We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Erdaobaihe est une charmante petite ville, très agréable. Bien qu'elle ne soit pas située en plein centre-ville, elle se trouve juste en face d'une magnifique pinède, ce qui confère aux environs une grande tranquillité. Des bus gratuits permettent de se déplacer en ville, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, ne lisant pas le chinois, nous avons principalement utilisé Didi. Trouver un Didi peut s'avérer un peu difficile en raison du nombre limité de chauffeurs, mais avec 5 à 15 minutes d'attente, vous devriez y arriver. Les habitants sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Notre séjour à Enduli a été absolument merveilleux et restera gravé dans nos mémoires. La vue depuis notre chambre au réveil était magique. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain était équipée de toilettes intelligentes avec siège chauffant, une attention très appréciable. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème : nous avons trouvé un cheveu sur le lit en soulevant le drap. Nous n'y avons pas prêté attention car j'avais prévu mon propre drap jetable. Malgré ce léger incident, notre séjour a été globalement merveilleux. Ce qui a vraiment rendu cet endroit si spécial, c'était Tante Wu. Elle était toujours là pour nous et se levait même à 6 h du matin juste pour nous dire au revoir. Quand nous cherchions une laverie, elle a gentiment proposé de laver notre linge sur place. Étant un peu maniaque, j'ai été particulièrement touchée qu'elle ait même chauffé mon sac à linge – une attention si délicate. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Overall, we had a great stay despite a small hiccup with the pickup due to hotel staff turnover and miscommunication. The hotel room was amazing and super well designed with great amenities, it was undoubtedly the best accommodation we had during our 2 weeks in Dongbei. Even though we didn’t book breakfast, the boss gave us free breakfast to comepensate for the poor experience we had with the pickup from the high speed rail (I would strongly recommend giving them a call to confirm the pickup rather than communicating through WeChat). The breakfast was super tasty and has lots of different side dishes (not saying this because it’s free lol), would definitely recommend. We were there during NYE and NY, and seems like people in the neighbourhood really liked fireworks. We probably saw fireworks 8 -9 times during our 3 days stay (including one from our host), super lucky! The local restaurant the host recommended was very tasty as well (not touristy so be prepared for a raw experience), food was great and fried eggs is a must try. The only issue with staying in this area was transport if you don’t have a driver for your stay in Changbaishan (which is a well known issue for all hotels in this area). Getting a cab took about an hour… after constant failing, the boss was so nice that she tried to call all her friends to see if they were available to drive us to the restaurant and we got there at the end!!!! 谢谢老板和老板娘的烟花还有小礼物，我们玩得特别开心！

Il y a un hôtel nord-coréen sur la montagne de North Poo. En plus de la chambre du bâtiment principal, il y a un établissement unique erroné. Si le voyage familial est également approprié, il y a un très beau paysage de neige. L'hôtel offre un service de station de transport gratuit à la station de Changbai Mountain, ainsi que le canal vip dans la zone de paysage de la poignée nord-est. Les chauffages de la ville à côté sont également utilisés et transportés gratuitement. Si vous mangez, le restaurant de l'hôtel offre de nombreux types de repas. La plupart de nos dîners sont mangeés au restaurant et nous pouvons également servir de chambre. Annie, la gouverneure, était très intime. L'appel était précédé de son séjour pour communiquer avec le temps de séjour. La première fois de matin, elle a fait rapport sur l'ouverture de la Ponte du Nord. En résumé, il est très recommandé d'y aller.

Les chambres spacieuses et lave-linge gratuites avec détergent sont très désertes mais faciles à obtenir le cabine pour aller à d'autres endroits. À proximité de l'hôtel il y a une ligne de joli mètre caché, nous avons dîné là pour les 2 nuits que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, très recommandé! Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était aussi décent, bien que le lait de soja et le café soient tous goûts assez dilués.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

高温持續，來長白山避暑，入住雲水瀾庭酒店。辦理入住時，董經理知道我們是兩位70多歲長者，為我們提供了最暖心的服務。不厭其煩地告訴周邊環境，注意事項，晚上活動地點，為我們送來當地時令水果藍莓。家的感覺，兒女繞膝的温暖。旅遊季節，酒店客人爆滿，衞生餐飲依舊到位，來長白山幾天，體驗最好的一家住處。董經理，優秀的管理者，帶出一隊優秀的服務人。

Le service de majordome de Chen Yuanyuan est excellent. Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. J'ai également répondu à toutes les questions sur les voyages et j'ai été sincère et enthousiaste ! Même si les installations de l'hôtel sont un peu vétustes, elles sont dans l'ensemble très bonnes ! Le propriétaire de l'hôtel vous dira bonjour à travers le voyage pour nous relever à la gare jusqu'à la chambre (gratuit). - La chambre est propre avec de l'eau chaude. Il y a un peu de cigarette, mais le verre est tourné pour ventiler et il est parti. La vue de la chambre près de la rivière est très belle. - Pour le service de nourriture, il y a un chef qui cuisine très délicieuse. Il a un goût doux, oleux, herbac, mais pas gras. y compris l'hébergement, il y a un café à thé lait pour les gens qui veulent aussi boire. - En termes de service, le service est très bon. La pêche est tombé sur 10 pièces. Après l'atterrissage, vous pouvez griller et manger. Ils sprinkleront la poudre, je ne sais pas, mais c'est très délicieux. Il est si délicieux que la lumière sort de votre bouche. Il faut essayer dans la zone d'activité, il y aura des pots shabu. 5) café thé - café thé a un ensemble de désserts. Pour le thé, il y a du thé lait et du thé chinois chaud. Celui-ci est très délicieux aussi. Je veux que vous essayez. Le personnel ici prend soin de eux. Voyons beaucoup. Tout le monde qui vient à Harbin, essaie de visiter Changbaishan. Le prix n'est pas cher. Les activités sont étroites.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
