HHuangpuqingqingL'hôtel est situé à côté de la gare centrale, à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Les restaurants des environs se trouvent dans la gare et vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants. Il est très pratique de rejoindre de nombreuses attractions telles que la Porte de Brandebourg et le Parlement en 10 minutes à pied. La chambre d'hôtel est incroyable, entièrement équipée, géniale ! ! Le service de la réception est chaleureux.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

IInvitéC'est déjà la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans un hôtel. La dernière fois, c'était avant le début de la pandémie en 2020. Je me souviens encore d'avoir vu les nouvelles de ***** dans l'hôtel. . L'hôtel est vraiment bien entretenu ! Cela fait quatre ou cinq ans et l'hôtel n'a pas vieilli du tout ! Il y a aussi de nombreux métros aux alentours qui sont particulièrement pratiques, je vous recommande de télécharger BVGapp pour acheter des tickets journaliers 24h ~
Le petit-déjeuner est presque le même tous les jours, mais les corn flakes et les champignons frits sont délicieux comme toujours 😋 Cette fois, je suis resté cinq nuits à l'hôtel, Berlin est en effet très adapté aux promenades en ville, particulièrement bon ~ ~ fortement recommandé ~ ~ à recommander à toi le pont à la sortie de la gare principale de Berlin La rivière sur le côté, trop belle pour tourner une super vidéo 🥰

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for 4 nights during my first trip to Germany, and it was a truly exceptional experience.
The hotel is beautifully located near Tiergarten and just a short walk from the Berlin Zoo and public transport. I arrived late at night, but check-in was fast and professional. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. I especially loved the large windows and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and a deep bathtub, plus high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast was one of the highlights — a wide variety of international and local dishes, fresh juices, and barista-style coffee. I also had dinner at Hugos Restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was outstanding, and the panoramic city view made it unforgettable.
The wellness area was clean and relaxing, though the sauna required a small additional fee. The indoor pool and gym were great after long sightseeing days.

AAngelinchinaJe voyage souvent et je dors dans des hôtels de nombreuses nuits par an, je n'avais jamais connu la situation que j'avais quand j'arrive à Hilton Berlin.
J'avais réservé et payé pour une « Twin Room with Dome View » environ 4 mois avant le voyage.
À l'arrivée, j'ai été automatiquement attribué une chambre qui n'était ni jumelage ni Dome View (vous pouvez voir la vue dans les photos ci-dessous); je suis retourné à la réception deux fois, pour plaindre que ce n'était pas la chambre que j'avais réservée, le personnel de l'hôtel était le plus désavantageux, Ils ne m'ont pas permis de parler au gestionnaire, ils n'ont pas fourni de solution ou de compensation, leur réponse était simplement que l'hôtel était réservé et qu'il n'y avait rien qu'ils pouvaient faire.
Ce n'était pas correct pour différentes raisons, d'abord ils m'ont attribué une chambre qui n'avait qu'un lit, ensuite ils n'ont fourni aucune solution autre que l'ajout d'un lit roulant à la chambre, et ensuite ils ne m'ont pas permis de parler au gestionnaire.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.
J'espère que cette révision arrive à quelqu'un à Hilton et fait quelque chose pour éviter tout autre client ayant une expérience similaire.
En outre, les installations de sauna n'étaient pas apparemment incluses dans le tarif de la chambre (ceci n'a pas été mentionné). Lorsque je me suis vérifié, j'ai trouvé que je devais payer pour chaque fois que j'ai utilisé la sauna.

UUtilisateur anonymePerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

JJOELCheck-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays.

IInvitéWunderbares Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, sehr stylish und guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist mega klasse, abends legt im Innenhof ein DJ auf und der Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut.
Das Stue ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt.
