La ville de Sapporo est vraiment magnifique. Voici quelques photos de l'hôtel et de ses environs pour référence.

This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent une vue magnifique. Un comptoir dédié au poulet est également à disposition. Au 16e étage, un salon gratuit propose boissons, café, vins rouge et blanc, saké, bière, noix et en-cas. Les plats japonais et français, servis avec des baguettes, étaient excellents, et le service impeccable.

Good location as the hotel sit at the town area. However there will be no daily housekeeping provided, we need to put all rubbish and towel to be changed outside the bedroom and the staff will replenish the same to us and we can collect it when back to hote

Nicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.  Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe  staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food! I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.  I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service. We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. With this in mind, we wanted to gently share both our concern and our gratitude, and we would appreciate a brief reply so we can feel more at ease for the rest of our stay. I had a very pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it very easy to get around, especially with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo.

J'adore cet hôtel ! 😍 Il possède un hall d'entrée magnifique, un délicieux buffet pour le petit-déjeuner, des chambres propres et spacieuses, et un emplacement idéal. Il y a aussi un petit parc à l'extérieur où l'on peut jouer et profiter d'activités hivernales. Je recommande vivement le Sapporo Excel Hotel, tout y est parfait ! 👍 👍

Pretty much happy staying in this hotel. Buffet food for dinner and breakfast already worth the price. Plus they have onsen whether indoor and open air in the ground oor. And the top floor onsen. The view is amazing, I got to see a river and forest cover by snow while having breakfast. 100/10
