Nous avons séjourné trois nuits ici, une famille de trois, et nous sommes très impressionnés par la situation confortable, l'environnement confortable et les services excellents fournis par un personnel ami et professionnel. La piscine, le gym et le petit déjeuner sont tous superbes qui vous donnent un sentiment de resort dans le centre de la ville. En tout cas, le séjour dans cet hôtel vaut tout le pénis que vous avez dépensé.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

On arrival we were greeted with a very well dressed doorman and bling doors (great start after a long journey) As it was nighttime we did not have much food or drink options open nearby. We had to search around for a 7 eleven. Suggest that reception should have a list/map of area. Rooms and amenities are awesome with lots of little extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. I was worried about the noise of the metro outside the hotel after watching a recent review on Youtube. Not an issue at all. Could only hear the odd beefed up TukTuk going past. Bed was comfortable and slept like a baby. Try out the local canal boats (1 min walk behind the hotel). You can also grab some delicious Thai food here. For a bit of fun and some great entertainment pop into the Rock bar, which is across the metro overpass. They also do great G&T's. Take the metro when you can as experiences with Taxi's in Bangkok were awful

Je vais toujours dans cet hôtel quand je vais à Bangkok. Les salles de bains sont très grandes et belles😍😍😍! Il y a une grande piscine, la salle de gym est grande, et il y a aussi un Sanwen Sangchi! Le service du personnel est aussi très bien. Tout le monde est très gentil👍👍👍👍! La nourriture pour le petit déjeuner est également bonne! Il est également proche de NBk et BTS. C'est très pratique d'y aller. C'est un bel hôtel!

L'hôtel est confortable et confortable et dispose d'une vue agréable sur la ville au bar et au restaurant 50+. Allez au 7e étage, entrez au supermarché Tops et cherchez une porte pour parker et passer à une autre porte pour accéder à l'ascenseur de l'hôtel au lobby au 23e étage. En dehors du centre-ville, vous pouvez aller au sol et chercher l'entrée de l'hôtel au fond du centre-ville pour prendre un ascenseur jusqu'au 23ème étage de l'hôtel. Excellent central location if you don't plan to go outside of hotel & Central World mall (which has so many food options & shops & departmental store) much, as it's quite a walk to go down through the huge mall & walk to Chit Lom BTS station. Vous pouvez aller à la station de BTS de Siam et à la station de BTS de Siam Paragon et à la station de Platinum Mall.

Très satisfait de la suite exécutive. L'emplacement est bon. Il faut dix minutes à pied pour rejoindre Paragon et 20 minutes pour rejoindre le sanctuaire d'Erawan. Pour vous rendre au sanctuaire d'Erawan, vous pouvez prendre le bus tuk-tuk de l'hôtel. Voir la figure 1 pour l'heure de réservation. Le petit déjeuner est un peu petit, mais il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et la nourriture est plutôt bonne. La salle de sport n'est pas ouverte 24h/24, ce qui est dommage. Les chambres donnant sur la route surélevée sont effectivement un peu bruyantes et l'isolation phonique est un peu mauvaise. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Every time I travel to Bangkok I stay here. The price is good for a decent sized clean room. Its walking distance fron the airport rail! So its always fast and easy to get there for when im tired after a long flight.

J'ai séjourné à Sindhorn Kempinski pour le anniversaire de la fille et de notre anniversaire. Lorsque j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel, Check in a été fait par Lady en rouge - Khun Nicky. J'ai reçu un check-in précoce/três check-out et une mise à niveau de chambre double de la GHA Titanium benefit. La chambre de club est très grande, à environ 80 m2 et très fantastique, propre. À cause d'une occasion spéciale, ils ont mis des gâteau, carte et rose dans la chambre. Tous les membres du personnel étaient très utiles, amicaux et polis. La nourriture à Flourish était très délicieuse.

Tout était parfait magnifique, une belle décoration dès que nous rentrons. Le petit déjeuner grandiose et en plus il y a des barquettes à remplir pour notre journée. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, merci au portier qui a le sourire, qui nous cherche un taxi. Un grand merci à Jerimie un jeune belge qui est là tous les matins au petit déjeuner. Un grand merci au directeur quand nous le croisons a toujours un petit mot gentil, ne fait pas de distinction de personnes. A la réception très bien reçu avec le sourire. La chambre très belle propre et d’une modernisation jusqu’au WC. Cet hôtel mérite un 6 étoiles si nous pouvions noter. Pour le linge vous le déposer avant 8h et vous le récupérer à 16h. Je serais bien resté mais fallait rentrer en France. Bravo au directeur, Jérémie, la réception, le ménage….

Le changement de bouteille d'eau plastique est-il peut-être meilleur que la fourniture de la bouteille d'eau en verre ? Comme on l'a signalé, il y a du verre craqué/fracturé qui est remarqué lors de l'ouverture de la bouteille de verre. La craque de verre n'est pas visible à première vue, mais elle a été sentie pendant que j'ai bu du verre.

L'hôtel est situé à 3 minutes de la station d'échange BTS, et au cœur des centres commerciaux et de la bonne nourriture. L'hôtel est à la recherche de son âge mais il est adéquat pour ceux qui ne veulent pas passer beaucoup de temps dans la chambre d'hôtel. L'arrivée à l'aéroport et de l'aéroport était très pratique en utilisant l'aéroport express et BTS et nous n'étions pas hôtes aux jams de Bangkok.

This is a pretty lovely place to come stay as tourist for a couple of days. Its many attractive features include: (1) location. Less than two minutes’ walk from national stadium BTS. Note that if you come with older folks, there is a lift - look carefully. (2). Room. We stayed in the residence which is around the corner (note - you still have to check in at the hotel, not at the actual residence cos there’s no one manning the station there). They will send you with your luggage there on a buggy. All rooms are suites with balconies (good for drying clothes!) and come with a washing machine/dryer (with powder provided), kitchenette (with a new wash cloth and detergent provided), electric stove, microwave. Four bottles of water are provided daily! Aircon is strong. Wi-Fi is strong. (3). Breakfast (at the hotel). It’s an ala carte buffet in addition to a decent spread of items. Service is fast! (4). Massage. I’m not referring to the hotel spa, but the little shop across the hotel. Reasonable prices, so if you don’t want to venture far, just come here. Above all, your stay likely won’t burn a big hole in your pocket!! This is not the kind of place that will blow you away from awe or spectacle. If you intend to spend a significant amount of time outside your room, plus you want to save some extra money for expenditures, yet you want to enjoy a medium level of luxury and comfort, then this is one of my top recommendations in BKK (I visit BKK yearly, sometimes twice).

L'hôtel est à côté de la station BTS du stade, très pratique pour se déplacer. Chambre à bon prix Mais la taille de la chambre est un peu trop petite Surtout la salle de bain est vraiment étroite, le lit est doux et confortable pour dormir, mais il devrait y avoir des oreillers supplémentaires dans la chambre pour les clients qui ont des oreillers hauts Parce que les oreillers sont tellement doux qu'ils s'aplatissent jusqu'au lit

Je suis resté quatre jours à Bangkok. J'ai fait un choix judicieux. L'emplacement est toujours le premier. Il faut 50 minutes pour arriver à l'hôtel depuis le tramway de l'aéroport et 30 minutes pour rentrer chez soi en taxi. Il y a des centres commerciaux tout autour. J'en ai visité six en quatre jours. C'est pratique pour manger, faire du shopping et se faire masser. Le côté est est le plus haut de gamme, et le côté opposé est similaire à Lao Xiu Shui. Après négociation, c'est moins cher que Chiang Mai. L'hygiène de l'hôtel est défectueuse et les draps ont des cheveux. Je pense que les deux étaient tranquillement dans la pièce voisine. On leur a dit de 12 heures à 14 heures, puis ils sont revenus du dîner à 4 heures. Plus tard, ils n'ont pas pu nous informer de la proximité et se sont retrouvés à côté de l'ascenseur. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Même si elle a l'air bien sans nager, le petit déjeuner est correct et la plupart des gens seront satisfaits.

Nous avons été accueillis à l'hôtel et nous avons été déplacés à la partie résidentielle de la propriété. La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était en face de la piscine en construction et c'était très bruyant. Nous avons demandé de nous déplacer et la chambre suivante était beaucoup plus agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres avec une belle cuisine et un endroit assis. L'hôtel est très proche du centre-ville. Le personnel était très agréable et utile. Cependant, nous avons réservé un chauffeur au Floating Market par l'hôtel et ont été abandonnés dans un lieu de location de bateaux, devaient payer B2000.00 pour une heure de voyage en bateau. (pas de négociations) Lorsque nous avons demandé de nous retirer du marché lui-même, notre chauffeur nous a dit qu'il ne pouvait pas le faire parce qu'il n'était pas un guide.

Stayed here for 4 nights during Songkran week. The hotel is basically beside the National Stadium train station, so it's very much accessible. It's walking distance to malls like MBK, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, Siam Discovery. Room is clean. Shared shower/toilet is well maintained despite some people being too messy when taking a shower and getting the floor wet. The hotel has an open setup, so the corridors are exposed to open air, so you get some airflow (despite the Bangkok heat), although that also exposes the rooms to a lot of the noise pollution since the front is a main road and a train station. They have a theater room if you want to watch a movie, and they also have co-working spaces that you can use if you need to work. Breakfast is simple, offered by the TokioJo Restaurant. You only have 3 options to choose from, so I basically got to taste all 3 during my stay. But you can also order for lunch/snacks/dinner and even some drinks if you want to chill. Staff are great, they allowed me to check in when I arrived at 11am BKK time, and they also answered all my inquiries. TokioJo staff was also very accommodating when I had my meals there. For housekeeping, I didn't have my room cleaned during my stay, but I could say they cleaned the shared toilet/shower well on a daily basis. I think if there's a criticism that I could share, I wish the hotel had a lift. My room was at the 4th floor (topmost), and after a whole day of walking, the last thing I would like to do is put more strain on my knees and climb the stairs up to the room. I have a bad knee and after walking the whole day to join the water festival activities, my legs were really painful. Let me tell you, it became a struggle to come up to my room, to the point that I would not want to go down after I have already reached my room. So take note of this point if you plan to book this hotel. To be honest, I probably would think twice booking the hotel if I knew beforehand that they didn't have a lift, only because I had a knee problem. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport, take the Red line to Bang Sue Grand, switch to Blue line to Silom station, switch to Sala Daeng station in the Sky Train (green line) and go to the National Stadium.

Il y a une piscine et un petit gym qui sont magnifiques. Il y a aussi une salle de réunion Plus : - Cleaning est bon, n'a pas eu de problème que - Hôtel personnel était bon et communique - Le petit déjeuner, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix mais pour le prix il n'était pas mauvais - La piscine est également nettoyée quotidiennement qui est bon - Il est proche de plusieurs centres commerciaux qui est très bon - Ils ont donné l'ombre si vous le demandez, c'est très beau quand il pleut dehors (il arrive parfois) ! Minus: - Le problème n'était pas l'hôtel mais en dehors, très sale, il y a des cochons sur les routes, donc je n'aime pas l'emplacement même si c'est à 3 minutes à pied des centres commerciaux. Donc, à la fin, je peux vous dire que vous pouvez rester ici et surtout pour un voyage d'affaires.
