L'hôtel est très propre et moderne. Nous étions dans la chambre 515 et vraiment cette chambre et les chambres ci-dessus et en bas devraient être bloquées. Non seulement le bruit constant mais différents odeurs, certains joli ....lavage, certains pas si grand .....school dinners! Nous avons demandé de déplacer immédiatement les chambres, mais seulement 2 chambres avec petits lits doubles ont été offerts et nous aimé les grands lits doubles. Il resterait certainement à nouveau, mais seulement si nous pouvions garantir que nous étions éloignés du système de ventilation. Le seul autre problème ... nous avons adoré dîner dans le restaurant une soirée. À l'arrivée, nous avons demandé s'il y avait des options végétariennes, car c'est un buffet. Le gars nous a dit de aller au bar de snack! En général, un grand endroit pour les vacances, juste pas dans la chambre 515!

Hôtel réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en février 2023. Bon à savoir: l'hôtel est moin de bars, restaurants etc etc. Parking de l'hôtel payant mais facile de se garer autour. On voit que l'hôtel est vieux et que l'envie à ete mise de tour rénover. Mais... : there is still à lot of room for improvement Jolie vue mer mais les vitres sont hyper sales, dommage. Ça ne se donne pas les moyens de ses ambitions. Dommage: nous sommes hors saison, plein de choses sont fermées (ex: bars) ou même en friche (une piscine vide). Même si hors saison on pourrait le comprendre, on aurait aimé que ce soit souligné sur le site ou lors de la réservation. Chambre: nous avions pris une suite vue mer. Chambre ok même si énorme plante sur la terrasse (type 80/80cm), indéplassable =＞ moche et prend énormément de place, ce qui empêche de bouger les transats. Propreté : ok en général mais quand même des taches sur les draps en arrivant, ça ne donne vrmt pas bonne impression. Matelas trop durs, très désagréable. Ok pour le reste Repas: nous avions pris la formule ”all-inclusive”. Ce n'est pas un vrai all in, et le choix est vraiment très très limité. (Le restaurant asiatique nous a été refusé pcq nous n'avions pas réservé pour 7 nuits: noté nulle part sur le site et surtout, incompréhensible étant donné que l'hôtel était vide, je ne vois pas ce qui leur empêchait de faire un geste purement commercial). Qualité de la nourriture : pas bonne. Sincèrement, très cantine, peu de choix, peu qualitatif (sauf si vous aimez les pâtes, le pain et les pommes de terre). Petit déjeuner moyen mais encore le mieux Le pire est le ”sweet corner” du goûter : ce sont les dessert non consommés du lunch ou du dîner du jour d'avant (....). Même l'eau n'est pas bonne, elle goûte les canalisations , il faut exiger l'eau en bouteille Bref: passez votre route pour la nourriture. Personnel peu présent, serveurs lents et peu serviables (des gens sur la terrasse se sont fait aboyer dessus par un serveur d'un autre âge pcq ils avaient acheté des boissons au distributeur et qu'ils ne pouvaient être sur la terrasse. On pourrait comprendre si c'était full: nous étions 4 tables sur la terrasse....) Configuration étrange : il faut passer un portail, rentrer et sortir de l'hôtel pour aller au ”resto” de plage, pour aller la piscine, etc etc. Bizarre et je trouve ça assez insecurisant si on a des enfants / jeunes pcq ça implique qu'ils doivent sortir. Criques ouvertes au public pcq elles n'appartiennent pas à l'hôtel. Air conditionné beaucoup trop fort dans tout l'hôtel, y compris au restaurant où on grelotte à chaque moment de la journée. Je pense que l'hôtel est bien pour se reposer une nuit ou deux (si on n'est pas regardant sur la nourriture ni la qualité de services où d'accomodations) mais je pense qu'il est à fuir en haite saison.

L'hôtel est dans une bonne position près d'une gare d'autobus pour atteindre Malaga et d'autres sites. Piscine très petite. Personnel très aimable. Il ya une plage près de sports d'eau. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec douche et balcon. Maintenant les négatifs. Les ascenseurs sont toujours très occupés et il peut prendre un long temps pour descendre particulièrement le matin. Nous avons dû descendre 6 étages par les escaliers. Le grand descendre est la nourriture. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour les végétariens, pas beaucoup de poissons, pas de paella. Il est vraiment monotone et dégustable. Ne payez pas pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner. Allons à pied vers la Marina et vous trouverez de meilleurs endroits plus abordables et avec beaucoup de meilleurs aliments.

Bien, hôtel moderne avec de bons lits. L'hôtel dispose de 3 piscines, de salle de fitness et de bar confortable. Le petit déjeuner est élargi. Si nous reviendrons à Benalmadena, nous choisirons certainement de nouveau cet hôtel. La position est idéale, près de la plage et du boulevard avec de nombreuses terrasses. Le port de yacht avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques est à courte distance de marche.

Nous avons passé quelques jours pour la fin de l’année dans cet appart hôtel qui nous a ravi à tous les points . A 15 min de l’aéroport de Malaga, à 100 mètres de la plage et d’une belle promenade en bord de mer, nous avons été accueilli par Antonio qui a été très plaisant . Nous le remercions. Notre appartement présentait tout le confort que l’on puisse espérer , il était très propre et décoré avec goût. La literie était parfaite, sincèrement rien ne manque pour celui qui veut cuisiner pendant son séjour. J’imagine que c’est parfait pour les familles. Je reviendrai dès que j’en aurai l’occasion et je recommanderai vivement cet hôtel .

4ème séjour pour nous dans cet hôtel et nous avons testé les chambres Premium. Et on adore! Magnifique vue sur la mer, plateau bouilloire avec thé et café et mini-frigo rechargé chaque jour (limonade+eau)... des petites attentions qui font plaisir. Et surtout très calme! Les tarifs boissons sont très raisonnables. Nous avons toujours eu des transats disponibles, heureusement car la plage en face est inaccessible jusqu'au 1 juillet (travaux).

Hôtel très bien situé proche de 3 lignes de bus et d'une station de taxis , à 2 pas de la mer et des restaurants Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au 7ème étage avec vue sur mer et montagne, à part la salle de bain très petite ( une douche serait préférable à la baignoire) rien à redire sur le logement wifi , petit frigo , clim et balcon Nourriture variée et correcte avec un choix de fruits frais dès le petit déjeuner qui est assez bien fourni en salé et sucré Nous avions pris la demi pension et nous ferons de même si comme nous le souhaitons nous revenons dans la région Bon accueil pour les personnes handicapées, rampe à l'extérieur et dans la salle de restaurant

très bien très belle appartement confortable puisque que nous avons rester 3 jours service bien, appartement avec cuisine et petit salon chambre fermée et très beau balcon avec vue sur la mer et la ville , beau bord de mer avec beaucoup de petit restos agréable, petite épicerie en bas de l'hôtel pour dépanner et grosse épicerie pas trop loin à pied beaucoup de québécois à cet endroit rester surpris c'est un des endroits que nous avons adorés il y a une marina une des plus belles que j'ai vus vous avez un stationnement intérieur vraiment un endroit à retourner et n'oubliez pas de visiter le petit château pas trop loin

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour la Toussaint . Chambre bien équipée et propre avec vue en front de mer exceptionnel. Nous avons vu les dauphins de notre terrasse . Service de ménage discret et aux petits soins. Équipe d’animation enthousiaste mais peu de participants parmi les clients . Piscine propre et spa de haute qualité très propre avec température de l’eau idéale . Le plus : pas d’enfants dans le spa , une piscine intérieure leur est réservée . Seul bémol : la nourriture , qualité médiocre peu diversifié et produits bas de gamme . Attention l’eau est payante pour les demi pensions ….. en pensions complète buvette à volonté toute la journée … Excellent rapport qualité / prix malgré tout

Le gros + de cette l’hôtel c’est qu’il est à proximité de tout, ( à pied ). La marina, les restaurants, les bars, boites de nuit, plages, arrêts de bus, supermarkets. Si vous êtes en voiture ou deux roues au mois de septembre aucun souci pour trouver une place à proximité de l’hôtel. La chambre mitigée .. le balcon est appréciable, la literie rien à redire. Point négatif sur l’isolation des salles de bains, tout est pourtant bien isolé on entend pas la fameuse télé du voisin à travers le mur mais si le voisin du dessus prend sa douche .. qu’il soit dans sa chambre ou dans la votre le bruit est le même. L’hygiène .. On ne veux pas que les meubles brillent chaque jours non plus on est dans un hôtel 3 étoiles et pas dans le palace du coin mais la table à était lavé une seul fois en 10 jours, pourtant j’ai enlevé nos affaires personnel en me disant que avec le covid les agents d’entretien ne pouvaient y toucher mais rien n’a changé. Le balcon idem une seul fois en plus avec le sable qui s’accumulent au sol tu fais un aller retour tu pourris la chambre direct. La table extérieur j’ai fini par passer un coup moi même dessus avec les moyens du bord. Un point à améliorer autant l’isolation c’est un 3 étoiles et c’est tout à fait correct mais la c’est moyen et il manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit top.

Si vous cherchez 5 étoiles, ce n'est pas pour vous. Je l'ai lu beaucoup de mauvaises critiques avant de venir et, heureusement, il a été prouvé incorrect! Les appartements sont très basiques mais sans spot et ont tout ce que vous avez besoin pour une pause de cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. La piscine est petite et profonde mais a une belle atmosphère et compte tenu de son Octobre était encore assez chaude pour nager dans. La location est central à tout ce qui est la plage est juste à l'opposé et Marina plein de restaurants est à quelques pas. Si vous cherchez un cher échapper, c'est parfait. C'est fondamental mais il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et le personnel est si beau. Je voudrais dire que c'est parfait pour les vacances de trésor/de poulet/ami. J'ai lu les commentaires sur ce qui a été loud mais nous avons séjourné au 5e étage, donc n'a pas entendu quelque chose une fois dans le lit. Le seul négatif que je peux dire est que nous sommes arrivés tard et que notre lit n'a pas été construit, nous avons dû faire notre lit quand nous sommes entrés. Outre cela, je recommande cela pour un séjour bon marché pour les poulets, les étagères, les vacances pour les garçons/femmes ou un séjour de famille bon marché

Excellent location situated within 5 minutes walk from Arroyo’s train station. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was very easy. Continental breakfast possibly a bit limited but there are plenty of places nearby to get a wider range of breakfasts. Hostel overall was very clean and tidy, bar well stocked but obviously priced as any hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and we were fortunate to get a balcony overlooking Blas Infante, so great to sit and people watch with a coffee. Would definitely return.

Nous avons passé quelques jours pour la fin de l’année dans cet appart hôtel qui nous a ravi à tous les points . A 15 min de l’aéroport de Malaga, à 100 mètres de la plage et d’une belle promenade en bord de mer, nous avons été accueilli par Antonio qui a été très plaisant . Nous le remercions. Notre appartement présentait tout le confort que l’on puisse espérer , il était très propre et décoré avec goût. La literie était parfaite, sincèrement rien ne manque pour celui qui veut cuisiner pendant son séjour. J’imagine que c’est parfait pour les familles. Je reviendrai dès que j’en aurai l’occasion et je recommanderai vivement cet hôtel .

Hôtel très bien situé proche de 3 lignes de bus et d'une station de taxis , à 2 pas de la mer et des restaurants Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au 7ème étage avec vue sur mer et montagne, à part la salle de bain très petite ( une douche serait préférable à la baignoire) rien à redire sur le logement wifi , petit frigo , clim et balcon Nourriture variée et correcte avec un choix de fruits frais dès le petit déjeuner qui est assez bien fourni en salé et sucré Nous avions pris la demi pension et nous ferons de même si comme nous le souhaitons nous revenons dans la région Bon accueil pour les personnes handicapées, rampe à l'extérieur et dans la salle de restaurant

Excellent location situated within 5 minutes walk from Arroyo’s train station. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and check in was very easy. Continental breakfast possibly a bit limited but there are plenty of places nearby to get a wider range of breakfasts. Hostel overall was very clean and tidy, bar well stocked but obviously priced as any hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and we were fortunate to get a balcony overlooking Blas Infante, so great to sit and people watch with a coffee. Would definitely return.

très bien très belle appartement confortable puisque que nous avons rester 3 jours service bien, appartement avec cuisine et petit salon chambre fermée et très beau balcon avec vue sur la mer et la ville , beau bord de mer avec beaucoup de petit restos agréable, petite épicerie en bas de l'hôtel pour dépanner et grosse épicerie pas trop loin à pied beaucoup de québécois à cet endroit rester surpris c'est un des endroits que nous avons adorés il y a une marina une des plus belles que j'ai vus vous avez un stationnement intérieur vraiment un endroit à retourner et n'oubliez pas de visiter le petit château pas trop loin

Hôtel réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en février 2023. Bon à savoir: l'hôtel est moin de bars, restaurants etc etc. Parking de l'hôtel payant mais facile de se garer autour. On voit que l'hôtel est vieux et que l'envie à ete mise de tour rénover. Mais... : there is still à lot of room for improvement Jolie vue mer mais les vitres sont hyper sales, dommage. Ça ne se donne pas les moyens de ses ambitions. Dommage: nous sommes hors saison, plein de choses sont fermées (ex: bars) ou même en friche (une piscine vide). Même si hors saison on pourrait le comprendre, on aurait aimé que ce soit souligné sur le site ou lors de la réservation. Chambre: nous avions pris une suite vue mer. Chambre ok même si énorme plante sur la terrasse (type 80/80cm), indéplassable =＞ moche et prend énormément de place, ce qui empêche de bouger les transats. Propreté : ok en général mais quand même des taches sur les draps en arrivant, ça ne donne vrmt pas bonne impression. Matelas trop durs, très désagréable. Ok pour le reste Repas: nous avions pris la formule ”all-inclusive”. Ce n'est pas un vrai all in, et le choix est vraiment très très limité. (Le restaurant asiatique nous a été refusé pcq nous n'avions pas réservé pour 7 nuits: noté nulle part sur le site et surtout, incompréhensible étant donné que l'hôtel était vide, je ne vois pas ce qui leur empêchait de faire un geste purement commercial). Qualité de la nourriture : pas bonne. Sincèrement, très cantine, peu de choix, peu qualitatif (sauf si vous aimez les pâtes, le pain et les pommes de terre). Petit déjeuner moyen mais encore le mieux Le pire est le ”sweet corner” du goûter : ce sont les dessert non consommés du lunch ou du dîner du jour d'avant (....). Même l'eau n'est pas bonne, elle goûte les canalisations , il faut exiger l'eau en bouteille Bref: passez votre route pour la nourriture. Personnel peu présent, serveurs lents et peu serviables (des gens sur la terrasse se sont fait aboyer dessus par un serveur d'un autre âge pcq ils avaient acheté des boissons au distributeur et qu'ils ne pouvaient être sur la terrasse. On pourrait comprendre si c'était full: nous étions 4 tables sur la terrasse....) Configuration étrange : il faut passer un portail, rentrer et sortir de l'hôtel pour aller au ”resto” de plage, pour aller la piscine, etc etc. Bizarre et je trouve ça assez insecurisant si on a des enfants / jeunes pcq ça implique qu'ils doivent sortir. Criques ouvertes au public pcq elles n'appartiennent pas à l'hôtel. Air conditionné beaucoup trop fort dans tout l'hôtel, y compris au restaurant où on grelotte à chaque moment de la journée. Je pense que l'hôtel est bien pour se reposer une nuit ou deux (si on n'est pas regardant sur la nourriture ni la qualité de services où d'accomodations) mais je pense qu'il est à fuir en haite saison.

First of all this hotel is a two star hotel. No there is no Aircon in the room. However, the bed is comfortable. The rooms are ensuite and it’s well located for anywhere that you want to go and things you want to do within the town anybody’s complaining about this Hotel really is just tightfisted. It is ideal for the money you pay if you want better quality and there is much better hotels within the town where you could stay. I really enjoyed staying here the staff are friendly and for the money is spot-on. I have no problem, staying here again.
