Bon hôtel avec un bon emplacement. Le personnel est horrible. La personne qui nous a accueillis nous a mis en espèces uniquement sans nous demander si nous souhaitions mettre une caution afin que nous puissions facturer les services aux chambres. Nous l'avons découvert lorsque nous sommes allés à la piscine sans le portefeuille et avons essayé de payer. Embarrassant. J'ai demandé le service de chambre, je suis arrivé au bout de 40 minutes. Le serveur a oublié d'apporter du citron vert avec la commande. Lui rappelant seulement de ne jamais revenir. Au petit-déjeuner, le personnel mange et boit ouvertement dans ces stations. Ils vous donnent également des impressions de code QR à TripAdvisor indiquant si vous êtes satisfait, évaluez-moi sur le site.

Wow, cet hôtel est incroyable ! Je suis resté quelques jours et j'ai vraiment ressenti le service et le traitement cinq étoiles. Tout d'abord, l'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon, la chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse et le lit est confortable, m'offrant un environnement de sommeil très confortable. 1L'attitude du service est très bonne ! De la réception au service de chambre, tout le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant, me faisant me sentir chez moi et vraiment prévenant. 2 Les installations sont bien équipées et le petit-déjeuner est également très copieux et délicieux, avec une variété de saveurs au choix, ce qui me rend heureux et satisfait chaque jour. 3. Le transport est pratique, très proche du centre-ville et des sites pittoresques, et il est très pratique de voyager. Dans l’ensemble, cet hôtel est l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels j’ai jamais séjourné et je le recommande vivement à tout le monde ! 😄👍

L'hôtel est excellent. Un peu fatigué, le matelas est à changer. Tout le reste est super. Petits déjeuners - vaste choix. Jus fraîchement pressés, saumon, saucisses, beaucoup de plats chauds, œufs cuisinés de différentes manières, selon vos envies. Beaucoup de fruits. Quand c'est terminé, ils mettent à jour, pas toujours immédiatement, mais ils mettent à jour. Emplacement - il n'y a rien à proximité qui mérite l'attention. Mais un taxi est peu coûteux, il faut 5 à 10 minutes pour se rendre dans le quartier de Matrah, pratiquement toute la vie est là. Le personnel est incroyable. Ils vous aideront et vous conseilleront. Toutes mes demandes ont été satisfaites du premier coup. Merci.

Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

Excellent location, many restaurants Shisha bar nearby, also is in the middle of everything. To all attraction everything is within 30 minutes taxi including airport. If you want to do boat trip or see activity, maybe it’s better to leave closer to the port. Before us the extra 20 minutes on a taxi is not a problem. Very clean, very spacious, providing quiet luxury vibe. Breakfast is a little bit smaller selection than I expected, but the food quantity is good. The room is very spacious and comfortable layout, the best bed I’ve ever slept on in any luxury hotel. Only problem I had was in the room, they might need to do some quality checks, a lot of appliances does not work, for example the steamer didn’t Work, need the time to change it, also scale doesn’t work, it doesn’t read a matter for me but everything adds up just a small little disappointment. On the first night, there’s some really loud noises from the air-conditioning throughout the whole night, raise this in the morning, second day afternoon already fixed it. It was a quick fixing, but I would have expected the room wouldn’t have such noises when I check in. The spa is amazing!! highly recommended to do at least two hours treatment, this is definitely one of the best spa experience in any hotel. Servicing overall is very good, specially the room cleaning stuff super friendly, the ladies in the spa also very nice, everyone on the servicing are super friendly, helpful. Just a front desk reception with a little bit of colder attitude. Facility wise is enough, good size pool not the biggest but is enough. Unlike most of the luxury hotel,This MO hasn’t got their own private beach, it’s a beachfront property, however they have a small sessions on the beach with hotels own beach chair for the guest. Is not a usual larger luxury resort, only 150 rooms, I will say the facility is okay but I would expect a little bit more. Also, there is no information to pre-book any activities or any special activities going on in the hotel unless you ask. Pool size service m may be need a little bit of improvement. The stuff is very nice to lay down the towel the moment you reached the pool or the beach area. But this level of hotel should automatically bring some water, ice bucket, or sunscreen available to the seat. They are sunscreen only laying around at certain spot and you need to stand and use it. Overall experience has been amazing, also it is top three best and luxurious hotel in muscat. But for this price everyone will expect a little bit more. I’d definitely rate 8.5/10 of the 3 days stay here.

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

C'est ma deuxième visite à Mascate et le choix de l'hôtel s'est fait sous l'impression de la piscine, longue de plus de 100m. La piscine est vraiment magnifique ! Comme le mois d'août est la basse saison, il n'y a pas beaucoup de clients à l'hôtel et vous pouvez nager seul dans la piscine, comme si c'était votre propre piscine privée ! En fait, il y a jusqu'à 3 piscines, vous pouvez donc choisir celle qui correspond à vos goûts. Peut-être que naviguer dans le golfe d’Oman ne m’a pas fait beaucoup d’impression. Disons simplement qu’il y a de meilleures mers. Mais, d'un autre côté, le pourcentage de vacanciers qui veulent nager dans la mer est toujours si faible que la plupart ont juste besoin d'y aller, de sauter dans les vagues et de sortir. En termes de plaisir de la plage, l'expérience ici est 100% positive. Le service sur la plage est excellent ! Ils apportent constamment de l'eau glacée avec du citron et de la menthe, proposent des serviettes rafraîchissantes et vous offrent des fruits. L'hôtel est conçu dans un style arabe traditionnel et répond pleinement à l'idée de vacances luxueuses. La palette sombre des intérieurs met en valeur l'architecture et donne un sentiment de sophistication. Pour les clients réservant des villas, la ligne de bain Amouage est disponible. Les chambres les plus simples s'appellent Acqua di Parma, ce qui n'est pas mal non plus ! Quant à la nourriture, à mon avis elle est ordinaire, sans fioritures. J'ai certainement apprécié le plaisir esthétique de séjourner dans ce bel endroit, mais l'hôtel ne m'a laissé aucune impression gastronomique. En même temps, il n’y a aucune plainte concernant le service. Tous ceux avec qui j'ai eu affaire - le personnel de la réception, le personnel de la plage, les serveurs - étaient exceptionnellement sympathiques et serviables !

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..
