Cet hôtel n'a pas été récemment ouvert depuis longtemps, et les installations et les chambres sont très neuves !
L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Sapporo. Ce n'est pas trop proche mais les conditions routières sont bonnes et ce n'est pas trop difficile de marcher dans l'ensemble.
Le personnel de service est très professionnel et enthousiaste, et du personnel de service parlant chinois est disponible. Il y a des machines à glaçons à chaque étage, ce qui est très pratique pour les amateurs de boissons fraîches comme moi.
L'hôtel dispose d'un grand bain public que vous pouvez utiliser.
La ville de Sapporo est vraiment magnifique. Voici quelques photos de l'hôtel et de ses environs pour référence.

Rooms are good sized! New, clean, extremely comfortable. The room even has a LD player with tons of music options - a nice touch
The laundry room was also very easy to operate
Best part is the lounge on 18F where you can enjoy the city view with free flow drinks and the SPA room - make sure you get the room with the lounge access, it's worth it

Our family stayed at Hotel Sosei Sapporo – MGallery Collection for 2 nights, booking 3 rooms, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from the doormen to the front desk — greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The service here truly stands out.
A very special shout-out to Naveen, who went above and beyond when I accidentally left my phone in an Uber. He took the time to communicate with Uber customer service in Japanese for nearly 20 minutes to help locate my phone. His patience, dedication, and kindness made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful.
The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was excellent — great variety and quality that the whole family enjoyed.
We had a wonderful stay and felt completely taken care of throughout.
Highly recommended, and we would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Sapporo!

IInvitéThe hotel room is much larger than a typical hotel room in Japan, making it very convenient for packing and organising luggage. The service and hospitality are truly at a five-star level. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us with booking a taxi to the airport.
The only minor drawback is that the hotel is not directly within the Tanukikoji (狸小路) shopping street area. It takes about an 8-minute walk, either through Pole Town (Exit 8 is right in front of the hotel) or by walking outdoors. That said, the hotel is only a 3-minute walk to the TV Tower and Odori Park, and it is very close to public transportation.

AAmi0518L'hôtel dispose d'un service de prise en charge en bus à Sapporo, ce qui est très pratique. Le plus gros point fort est qu'il est très pratique de manger et de boire à l'hôtel, qui est gratuit. L'aire de repos est tellement confortable après avoir pris un bain, et il y a de nombreuses sources chaudes pour se baigner. Bref, je devrais rester un jour de plus. .

UUtilisateur anonymeSituation confortable à quelques pas du marché Nijo et Tanukikoji. Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Les équipements tels que la brosse dentaire, les masques de peau et les masques faciaux sont laissés à proximité du contrôleur pour un accès facile. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour ouvrir deux bagages.

NNG CHEAU CHENGI stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

BBeautiful day to travelI had a wonderful stay at Granbell Sapporo Hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and towels were always very clean and fresh. It really made each night’s rest feel so good, especially after a full day of exploring Sapporo.
The hotel itself feels new, modern, and very well maintained. Combined with its convenient location near Sapporo Station, shops, food options, and attractions, it’s an easy choice for travellers.
I genuinely enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Sapporo.

IInvitéThe location of the hotel is within manageable walking distance from Sapporo train station. As we only stayed for a night instead of two due to unforeseen train suspension, ww didn’t have the time to explore the facilities. For checking in, the staff did take some time to search for my reservation as we did not check in earlier but the staff managed to search after we explained our situation. We had a good rest as the bed and pillow were comfortable. It would be better if the hotel provides some coffee (please note this hotel has only green tea) and body lotion are available.
