Cet été les tarifs de chambres ont explosés sur la planète. Nous avons été satisfait de ce que nous avons eut au Travelodge TR. Une chambre à 134$ avec le déjeuner pour 2, au mois d'août ça nous convenait fort bien. Nous avons eut une chambre King dans leur dernière section rénové. Le déjeuner buffet est complet, fruits, céréales, œufs, jambon- toast, muffin etc.. La salle était bien pleine d'ailleurs... Il est vrai que l'avant dernière fois nous avions eut une chambre non rénové qui étais moins intéressante, réservez en direct avec l'hôtel c'est mieux. Le personnel à la réception et à l'entretien sont très aimable.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

Il est situé dans le petit village de Trois Rivieres, à proximité de la rivière. Il est à quelques pas de la zone principale de nourriture et de boissons. La chambre était grande et bien équipée. L'hôtel est partie d'un centre de conférences, il a toujours été occupé. Personnel ami et utile. Parking abondant et confortable sous-sol ou au-dessus. Personnel du bar était ami comme petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est une carte et ce que nous avions été très goûté et décent.

Cet hôtel prend de l'âge. Vieux tapis, vieille salle de bain, secteur de restauration pour les déjeuners du début. Lit confortable, senteur de nicotine omniprésente dans la salle de bain. Idéal pour un transit sans y passer trop de temps. Merci.

I spend 2/3 of my time in hotels for work, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Working nights maids slam the doors constantly starting at 8 am. Begged the maids to please just prop the doors open so I could sleep, no change. Manager asked to do something several times and it only got worse. I even offered to buy them stoppers for the doors out of my own pocket. Have not slept more than four hours since my first night here. Been here three months and comforter has never been washed once. No plug ins for vehicles in winter. They lock the rear door after 10 pm and all front stalls are taken by 8 pm so you have to park in the back and walk all the way around the hotel in the snow to get in. Much better and cheaper accommodations literally half a block away that actually care about their clientele. Don’t give these people a penny of your money, you’ll regret it.

La chambre n'avait pas d'odeur, AC fonctionnait très bien, les déjeuners étaient satisfaisants, la piscine sentait le chlore, mais on comprend avec tous les enfants. Très bon service, aucun problème durant notre séjour.

Hôtel absolument magnifique dans un cadre enchanteur. Bon accueil lors de la réception de la chambre. Nous étions au 3eme étages par contre pas d’ascenseur, dans une chambre avec mezzanine. Literie parfaite, propre, climatisation, frigo, cafetière, grande salle de bain et peignoir et la vue!!!!! Exceptionnel!!! Nous avons testé la piscine mais surtout pouvoir descendre au bord de l’eau avec petite plage et fauteuils pour admirer cette tranquillité est juste incroyable!!! Lieu magique! Gros coup de cœur pour cet endroit! Bravo!
