La pièce est très intéressante. La pièce dans laquelle mes collègues et moi vivons peut être reliée par deux portes intérieures, ce qui ajoute soudainement au plaisir.
L'emplacement est excellent. Il se trouve à 2 minutes à pied du métro. Il y a un grand parking pour se garer. Il y a trois grands supermarchés et une variété de produits alimentaires à proximité.

L'hôtel est encore très bon dans son ensemble, un peu loin, vous pouvez conduire sans considération, n'avoir aucun impact, le petit déjeuner est bon, mais le type n'est pas très nombreux, mais suffisant. Le parking n'est pas gratuit, mais il y a un parking public à côté, un parking qui a été découvert de façon soudaine depuis longtemps, économise 20 euros.

Très propre. L'emplacement est également très bon. La vue est également très bonne. Je recommande à tout le monde de rester. Le seul inconvénient est peut-être qu'il n'y a pas de station de métro à proximité. le centre ville. Le supermarché voisin est également éloigné.

L'emplacement est bon, il faut environ 7 minutes à pied après être descendu du bus. Cependant, il n'y a pas de supermarché ni de nourriture à proximité, il faut donc marcher une dizaine de minutes pour avoir plus de choix. Mais l'avantage est qu'il est relativement silencieux.
La pièce n'est pas grande et il n'y a pas de place pour marcher dans la grande pièce, mais elle est confortable, avec des rideaux électriques, des lits confortables et des lumières tamisées.
Les toilettes sont spacieuses, mais veuillez noter que la salle de bain n'a pas de porte. Il y a un système de haut-parleurs Bluetooth dans les toilettes et la chambre, ce qui est très spécial.
Ce serait bien si vous pouviez obtenir un bon pour une boisson gratuite à chaque fois que vous sautez le nettoyage de la chambre.

La chambre est entièrement propre, avec climatisation, avec bouilloire à chaud.
Le premier jour, il y a de l'eau à boire, et il n'y a pas de suite.
Le transport de l'hôtel est confortable, il y a plusieurs supermarchés et beaucoup de restaurants. Le départ est 50m U2U7 station de métro.
Il est recommandé de réserver des repas à l'hôtel pendant longtemps. Petits, mais la nourriture est assez riche.

La chambre est petite, mais très propre, très calme. Vous arriverez à quelques minutes de la métro et vous trouverez un petit magasin en dessous de l'hôtel, et il est plus pratique d'acheter de l'eau.
Je pense que le seul endroit incomplet où les installations sont disponibles est que l'hôtel et le sous-sol ne disposent pas d'eau chaude pour boire, mais ils sont acceptables.
Il y a un petit parc à 7 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. La prochaine fois, vous envisagerez d'aller vous rendre.

Es war alles perfekt. Das Zimmer außergewöhnlich geschnitten, mit hochwertigen Designelementen, das Bett sehr bequem, ein wenig zu klein für uns, das Restaurant nebenan super gut, zwei mal dort gegessen. Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gehabt, in der 4. Etage, Frühstück inklusive. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.

Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.

Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

IInvitéL'emplacement est un peu éloigné selon les sites que vous souhaitez voir. Cependant, la ville propose des initiatives étonnantes telles que des vélos, des scooters et des cyclomoteurs que vous pouvez louer à bas prix pour vous déplacer dans la ville. Il est facile de créer un compte et de commencer à voyager sur l'un ou l'autre, ils se trouvent souvent à proximité de l'hôtel. De toute évidence, ils disposent également d'excellentes liaisons de transport comme le bus, le tramway et le train. La Warschnauzer StraB est la gare la plus proche de l'hôtel, à environ 15 minutes à pied, donc très pratique, même si nous avons trouvé les plans des trains un peu difficiles à comprendre, nous nous sommes donc fortement appuyés sur Google Maps pour nous indiquer quels trains utiliser.
Le service et la propreté de l'hôtel sont excellents, nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Dans l'ensemble, les serviettes, la literie, la salle de bain et la chambre étaient impeccables. Rien à redire ou à commenter négativement. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le service de chambre, l'option supplémentaire de petit-déjeuner continental ou le bar en bas, nous ne pouvons donc pas en parler. Mais le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Les équipements sont fabuleux, le centre de remise en forme dispose d'une salle de sport plus grande que la plupart des salles de sport des hôtels, très pratique avec une grande variété de machines. Comme une salle de sport commerciale avec des machines génériques. Shampoing, revitalisant, savons pour les mains et gel douche pratiques et gratuits dans de grands contenants. Encore une fois, c'est le seul équipement que nous avons utilisé, donc je ne peux pas faire de commentaire sur autre chose.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est un charmant hôtel très original avec beaucoup de charme. Je le recommanderais certainement à d'autres car nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et serions heureux de séjourner dans d'autres Nhows.

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.

IInvitéThe location and physical aspects of the hotel were good. However, the service, especially from the night manager, was HORRIBLE.
We booked 3 twin rooms. Note that the price is different between twin and double rooms.
We arrived late at night due to flight delays and were very tired. During check in we were told that there were no more twin rooms because the hotel was full. What's the point of paying more for twin rooms if the hotel does not reserve them for us?
When we asked for an extra bed to be added, we were told that there isn't enough space for it. This is not true as we had already been inside the rooms and they were big with lots of space.
After much haggling and after the night manager put on a show by going in to the hotel's office for a few minutes, he came back to say that he can change one of the rooms and put in an extra bed.
We were still not satisfied and so we insisted that the hotel can do something to rectify the matter. After doing another round of putting on a show, the night manager came back and said that he can now add and extra bed to another room and would also give us a 50% discount for 2 of the rooms.
In addition, he said that we could take the 2 bottles of mineral bottles (these are chargeable) for free. The fridges in the rooms have sensors to detect if the drinks there are taken. The next day we checked with the reception to make sure that we would not be charged. The lady who assisted us checked and said that there was a note saying that we would not be charged. When I got my credit card statement, I found a charge for the 2 bottles of mineral water. 16 euros. Ridiculous.
Throughout this ordeal, I must say that the night manager's attitude and manner were really bad. For example, I don't remember seeing him smile at all even when he first came to talk to us about the rooms.
Our holiday was marred by this. Hilton is a high class brand of hotels but the service leaves a very bitter taste in our mouths.

IInvitéL'auberge de jeunesse est située à Köpenick. 50 minutes de la ville de Berlin. Si vous prévoyez de rester plus de 5 jours à Berlin, pensez à rester dans cette zone pendant 1 ou 2 jours. Il n'est pas nécessaire que ce soit cette auberge. Endroit très calme et peu de touristes aux alentours.

Das Hotel sieht von außen gut aus, es ist in einem ruhigen und schönen Gebiet. In der Nacht war es auch schön ruhig.
Die Sauberkeit hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Wir benutzen eigentlich im Hotel kein Wasserkocher, aber der im Zimmer sah schon von außen dreckig und eklig aus, dass man es sowieso nicht benutzen würde. Das Zimmer war staubig, in der Toilette gab es irgendwelche Flecken auf der Wand, einen abgelaufenen und eingefrorenen Kaffeesahne. Personal war nett und freundlich.
