This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:

HHannahMErdaobaihe est une charmante petite ville, très agréable. Bien qu'elle ne soit pas située en plein centre-ville, elle se trouve juste en face d'une magnifique pinède, ce qui confère aux environs une grande tranquillité.
Des bus gratuits permettent de se déplacer en ville, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, ne lisant pas le chinois, nous avons principalement utilisé Didi.
Trouver un Didi peut s'avérer un peu difficile en raison du nombre limité de chauffeurs, mais avec 5 à 15 minutes d'attente, vous devriez y arriver. Les habitants sont très chaleureux et accueillants.
Notre séjour à Enduli a été absolument merveilleux et restera gravé dans nos mémoires. La vue depuis notre chambre au réveil était magique. La chambre était spacieuse et la salle de bain était équipée de toilettes intelligentes avec siège chauffant, une attention très appréciable.
Nous avons rencontré un petit problème : nous avons trouvé un cheveu sur le lit en soulevant le drap. Nous n'y avons pas prêté attention car j'avais prévu mon propre drap jetable. Malgré ce léger incident, notre séjour a été globalement merveilleux.
Ce qui a vraiment rendu cet endroit si spécial, c'était Tante Wu. Elle était toujours là pour nous et se levait même à 6 h du matin juste pour nous dire au revoir. Quand nous cherchions une laverie, elle a gentiment proposé de laver notre linge sur place. Étant un peu maniaque, j'ai été particulièrement touchée qu'elle ait même chauffé mon sac à linge – une attention si délicate.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

JJoeSGNotre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. L'hôtel a un accès direct et illimité au printemps chaud et il a également été une grande expérience de ne pas manquer (N'oubliez pas de mettre votre costume de bain!) Il a même une piscine de poisson où nous plongons notre corps entier. Il y a aussi un beau paradis de bétail avec différents animaux que vous pouvez nourrir.

LlilsheepNewly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away.
We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids.
Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

MMind KatechooLa chambre est si belle. C'était un séjour très agréable et confortable. La chambre a tout ce qu'il faut et est pratique et fonctionnelle. Les lits sont propres et confortables. Le design est bien pensé. Je me plais à passer du temps là-bas. Le Tianchi n'a pas été ouvert tout le temps que j'étais là, donc j'ai passé un peu plus de temps dans la chambre et c'est très agréable ! Ils sont très attentifs à leurs clients. J'étais un peu en bas pour Tianchi mais ils ont fait un bon moment, non plus! J'ai acheté le petit déjeuner séparément pour les jours que je veux manger et ils ont de belles kits de petit déjeuner. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge et ils sont très occupés. Pourtant, il est très confortable. L'emplacement est à pied au parc Reindeer, parc duck, et centre de distribution aussi. Alors c'est un plus. Il est à environ 1-1.5 km de la rue et de la nourriture. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre à pied, il est toujours possible de marcher (même si c'est très froid). C'était un bon séjour et j'aimais le lieu!

IInvitéLe propriétaire de l'hôtel vous dira bonjour à travers le voyage pour nous relever à la gare jusqu'à la chambre (gratuit).
- La chambre est propre avec de l'eau chaude. Il y a un peu de cigarette, mais le verre est tourné pour ventiler et il est parti. La vue de la chambre près de la rivière est très belle.
- Pour le service de nourriture, il y a un chef qui cuisine très délicieuse. Il a un goût doux, oleux, herbac, mais pas gras. y compris l'hébergement, il y a un café à thé lait pour les gens qui veulent aussi boire.
- En termes de service, le service est très bon. Il y aura une voiture pour se débarrasser et se débarrasser La plupart d'entre eux prendront longtemps (si vous ne partez pas à Tianchi Parce que l'hôtel est assez proche de la zone d'activité du tout)
- Activités que l'hôtel vous emmène à
1) Voir le détergent - marche de l'école.
2) Rafting - belle vue, plus quand vous atteignez la fin de l'eau, descendez dans la zone d'hôtel, après le jeu, vous pouvez aller jusqu'à l'hôtel.
3) Skiing - L'hôtel dispose d'équipements de base, donc vous n'avez pas à louer beaucoup plus (tels que des chemises, des pantalons de brise-vent, des poupées de tortue utilisées comme sûres, très mignons).
4) Pêche - Dans la zone d'activité, un oncle vient vous enseigner comment.
La pêche est tombé sur 10 pièces. Après l'atterrissage, vous pouvez griller et manger. Ils sprinkleront la poudre, je ne sais pas, mais c'est très délicieux. Il est si délicieux que la lumière sort de votre bouche. Il faut essayer dans la zone d'activité, il y aura des pots shabu.
5) café thé - café thé a un ensemble de désserts. Pour le thé, il y a du thé lait et du thé chinois chaud. Celui-ci est très délicieux aussi. Je veux que vous essayez.
Le personnel ici prend soin de eux. Voyons beaucoup. Tout le monde qui vient à Harbin, essaie de visiter Changbaishan. Le prix n'est pas cher. Les activités sont étroites.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!
