IInvitéYou know what you are getting with a holiday inn and yet I was very impressed with this one. Almost business traveller standards with good pillows, good shampoo / body wash, and a great breakfast. All in all this hotel exceed my expectations.
This was just a passing visit on my way to Malapascua, but if I needed to do a transit night in cebu again this would definitely be my go to.

CCHIA YUL'environnement est agréable et beau avec une plage privée. La chambre n'est pas grande. L'emplacement est assez éloigné et loin de la ville. Le seul inconvénient est que lors de notre enregistrement, le personnel du comptoir nous a dit que nous pouvions prolonger l'heure de départ en fonction de l'état de la chambre. Cependant, le personnel du comptoir nous a dit le lendemain que nous devions payer un supplément. De plus, l'heure de départ était initialement fixée à 12 heures, mais avant 12 heures, notre carte de chambre n'était pas valide et nous n'avons pas pu entrer. Nous avons été choqués d'être bloqués dehors. Nous avons dû demander au personnel de service de venir nous ouvrir la porte.

BBeverly J. BeverleyWe love Nustar so much! This is probably our 5th time here! Stayed here from Nov 5 to 7 as it’s Mine and my bros bday and it was after Typhoon Tino. As always they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful and gave me a piece of cake and fruit bowl but this time I ask for a happy birthday note on the monitor for background pic for me & entire family as celebration but they keep telling me they will send someone up but no one really came from the IT department . I did expect a happy birthday greeting on the monitor it would have been very special, but I understand as maybe they are so busy and under staff because of the typhoon and instead of 2 pm check and we were able to check in very late like 5:30 pm because they’re probably under staffs but all of these did not ruin our overall stay as new star staffs are all very welcoming. We had birthday dinner in the good luck hotpot which is just inside Nustar as well. Thank you Nustar for being very welcoming , friendly and hand on chest when Greeting guest is such a Nustar trademark  please trade me a guest feel welcome and at home

GGordonThis is a hidden gem and we highly recommend this resort!
Pros:
- It is next to a coral reef and they provide free snorkeling equipment in great condition to use! This is the best reason to stay here, all the snorkeling you want for free and without the need to travel!
- Very cozy environment with about 8 rooms only? You will have lunch and dinner with the same groups of people.
- Food is delicious, slightly expensive but reasonable. From my short experience, the specials of the night tend to be nicer than the normal menu items, but they are all good regardless.
- I love the resort arranged tour. We took a whale shark + secret waterfall tour, and the guide, Alex, was great. It was a personal tour (2 of us) and we had to leave at 4am (we were slightly late and left around 405-410am), and when we reached the whale shark place, it was already quite crowded and we got a queue number of 52 - still pretty good. After taking the queue number, there are a bunch of shops to shop around, but we stupidly forgot to bring any cash, and Alex was kind enough to lend us money for breakfast and souvenirs. He even helped us bargain with the street peddlers when they tried to overcharge us. When swimming with the majestic whale sharks, he used his go-pro to help us take photos and videos, so we just need to enjoy ourselves and pose. Personally, I think the whale shark experience is pretty basic, not well organized and too crowded, but Alex made the experience unforgettable with his personal touches and help.
Cons:
- The worst part is getting there. It took us 5.5 hours to get here from Mactan-Cebu Airport using the private transfer when we arrived around 1230pm Saturday. There was jam to get out of the airport, jam in Cebu city and road works all along the road to Granada. When we returned to the airport in Monday morning 4am, the trip took about 3 hours.
- The massage is in a room with a nice sea view, but the massage was very gentle and I prefer something stronger to sooth the body aches (from sitting in the car for over 5 hours). So I guess this is up to personal preferences.
- The snorkeling was great, but it could be a bit intimidating when it's just the 2 of us snorkeling unsupervised in a large open sea. We did not face any danger, but also did not dare to venture too far and for too long as we city folks are worried about snakes and jellyfishes. We do see fishes jumping out of the sea in the distance, and this could be a sign of predators nearby.
- Adults only. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would love to bring our kids here in the future and spend more time here. However, with their adults only policy, we won't be able to do that.

IInvitéL'hôtel dispose d'un environnement de premier ordre et de beaux jardins. Les deux piscines et la plage privée suffisent pour se détendre quelques jours sans quitter l'hôtel. La plage dispose d'équipements de purification de l'eau donc elle est relativement claire. Le rivage et l'expérience d'alimentation des poissons sont très bonnes. Chaque membre du personnel L'attitude était très bonne et courtoise. Le personnel de la plage a pris l'initiative de fournir des serviettes, des fruits et des jouets de sable. Le petit-déjeuner était assez varié. manquait un peu. C'était dans le vieux style Shangri-La. Dans l'ensemble, c'était très approprié pour des vacances en famille.

NNaokiJ'ai été très satisfait non seulement de la propreté des installations, mais également de la haute qualité du service. L'emplacement est un peu loin de la ville de Cebu, mais c'est à environ 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport, donc je pense que c'est parfait pour un séjour relaxant à l'hôtel à la fin de votre voyage. Il est également bon de pouvoir profiter des activités maritimes en réservant le jour même. Je reviendrai.

MMrs. ShonUne si belle station !!! Je n'ai pas eu l'enregistrement le plus accueillant, mais Ralph a enregistré mon ami et il a immédiatement eu une chambre. Nous sommes passés à Ralph et il a tout remis rapidement et il y avait de la place pour nous également. Il est tellement compétent, approche et très chaleureux envers le client. Mis à part l'enregistrement, le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreuses options, bars à cocktails / happy hours du lundi au jeudi, une bonne affaire !! J'ai adoré le Salt and Sky Bar sur le toit, la vue sur le coucher du soleil est incroyable. Paddle board, kayak et les 8 piscines différentes que nous avons testées. Vous voulez un menu de grillades incroyable, et le serveur apportera également votre cocktail à la plage. Le personnel amical a rendu le voyage si agréable et les autres invités, principalement coréens, sont très sympathiques et gentils. J'ai passé le meilleur Noël dans ce complexe et j'ai hâte de revenir avec mon mari.

When I ordered a warm mushroom soup to be delivered to my room, it arrived promptly, tasted great, and came with everything I needed. The location is also excellent, conveniently situated right in front of a mall, and the employees were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
