We had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the restaurants was warm, professional, and consistently thoughtful. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, visiting twice a day and keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail throughout. We’re so grateful for the hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future.

Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit mais la chambre était propre, le lit était confortable, le service était excellent, la nourriture était délicieuse. J'aime le fait que nous puissions marcher jusqu'à l'opéra car il était très proche de l'hôtel. Le niveau de sécurité était élevé. Une chose que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est que lorsque je prenais mon petit-déjeuner, l'odeur de la nourriture était très forte et restait collée à mes vêtements toute la journée. Il devrait y avoir une ventilation pour la cuisine.

L'hôtel est très rentable. Le service est également très bon. L'emplacement est excellent. La chambre est grande. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Il y a une piscine à l'extérieur. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement et elles sont gratuites. J'envisagerai de rester ici la prochaine fois.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city. The hotel has a charming 90s vibe—classic, warm, and nostalgic in the best way. Despite its vintage character, everything is impressively clean and well maintained. The location is another big plus: right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk or a relaxing sunset. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After long hours on the road, that level of hospitality really stands out. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay, and a great base for touring around Muscat.

Mon séjour à l'IntercityHotel Bawshar a été absolument merveilleux – on s'y sentait comme un petit chez-soi loin de la maison. L'emplacement était parfait, avec de nombreux sites touristiques majeurs à quelques minutes seulement, ce qui rendait l'exploration de la région facile et sans stress. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est la chaleur et la gentillesse du personnel. Dès mon arrivée, l'équipe de la réception m'a accueilli(e) avec de sincères sourires, le personnel de sécurité m'a fait me sentir en sécurité, et le service de ménage s'occupait discrètement de tout pour que ma chambre soit toujours impeccable. Dîner au Gourmet House a été un vrai régal – la nourriture était fraîche et délicieuse, et le personnel du restaurant m'a toujours fait me sentir le/la bienvenu(e), comme si j'étais un(e) invité(e) de marque plutôt qu'un(e) simple client(e). Après de longues journées de visites, se détendre au bord de la piscine propre et rafraîchissante ou faire un tour à la salle de sport était la façon parfaite de se ressourcer. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'IntercityHotel Bawshar a été à la fois reposant et agréable. Je le recommanderais volontiers à quiconque recherche un endroit convivial où séjourner, avec d'excellentes installations et une atmosphère chaleureuse.

Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est fourni, y compris le Wi-Fi, une bouilloire, un sèche-cheveux et des chaussons. Il y a deux restaurants, un magasin de jus de fruits et une supérette juste en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique. Passer à un deux chambres ? Il l'a fait.

Simply amazing! We loved every second of our stay at The Chedi! The staff was really, really friendly and attentive and we felt 100% welcome and seen. The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)
