IInvitéJe suis très reconnaissante pour cette expérience hôtelière ; elle a été vraiment satisfaisante et a dépassé mes attentes ! Dès mon arrivée, l'atmosphère était si chaleureuse et le personnel de la réception si accueillant que j'ai presque ressenti leur accueil chaleureux.
La chambre était meublée simplement mais chaleureuse, avec tout le confort neuf. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, j'ai dormi toute la nuit et les draps étaient impeccables. La vue depuis la fenêtre était également magnifique, créant une sensation de tranquillité.
Mais ce qui m'a le plus impressionnée, c'est le petit-déjeuner. Il était incroyablement varié, avec des options sucrées et salées, et chaque plat était magnifiquement préparé. Les en-cas étaient également incroyablement délicieux, et chaque matin était une agréable surprise.
En résumé, c'est un hôtel que je recommande vivement, parfait pour les voyages d'affaires comme de loisirs. Séjourner dans un endroit comme celui-ci est un véritable bonheur, et j'espère y retourner !

IInvitéWe stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China.
While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests.
From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area.
Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable.
But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip.
Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season.
Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels.
All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that.
We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

IInvitéJ'avais initialement réservé cet hôtel car il était bon marché, mais à mon arrivée, le nombre limité de places de parking a rendu la recherche d'une place extrêmement difficile, et j'ai fini par accrocher une voiture. Avant même de commencer mon voyage, j'avais déjà perdu de l'argent. J'ai donc rapidement changé d'hôtel pour celui-ci. Le parking souterrain privé était très pratique, l'hôtel était récemment rénové et le service était excellent. Ma mère s'est plainte à la réception le matin que l'eau du robinet n'était pas bonne, et lorsqu'elle est revenue le soir, elle a constaté qu'on lui avait offert plusieurs bouteilles d'eau minérale supplémentaires. L'emplacement est également idéal ; il est à quelques pas du palais Qin et il y a des restaurants au rez-de-chaussée. Je le recommande vivement !

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay.
There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

HHeiyuxinyi房間非常的不錯，環境也好，工作人員的服務態度都非常好，這邊周邊的車位都是免費公用的，車位也有很多挺大的，而且位置也有很多。房間的廁所這些都是乾濕分離的，非常的方便，廁所裏面還有鐵絲，掛衣服也挺方便的，衣櫃這些都有，酒店還有烘乾機，自助洗衣房。

Yy.novo FranceL’hôtel se situe a côté de la rue piétonne sur un carrefour. C’est tres agreable le soir mais tres bruyant. Le quartier est tres animé le soir jusqu'à plus de minuit. Demandez une chambre calme ou utilisez des bouchons d’oreilles. l’hôtel est propre. La salle d’eau aurait besoin d’etre rénovée, mais elle fait le job. Literie tres bonne, grande télé, bouilloire et une clim parfaite.
Conclusion: bon sejour de 3 nuits ( malgré le jet lag 😉)

I arrived after midnight due to significant flight delay and had to call reception. I was promptly attended to despite waking up the person. Breakfast spread has good variety (close at 9am). On check out day, they agreed to extend my checkout to 2pm so I was able to visit Yuanmingyuan for 2-3 hours before I leave. Location wise is good - street food stalls 2min away, supermarket 2 doors away, small eateries and cafes nearby and about 10min taxi ride to MingQing Palaces, Emperor Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghetu and Guangzhou and HK Streets sites.
