FFeijialuoL'emplacement est génial ! Lorsque vous sortez de la sortie Washingtonplatz de la gare de Berlin, vous pouvez voir le bâtiment de l'hôtel en levant légèrement la tête vers la droite. Mais le panneau Washingtonplatz est très petit et il semble être écrit juste au-dessus de la porte. Nous ne l'avons pas vu ailleurs. Nous avons eu de la chance la première fois que nous y sommes allés, et la navigation sur le téléphone portable était bonne, et nous avons choisi la droite. sortez en un rien de temps. La chambre est assez grande et la salle de bain est séparée de l'eau et du sec ! L'hygiène est bonne. Peut-être parce qu'il est proche de la gare, il y a beaucoup de monde au restaurant le matin. Le petit déjeuner est assez copieux, comprenant des salades variées, des tranches de jambon, du fromage, des yaourts, des fruits, des jus de fruits, etc. , on ne peut pas manger de plats froids ni boire de café. Pour moi, je ne peux boire que du thé noir chaud ici. Le saucisson blanc est vraiment bon et servi chaud. Il y a du pain grillé, mais si on mange trop, on a peur de se mettre en colère (pour les Chinois, surtout les personnes âgées, manger est un gros problème lorsqu'ils partent à l'étranger, surtout lorsqu'ils quittent l'Asie). Il y a une usine alimentaire à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, avec de nombreux restaurants à l'intérieur, tous ouverts. Il y a un magasin de nouilles de riz appartenant à des Vietnamiens, qui peuvent aussi être considérées comme des nouilles. La texture de la soupe convient aux goûts chinois. Je suis resté à Berlin pendant deux nuits et j'y ai essentiellement mangé. Parce que la qualité de l'eau à Berlin ne me convient pas et que mon estomac est inconfortable, les nouilles ici peuvent être considérées comme un moyen de sauver mon estomac.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

BbibidibabidibooI had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Le personnel de la réception, en particulier les dames, était charmant et a fourni un excellent service. Cependant, j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés lors du processus d'enregistrement en raison de l'inefficacité initiale d'un membre du personnel (l'un des hommes)
Une fois installé, j'ai été immédiatement captivé par l'énormité et la décoration impeccable de la chambre. C'était un espace vraiment luxueux. La salle de bain était tout aussi impressionnante, avec une taille généreuse qui a amélioré le confort général du séjour. Compte tenu de ces caractéristiques remarquables, je peux dire en toute confiance que je choisirais de séjourner à nouveau dans cet endroit à l'avenir.
Malheureusement, il y avait un problème notable avec les draps. Ils dégageaient une odeur particulière qui a légèrement gâché une expérience par ailleurs exceptionnelle. Il serait bénéfique que la direction réponde rapidement à ce problème, en veillant à ce que les clients puissent profiter pleinement des qualités exceptionnelles de l'hébergement.

AAngelinchinaJe voyage souvent et je dors dans des hôtels de nombreuses nuits par an, je n'avais jamais connu la situation que j'avais quand j'arrive à Hilton Berlin.
J'avais réservé et payé pour une « Twin Room with Dome View » environ 4 mois avant le voyage.
À l'arrivée, j'ai été automatiquement attribué une chambre qui n'était ni jumelage ni Dome View (vous pouvez voir la vue dans les photos ci-dessous); je suis retourné à la réception deux fois, pour plaindre que ce n'était pas la chambre que j'avais réservée, le personnel de l'hôtel était le plus désavantageux, Ils ne m'ont pas permis de parler au gestionnaire, ils n'ont pas fourni de solution ou de compensation, leur réponse était simplement que l'hôtel était réservé et qu'il n'y avait rien qu'ils pouvaient faire.
Ce n'était pas correct pour différentes raisons, d'abord ils m'ont attribué une chambre qui n'avait qu'un lit, ensuite ils n'ont fourni aucune solution autre que l'ajout d'un lit roulant à la chambre, et ensuite ils ne m'ont pas permis de parler au gestionnaire.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.
J'espère que cette révision arrive à quelqu'un à Hilton et fait quelque chose pour éviter tout autre client ayant une expérience similaire.
En outre, les installations de sauna n'étaient pas apparemment incluses dans le tarif de la chambre (ceci n'a pas été mentionné). Lorsque je me suis vérifié, j'ai trouvé que je devais payer pour chaque fois que j'ai utilisé la sauna.

JJOELCheck-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays.

La chambre était très élégante, bien entretenue et propre.
Le minibar était gratuit et il y avait même de la bière allemande !
Et la chose la plus étonnante est le sauna jungle à l'étage supérieur.
Le sauna de style finlandais est doté d'un système d'auto-ventilation.
Versez de l’eau sur le poêle et ajustez la température pour créer un sauna bien chaud !
A côté du sauna se trouve un espace de repos où vous pourrez prendre un bain intérieur.
De l’eau gazeuse et de la bière allemande étaient également disponibles.
Veuillez noter que le sauna est mixte et que les maillots de bain sont interdits.
Des serviettes de bain sont fournies dans le sauna, vous n'avez donc pas besoin d'en apporter une depuis votre chambre.
Des peignoirs peuvent être empruntés à la réception.
Hôtel élégant, superbe sauna, personnel sympathique - tout était fantastique.
J'aimerais séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite à Berlin.

Service at reception
The full payment including city taxes have been paid via my credit card upon booking. The payments paid and breakdown including city taxes are stated very clearly on the booking voucher. However despite this, I was asked to pay a deposit of amount close to Euro 600 which was the full amount of my stay that was paid using my credit card. Upon asking, I asked the trainee/Lena why I have to pay so much again when I had paid the full amount via credit card.
Lena then checked with the another lady receptionist on the deposit that should be secured. However, this lady receptionist informed us to pay a deposit of euro 50 which I have no issue. However, she rudely informed me that I have to pay city tax. I told her that it has been paid and I showed her the booking voucher which clearly shows that city taxes have been paid. But she informed rudely that the amount was charged in other currency, not Euro. Seriously, when I heard this, I was shocked with the “intelligence” of this lady receptionist. She needs to be educated on what is “foreign currency equivalent” and to have some common sense. I disputed this and insisted that i had paid the full amount including city taxes, which was stated very clearly on the booking voucher. Lena agreed with me and reiterated to this lady receptionist that the booking voucher indeed stated that all payments including city taxes have been paid. Thereafter, the lady receptionist left rudely without any apologies.
The receptionists should be trained and their service should be improved. Firstly, they should have checked that I have fully paid and should not secure a a deposit of almost euro 600. Only when I asked, they rechecked, but no apologies. Secondly, even after they rechecked, they did not check clearly that city taxes have been paid and insisted me to pay city taxes. No apologies either when they found out. The service from the lady receptionist (shorter girl with curly hair) was so rude and no apologies even though she was wrong in the first place.
I highlighted this issue and feedback to the shiftleader, Andreas Levi and made known to him about the receptionists. He immediately went to check and confirmed that all payments including city taxes have been paid earlier via credit card. Thanks Andreas Levi for checking and making our stay better.
Bed
Not sure why some beds have comforters/topper while some beds without. The beds with comforters are so comfy! Our bed without comforters.
Breakfast
For Europe’s standard, I think the breakfast in this hotel is considered good. With few hot food such as overcooked bacon, overcooked sausage, baked bean, and eggs. The omelette is nice (thanks to the chef!) Some selections of bread, lots of choices of good quality teas. Few selections of juices. Coffee machine. Fresh honey comb.
Complementary water
It is odd that complimentary water is only provided to the guests for the first night despite I stay 3 nights. This is the first time I experience this in Europe. Perhaps guest should make different booking for each night.
Proximity to trains and attractions
Close proximity to train stations and some main attractions.
Summary
Overall service was good (except for 1 rude lady receptionist). I will still recommend this hotel. Take the breakfast.
